Hi, my name is Lindsay Janine and I am so excited that you're interested in taking my course stretch and tone. This series of exercises that I've compiled has come from years of experience as a professional dancer and teacher. And I think it's something that you will really love. It's not incredibly difficult. So it's good for somebody who's maybe just trying to build up some flexibility and some toning, but also, it's difficult enough that you will feel that you've had a really good workout. So I'm excited to share with you this combination, it's really unique, and you get a lot of different things in the course.

So you can choose from doing a full body workout which is stretching in tone from your head to your toes, or you can focus on a specific area. For example, I have legs and ABS and arms and then And finally, if you're just in the mood for doing a stretch, I also have a video in this course that's just for stretching. So lots to choose from.
