Okay, now we're going to be going into voice inflection. And I believe that voice inflection is quite important because it's not about what you say so much, but how you say it. And that can be very derivative for the outcome and what you'll make in your bank account. At the end of the day, voice inflection is the main determinant in how people actually build trust with you. So it's something that we should truly practice day in and day out. Even I myself still need to work on my voice inflection.

But one thing that I can absolutely tell you is critical beyond your voice inflection and training and knowing what to emphasize Where is your enthusiasm, your enthusiasm is the lifeblood of how you actually deliver the energy behind a course. The actual reason that you feel so much zeal of the success that you're delivering and how it will rub off on others who Listen to it. It's that voice inflection naturally from being well, kind of energetic over the top. You really have to be like that in order for people to understand or even get a kind of melodramatic feel. Even when I talk like this to you, you probably feel that this is a normal teaching or method of you know, speaking, but in reality to me and how I normally talk in day to day, personal one on one conversations, we all move much slower in reality, but it's when you get that high enthusiasm, that energy inside of your voice, you use a lot of hand motions, things like that.

It all comes through, and it brings that livelihood like I talked about. Now I'm going to go through a few voice inflection exercises. I want to make this quick for you. Because I think that there's so much to cover inside of voice inflection. It should truly be a day Exercise. So I've included a little free ebook, that's also going to be teaching you how to present how to speak and build on that voice inflection.

No matter what type that you have, you can always improve it. And that's the beautiful thing about our voices, no matter what it is, even if you think that you don't sound rate that's quite all right, is long as you understand that you can improve. That's what you need to grasp. So I'm going to go through and just a simple exercise, which just I think really covers the baseline, and you begin to understand how much of a difference voice inflection makes this one single exercise I use for most of my students to bring to life, the idea and the power of voice inflection on one word, per sentence. So when you do something as a simple fact statement, I'm going to say these eight different words with eight different meanings behind them, and it's going to say Because I'm saying the same thing over and over, but through inflection, you'll tell that there's a different story behind what I'm saying.

And that's the idea with sales as well. So number one, I did not say you stole the money. It's just simple fact. Now you can go and imply that it was someone else who did. Who said it. I did not say he stole the money.

Yeah. And then you can say you know with a vigorous denial that you said it. I did not say he stole the money. And then you can go in hint that you may have implied it, but you didn't say it. I did not say he stole the money. see different feeling behind it.

Now you may be want to imply that someone other than the accused actually stole the money. I did not say he stole the money. Right. You may even hit the hay the man have borrowed it. I did not say he stole The money and then you can suggest you might have stolen something but certainly not the money. I did not say he stole the money.

So there's a big inflection a more dramatic emphasis on each single word inside that statement or that sentence. And each comes out with a different meaning a different connotation of what is being implied. These are the undertones that we naturally give to people. Well, it's even sometimes an unconscious effort on our part, but we need to eventually give ourselves exercises that we can daily practice to work on our voice inflection voice inflections can be extremely powerful. Especially I have to say in the dating scene, so if you're able to sell yourself to the opposite sex, then much so you're selling your product, these voice inflection Come out in our daily lives and bleed out through everything that we do slowly and invisibly, giving portions of who we are to other people, whether it be true or untrue. These inflections make all the difference on what people read underneath or in between the lines as per se.

Now, I'm going to go through a quick little PDF, this won't be included with it, but I just want to give it because it's a little fun exercise that I have. This is stressing different words, you know, I have a lot of experience, or you know, I have a lot of experience, or I have a lot of experience. Each of those are different ways of saying, what type of experience you know, sometimes it may sound like you're stressing on the word, I have a lot of experience. It almost sounds like do you, you know, or someone I have a lot of experience sounds been there done that, or to say, I have a lot of experience, it almost even sounds confident that you have so much experience, you just go, I have a lot of experience. This will be something I can handle. This is something that you're going to have success at.

This is something.so. Again, these invoice inflections where you're putting the emphasis makes a big difference. It can be even the difference between you know, the car, this is a 19 or 2000 $20,000 car, or the universe is only 6000 years old, or just pausing. The universe is billions and billions of years old. There's a big difference inside of each of those presentations. And you should sometimes just test it on different pitches.

When we come to different clauses inside of our scripts or our presentations. There's these marks It points where I say that things transition. Maybe it goes from here I am presenting this information. And now I want to ask you a question, would you like to buy this? And it's how you stress that I want to ask you a question or, you know, let me sell you this thing. And this is what it's going to help you with.

So those little inflections are going to make a big impact on your sales. The actual PDF that you'll be finding is quite large, so don't feel you know, bad that you're not getting that little cartoonish add in for your PDF. But this are these will include voice exercises, a much deeper message that I don't feel like I should cover Inside this video for the sake of time, otherwise, we could be here probably for an hour. And I want to make these videos compact and to the point and where you feel that you want to learn more go into do the homework. And when I tell you actually do the homework, you really should. And this is one thing where you should read through all of these pages, pick up some of the best exercises or ideas, write them down on little note cards, I do the exact same.

And I keep tag questions, all types of cool stuff all on my, on my desk, so that way I can remind myself throughout the day of different exercises that I can do to improve myself till it becomes a daily habit till it becomes a life habit. And it's something that just naturally becomes me. And it's through these increased presentation skills through this voice inflection, the energy that we give. That's where all the differences made, and it's so amazing. Oh, it's so amazing. I mean, once you start getting a sales funnel, and you put the pieces together, and you can quantify what you do when you like, add in these tag questions, and you add in this inflection and you add in all of this energy, compared to To just droning on, it's a big difference.

And you'll tell and you'll be able to tell in your sales. So again, breath produces voice. So you need to take deep breaths in, what I like to do is usually take them in between sentences, you know, something where I'm giving a unique and dramatic pause. It's something where I want you to think about exactly what I just left you with. And then I can go into the next idea, the next topic, and then gather a breath. So the production of the voice quality, all depends on how much breath you have.

If you're running out of breath, and you're right at the very end, you're not going to give the best voice inflection and the best energy you're going to feel worn out and dry. But if you get a deep breath, you can have a lot of energy and you can go really far and it's all about breathing exercises, being able to expand those lungs. So it may sound contrary at first but good sales, start with good breathing. So a lot Have you know the best salesman Believe it or not, they are a little bit bulky. But guess what, they don't want to breathe real deep and get in that voice and that energy and that's where it comes from. That's why a lot of great salesmen happen to be a little bit heavier set people.

Now, do you whisper Do you boom, I like to boom, because I think that in post production, especially something that's recorded, you can always lower that volume. You can never give it back. You can never add that energy and go, Oh, I wish I could have just given that one extra percent. You want to give everything that you can, you're able to tone yourself down through editing in post, when you're on a stage or presenting something like that. Don't worry about it. That's what you have sound engineers working for you.

That's why you know, if you rent out a hotel room, usually the hotel will provide accommodations or tell you who you can hire to do your sound engineering and help keep those sound levels and the reverb and thing that I don't really quite get when it comes to the, you know, audio fi like ideas of Oh, there's this resonance over here. That's what you hire people for. Otherwise, talk with as much boom as much, you know, melody and energy as you can. When you do that, you're going to be able to articulate a lot better, because you can put emphasis on things that you want to put emphasis on. Take a break, you're allowed to gather yourself, you're allowed to think you can sound extremely profound, just by taking pauses, just like this. It's very simple, but I'll get back to my normal pattern.

Am I normal reprogramming, which is high energy, I love getting through it. But I'm just showing you that in the midst of it, even if you're gathering your thoughts, trying to understand what you're going to come up with next, your voice inflection and the way that you pace yourself can absolutely make you seem profound, while at the same time you may be on stage last. So that's a beautiful thing. I think for presenters. I don't I don't know how many understand that they do that or if they understand that they can consciously program themselves to be better at it. I call it the presidential speech, you know, you may want to get the Obama sort of speech, the talking pattern that allows you to hang on every word.

And that's the type of emphasis that allows you to think about what you're going to say how you're going to pattern yourself and what you're going to present next. With that being said, do you try to like a turtle or race like a rabbit? I believe that the rabbit approach is something that you should work up to you should naturally build into the melody that you're going to get at most people I started a slow pace. Now mind you, these videos probably don't do that quite because we're going lesson two lesson. But when I do do a longer presentation, we have a video where we sat down For maybe an hour or so, I'll start out somewhat slow for the first minute. I'm trying to get everyone who works at this low pace or this vibration of frequency in their brain to catch up, and I work them up so that that way they can then start to understand me.

There was actually a story that was told to me by Richard bandler, the founder of neuro linguistic programming hypnosis, where he was actually working with people doing sales. And there's this one guy that they could never sell. And he goes, you know, I'm the greatest salesman, I've made millions of dollars in sales. But Richard, I can't sell this guy. And he's an he's a nine figure contract for our company. I need to get him.

And I think he worked as a headhunter. So it was a huge deal. Whenever he got one thing that was worth that big of a contract, he got like five or 3% of that money. But anyway, so you know, he heard him, this guy had worked on what was known as like a bit or cassette tape, something where it was just yet a slow pattern was the way his brain was made. So he talked Like this. So what he had to do, Richard immediately put them on pause.

He said, Hold up. Okay? He goes, all you need to do is ask him for a meeting. That's it and get off the phone and ask it as slow as you can. So he said, john, yes. I'd like to meet with you.

Okay, what time and it seems slow, it seems monotonous, but you're reaching people on those levels, and that's what you should do. He brought he all of a sudden, he goes, I haven't reached this guy. in eight years. He always, you know, found a way to brush me off and never have a meeting. He goes, because he couldn't understand you. You were speaking too fast.

You weren't on his level. You need to start at people's levels and then work them up. And it's not that you have to go that slow, but you can go maybe 20 30% slower than what you normally do. Work your way up and within a minute or two People will be at your level understanding in the rhythm. And that's how you go at the speed of a rabbit. Then when you get lost or you need to emphasize some specific point, then you can trudge like a turtle.

And again, give that presidential speech. So outside of that, there's so many more things inside of here. There's exercises breathing, controlling the pitch, projecting your voice, improving articulation, lip exercises, tongue exercises, jaw exercises, if you can't tell there's so much that has been put together for you to be able to read, go and do all this homework. I hope you love this course guys, I hope you're loving this. So this is going to absolutely make the difference in when you present and how you present to people. I mean, from everything, anything that anyone ever hears you ever again, you're going to be better at it now.

You're going to be better anytime anyone hears your voice. And I think in this day and age, that's basically it should be everywhere because we are our own brands. We're going to be branding ourselves in the future. Believe it or not. So again, there's pitch varieties. It's showing you how you can go low and high and Hello, hello, hello.

There's different ways you can say things. Even the way that you start off, your very first word on a video can make a difference. I was always taught by Richard to get people extremely high. So that's how you want to do it high. You know, that was a very unique thing. He goes, That's programming people there.

Hi, hi. I never thought about that. But there's all these words and the way that we emphasize them and inflect them, that absolutely changes the way that people perceive and react and do them. And that's what makes the difference in sales. So again, like I said, there's so many different things that you can do inside of here. You can rehearse speeches, go over different exercises, learn all different ways to inflect and change your voice and improve it.
