Try to eat as much fresh produce as possible and try to avoid a lot of processed sugar. If you can do those things and maintain a proper body weight, you're most likely going to be taking as good care of your body as possible. So that's really it. Now you can't write a Diet book or nutrition book with those two Because it wouldn't fill a three by five card.
It's basic simple tips. You don't need shakes, you don't need pills. You don't need thigh masters. It really comes down to basic things that have been well known in the scientific and medical and nutritional community for decades. eat a lot of vegetables, some fruit, some meat and fish, but not that much. Maintain a proper weight, avoid processed food.

That's what most highly productive people do, because that's what makes your body its most productive and decreases the chances that you have all sorts of other health problems. There's no guarantee you can eat nothing but vegetables all day long, and drop dead of a heart attack at 30. But all things being equal. You're gonna live longer.
