You're seeing the worksheet write down at least two seven negative ideas you have. You can get in tune with your feelings by asking yourself the questions. What makes me unhappy in life? Maybe this person you don't like? And then you can ask yourself, What ideas do I have about this person that makes me hate them? So you can ask the following questions.
What makes me unhappy in life? What things can people do or say to me, which will make me unhappy? And then you can ask yourself, what is it that I'm not okay? With in this situation, and that will be your negative ideas. It doesn't have to be perfect. Just try your best to get at least seven negative ideas before we move on.
Of course, it would be great if you can get as many as you can. list as many negative ideas as you can, as in the next section. We'll be learning how to expand them.
