It's very important to develop the understanding of how the mind works, because we live not only in the world outside, but also in the world inside the world of thoughts, the world of emotions, different states of mind. Without developing the knowing of how their mind works, they won't be able to properly address any issues that can arise inside. Let us use an analogy for example, if you do not know how a computer works, when you encounter a problem, how would you be able to fix it? And problems in relation to the mind is something which creates limitation from within something which creates unhappiness, this other negative state of the mind for instance, your anger, your fears, your worries, your impatience, anything which limits you Anything which makes you unhappy. So we can't really properly address any of these issues unless we get to know the mind unless we get to know ourselves because we the mind.
So it's important to develop the knowing of the self of the mind. And this knowledge must be developed from one's own experience. And this is most efficiently done through the practice of meditation. But in the next few videos, I will be giving you knowledge of how the mind works. Although ultimately you will have to develop your own experience knowledge. book knowledge can help to serve as stepping stones to guide you towards your destination.
Without guides it can be easy to get lost, to lose direction to lose motivation. I remember when I first began meditation. I learned her by just sitting there day after day. It was only three years later I realized from my own experience, that the importance of not reacting to any negativities experienced inside. It was only after I realized this I made great progress. But if someone had told me sooner thing I would have made bigger progress.
So in the next few videos, I will be talking to you about how the mind works and never believe in any book knowledge you receive. Always use them as stepping stones to guide you. Always validate book knowledge so you can derive your own truth from your own experience. So I'll see you in the next video.
