So the solution is self acceptance. The goal of our meditation settings can be seen to be about developing and refining love and compassion towards the self, not only ourselves, but also other selves. But how are we developing acceptance towards ourselves when we're sitting in our meditation sessions instead of trying to come up with answers for this question, simply focus on your body journey. And the answer may or may not naturally surface An explanation will be given after an hour Okay you can open your eyes What when we eventually realized on the N word journey into the mind itself at the deepest level of the mind, that be oneself is no different than loving other selves and vice versa. As the deeper mind See, all as oneself, it does not differentiate. There's no separation.

For instance, you'll feel the same negative physical sensations when someone has made you angry, as when you make yourself angry, do the same. By simply let go of these negative sensations, through observing it with stillness, you are poetically forgiving yourself. So simply remains deal and you'll meditation sessions with the intention to let go and accept whatever you experience. But if you continue to judge these negative physical sensations They what happens is when you experience them when someone has made you angry, you're not likely to let go. So remember the importance of stillness and acceptance, and your meditation sessions. simply try to develop stillness in your daily life by doing your best not to judge others and yourself.

But it can seem impossible to not judge others when they make us angry. And it can seem impossible to not judge ourselves when we have accidentally judged others through the act of trying of trying to be compassionate towards yourself and others. You are transforming this old habit of always reacting negatively towards yourself and others. Developing stillness will help with non judgement and developing non judgement will help with stillness. They are one of the same pure acceptance
