How do you speak with true confidence in front of an audience? How do you give presentations and you just know, it's gonna be great. It's pretty simple. You practice on video and you look at it. If you think it's boring it is. Keep practicing on video until you know you're great, then send that video to a few friends, colleagues, people who are similar to the audience, you'll be speaking to ideally, even practice in front of them.

Keep doing it, until until they tell you you're great, or that you're confident. keep doing it until your audience tells you exactly the messages they remember that you wanted them to remember. keep doing it until your audience can tell you the stories you told them when that happens. Then you're going to exude confidence for legitimate reasons.
