Today we will go into the body journey even deeper. throughout the body journey you will have encountered various physical body sensations. These can be simple physical sensations from your cloth touching your skin, or the floor touching your legs. These can be physical sensations of hate, or cold, coming internally or externally. And as you heighten your awareness to become sharper and sharper, you will eventually be able to detect physical sensations at a more finer and energetic level. For instance, throbbing sensations, vibrating sensations, contracting and expanding sensations because most sensations, you will also have encountered some blind areas where you will not be able to detect any physical sensations they will also be talking times when we are not able to move awareness towards some parts of the body because of the amount of things that are going on the now mind.

Don't worry too much about it. These will naturally resolve themselves. Blind areas are usually blind because either they are as they are. Well, awareness is not sharp enough just to accept calmly whatever happens in your meditation sessions, and move on from there with a still mind. When you're ready, find a place to sit and close your eyes. This is a guided meditation.

Let's practice the 5% breaths for a minute to stabilize our minds. Now we're going to do the body journey again, just like yesterday, but today, there will be an additional instruction. Now we're going to take awareness away from the nose towards the top of the head. And from there we're going to begin moving part by part towards the toes until we have covered the whole body. The size of the area to be aware, will be around the size of your palm and start from the top of your head. Stay in each area for two cycles of breath.

One cycle this Breathing in and breathing out. For example, you can start from the top of the head. They move part by part so that you cover the whole head, neck, shoulders, body, and so forth down to the toes. Once you have moved your awareness throughout the body, down to the toe Which will take a while. Then begin your journey again from the top of the head down to the toes again. This time, try your best to be determined to be present and alert than ever before, and try your best not to wander off some tips.

Before you move away from an area of the body. Always make sure that you stay for the full cycle of two breaths. Try not to break your awareness when you encounter an activity on some areas. Simply stay present in aware, as if you're waiting for something to happen. An explanation will be given after 14 minutes Okay, you can open your eyes how did that go? Don't be too hard on yourself if you keep wandering off the body journey.

It is normal for the mind to not listen instructions in wonder. Because there is an old habit and old habit that we have created, letting our mind wander all the time. We're here trying to transform our old habit by instructing the mind to follow us by instructing it specifically, where we want the witness to be instructing them to be present, instructing it to be still to become. And also, in this way we are developing our ability to be even more aware than before. Data supply the western we have gained from our meditation sessions and to our daily lives.
