Continual improvement cycles productive people are always looking for this, they're never satisfied with doing things the same old way, it's always been done. Now, this is very different from being a perfectionist, as I've talked about perfectionism, is not what highly productive people are about, but they are about continual improvement. How can you do something better, faster, easier, how can you improve, I tried to do that myself. For years, I did online courses, the old fashioned way, sort of scripting it out, writing it, lots of editing, post production, and I realized that isn't really improving the experience for the students. So now, pretty much I just do everything in one take on edited students like it, I can do it infinitely faster, I can create so much more great content for people to help them and I can go on to the next course a lot faster to four years I've struggled with typing as I'm just a slow typist, I don't really type that much anymore.
I dictate whether it's to my phone, my PC, laptop, tablet, the technology is now so good that the voice to text is not 100% but it's a lot more accurate and spelling more accurate than I do typing. So that's sped me up. Always Be on the lookout for how you can do things faster, easier, better, never be content with just continuing as you've always done it.
