So what else do you put in your mouth? What food do you put in your mouth? As I mentioned, I'm not a nutritionist. But I have observed a lot of wildly successful, productive and successful people. And no big surprise here. Most of them, try to follow what the mainstream scientific community says about nutrition, which is that you should eat primarily vegetables.

Next fruit, then some meat. If you like meat, or fish, try to avoid stuff that comes in packages and it's processed a lot. Try to eat as much fresh produce as possible and try to avoid a lot of processed sugar. If you can do those things and maintain a proper body weight, you're most likely going to be taking as good care of your body as possible. So that's really it. Now you can't write a Diet book or nutrition book with those two Because it wouldn't fill a three by five card.

It's basic simple tips. You don't need shakes, you don't need pills. You don't need thigh masters. It really comes down to basic things that have been well known in the scientific and medical and nutritional community for decades. eat a lot of vegetables, some fruit, some meat and fish, but not that much. Maintain a proper weight, avoid processed food.

They're either sampled twice, just to make this video two minutes long. It really is that simple. That's what most highly productive people do, because that's what makes your body its most productive and decreases the chances that you have all sorts of other health problems. There's no guarantee you can eat nothing but vegetables all day long, and drop dead of a heart attack at 30. But all things being equal. You're gonna live longer.

Healthier, more productive life with this sort of diet, then what so many people eat which is lots and lots of processed food. Way too much meat way too much cheese way too much bad way too much sugar
