So if you don't have a hobby, I urge you find one. Now your hobby could be sports. My hobby, in essence is playing tennis which I play a fair amount spending time with my daughter. So it doesn't have to be as something as stereotypical as stamp collecting, but make sure it's something that is away from your normal work your normal area of productivity, and that you enjoy. Do that you'll be a happier person.
