The &ldquo;Cap it&rdquo; Blueprint is to be used over and over again when you notice any panic symptoms or when you notice a worst-case scenario thought about a situation that has brought on panic previously, like flying in a plane or a presentation at work.

Step # 3 of the &ldquo;CAP it&rdquo; Plan to use these 3 steps to intervene to stop the progression of the panic attack by noticing the thoughts that start a panic attack, the emotion that responds from having that thought, and use the 4 and 8 breathing to calm yourself to refocus from the old fear story to a new story that you now create having the tools to confront the worst-case scenario thinking with new confidence.
Step 3 is your Blueprint to Repeat the old ineffective patterns creating panic attacks. Create new more accurate and effective thoughts to use again and again.
