All right, hello, hello. Hello. Thank you for joining me on the fundamentals of entrepreneur development, the limitless leader, entrepreneur 101. Today's lesson is all about successful and sustainable business tips. They just put it out there. I decided to give you just one more bonus.

It's about the content. And making sure that you are in full position of launching, sustaining, running, operating, and going forward in your successful business. Your Why. Why are you in business? Why are you going into business and why are you doing it in the first place? What is your Why? What is your motivator? What?

What motivates you? What's your passion? What is your Why? What is your anchor to keep you focused and in view of the greater goal. Start Do start with the end in mind, have your exit strategy. So you can do reverse engineering.

So you're going to work your way backwards into your plan to get to your goal. So if your goal is to have a profitable, successful sustainable company making $1 trillion, then what was the step before that and instead before that, and the step before that, what steps are required in order to fulfill your goal, so have the exit in mind, even to the point that you decide to sell your company, but you have put so much equity into your business into your company, my gosh, that you'll be reaping the benefits for years to come. Do evaluate your current circle and create a new one if necessary or required. So who is in your ear? Who is in your circle? Are they are they nurturing you?

Are they empowering you? Or are they depleting you? Are they taking away? You if that's the case, you have to have the right people In Your Life speaking, speaking life into you, believing in you, supporting you at every step of the way. It's no time for the haters and the shaders and the fake ones. You have to have the right people in your circle.

So consider that. It may be easier said than done, but it's not impossible. It is possible. Do have your four S's in the strategy formula now in the strategy fair formula, which I have not gone over because that is a part of the leader to success. VIP experience. And so my parents are from the south. So that's why we say you know, acronym dow. Strategy is an acronym, but it is an effective acronym is effective strategy to help you in moving the vision for it with your business. So we would do it as a one on one, either a half day four to six hours together or whole weekend. could be two to three days, just really helping you to build out your business, your structure, strategy, plan of action, your content, strategy, your marketing strategy, everything that you are required to have to consider and classify and to actually be a viable, legitimate company. Um, your job descriptions, the roles and responsibilities, your manual, your product, your policies and procedures, we'll go over all of those things in your VIP day with me, but we'll talk about that if you are interested.

Alright, so the four S's, two successes, strategy, structure system sensei. Make sure that you have a mentor or coach. Make sure that you have your systems in place.

Make sure that you have your structure in place for your business for your company. Make sure that you have your plan of action, your strategy down for everything that you do to be successful and sustainable. Do study those who you aspire to be to become what they do, who you admire. So if you admire an Oprah or Beyonce or Rihanna, or anyone as Steve Jobs or Bill Gates, Elon Musk, those who are really doing well or have done well. In business, you want to patterned after them not parrot them because you are your own unique individual, but you can focus on what they've done to get to where they are. So you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

So do study them, so that you can pick up on what they've done so that you too can be successful and happy in sustaining your business. Read books on business, assess, and journal, please journal, journal, your whole process, it makes a world of difference when you are able to look back in where you were and where you are, and use it as a point of reference. And you can also use it to build up and build out your manual, all of the processes that you have taken the steps that you have taken to build up your business, to create it, to launch it to move it forward. The average millionaire reads about 66 to 100 books on average a year. So load up on your library and your podcast, Kindle, whatever that you want to use to listen to your to like a moment Look your ad copy your mobile library to a degree.

And you can listen and learn about business assess. do appreciate and accept where you are in business. So appreciate the process. gratitude. One of the success secrets that millionaires and billionaires share is that they start off their day with gratitude with appreciation with thankfulness. The universe loves it.

God loves it. You know just to be appreciated for where you are and and what it took to get there. What you have, you may not have everything that you want, but hey, you find where you are. You had enough faith to be where you are right now. And now you're just taking it to another level. So appreciate into a set where you are, do not be this rental and you know, click against the process.

Appreciate it. Embrace it, love it. It will get you to Your next level, do immerse yourself in professional development and in the biz you want to run. So embody your business. If you desire to be a caterer, then you are a caterer walk in it, even if you don't have everything together, embody it. When it comes to inspirational quotes and means someone has said this before.

I was reading about this and they were saying the column, that inspirational quote, that mean, be the inspiration. Be the motivator in people's lives. Don't just read it, be it be your profession. I used to I love old movies, classic movies. I love dance. So Fred Astaire.

When I think of Fred Astaire, I think of dance, he is dance. He represent him in body dance. It wasn't just Fred Astaire being a dancer. He was dance You are who you are in your business in your industry, that is who you are. Become that embody that encapsulated that is who you are. beyond just being someone who's in it, you are it, you are the it.

So immerse yourself into like really go all in and go out fully committed, fully consistent, fully courageous, fully competent, fully clear of who you are in your industry. Do set the intention and forecast your biz. So visualize. See yourself already there. See yourself as the CEO, the President, see yourself already having sold your company making actual amounts of money because you put so much time blood, sweat, tears, money, resources, everything into your business. See yourself senior business as being a sustainable business that lasts Pass you know in is they're taking care and and providing a service and meeting the needs of generations to come.

Set the intention readyset aim, aim act that set the intention every effort that you put out there everything that you do have a sign a goal and aim an intention to what you are doing when it comes to your business. do intend to earn real large sums of money and run a real business you real CEO you set the intention to earn lots of money so that your business can continue to run with and without you with or without you. Don't just play for coins you know there's nothing wrong with coins. think there's a saying you appreciate how it goes you appreciate the kind that that that cliques and jingles but you rather get the kind that bolts oh my goodness, you make sure that you intend to make or to earn large sums of money, it's okay to want that. As long as it's not about just you know, making your pockets bet is about being a blessing and helping those that you are born and designed to serve, help to solve their problem because you are the solution to their problem.

And in turn, because of the value that you have provided, you will be rewarded very well. So set the intention though, so that you can be open and ready to receive and to experience that and having large sums of money. Visualize seeing yourself receiving large sums of money, whether in big gigantic checks that says $1 billion or just seeing case cases of money. Start setting the intention to earn real money because you are a real business As a real company, rather than doing that create your daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual goals, your business goals financial goals, personal goals. When you create your goals, you set the intention to go after you set up a plan of action on how you want to go about it. Watch how all of you will be so fully in and committed and dedicated and devoted to completing that goal.

But it first takes the steps of writing the vision and making it plain, putting it down on paper in your journal on your Evernote in your phone. But make sure that you're putting it down so that you can have something to follow after and to go after and you can see it clearly on how to execute. Do know your business inside and out before anyone else else does. So in other words, you need to know your business you are required to know your business. And you see I have some homework to do myself on eliminating the need from my vocabulary. But you are required to know your business inside and out.

And so that whenever there is a time that you have employees, and you want to, and you want to make sure that you get the right employees, if they seem to not understand or have an idea of how to run the business, or let's say things happen, you have to let go of people, the business still has to run. So in your beginning stages of running your business, if that means that you have to jump in, you should know your business inside and out. That no one else can tell you about your business better than you want to know every detail of how your business is operating and running. So that if anything if you have to jump in and save today, and or making sure that people that they know that you know that you know about your business, that you know exactly how it runs, what's going on, no matter what.

And no one can ever tell you about your business better than you do get a business coach like myself, as well as an advisory board for your business. So having people to hold you accountable. I'm a board of advisors, so that anytime that you want to run ideas or get ideas, feedback, suggestions, recommendations, you have people who are holding you accountable on a regular basis. As you grow your company, having a business coach to help you guide to help guide you and lead you along the way. for your business, assess, there'll be to accomplish your business goals. Do be prepared to invest into your business.

So yes, it costs it. So there is a saying it takes money to make money. I have been reprogrammed to realize that it takes creativity to make money what to earn money. So you still have to have those capital. You know, you have to have that those dollars. You have to have money to help move your vision forward.

So prepare start saving money now putting money to the side Start talking to your hot, warm and cold list, seeing who can invest into your business. Indoors financially sponsor, however and whatever it takes to help to run your business, but it does take an investment. Because if you're not investing in yourself or in your business, then why should anyone else do strive to be very good, be the very best in your craft and go after mastery. So you are looking to be the big fish in a blue coupon that you are the go to person you are the expert, the guru, the Sensei, in your industry, be the very best focus on being the best and the first. It is absolutely possible. So that everyone so you can attract the right clients to you.

So strive after being the best the adults before you start your business, or your company, saying I know that you don't know what you don't know. You have to be open, open into how and where the universe takes you. Your fate. There's a reason behind why you had this function this pool within yourself about doing business even though you don't have any type of mirror or blueprint or anyone to pattern after. However, you want to make sure that because it is in you, it means something is still even with you having that pool. That's what happened with me.

I have never seen myself being an entrepreneur, I saw myself helping everyone else out but I did not see myself starting my own business. My brothers were entrepreneurial. They they had that spirit at heart to go ahead and do business, but not me. until things happen. I have I put this in my book ever written about this. What about this?

How I was fired so many times from as far as so many times I said, you know, it must be a sign. It's time for me to stop. My own that's another conversation for another time. But are you if you have that pool, it is a reason why you have that pool, that desire, that passion, to do business to start your own company. And by that we want to be wide open and objective for wherever you are to go about creating, launching, starting, establishing, forming, running, sustaining your business. So please say I don't, don't please don't say I know that because then you close up to more learning and if you're not learning, you're dying.

You're ever learning in this ever growing. So be mindful. Be careful when you are giving information. You're like, Oh, I know that. Well. You don't know what you don't know.

Maybe it came around again, because you didn't catch it the first time you may Be aware, but you may not have enough understanding for sustainability purposes. The don'ts don't self sabotage. So while this may be scary because you you still may believe or perceived that you just not competent enough to start your business or run your company, you have to be mindful of where you start to self sabotage when you start to put components in place and listening to your brain because your brain is there to serve and protect you, but it also keeps you stuck and stagnant. So you have to be careful of where you are setting up to fall setting up to fail. you're setting yourself up to support the narrative that you set yourself. See, I knew I couldn't do business.

I knew I couldn't be an entrepreneur. Rather change it. restructure your mindset shifted to say that you absolutely can and you will. You can Do this and you to do it you have everything necessary within, for you to be successful and happy. And you're successful in sustainable business. Yes, yes, yes, yes.

And yes. Please do not let your brain serve you by staying stuck and not move forward in your business. Are you shared about that? Do not focus on the negative past that you have, please do not focus on your bank account. Don't focus focus on things that will keep you stuck and support your your narrative, you have to change the whole stinking thinking. It is all about mindset restructuring.

It is about changing your mindset. Because Where did you think do determine how you behave? The way that you think determines how you behave. So we have to change your mindset for you to behave differently to get different. As I already mentioned, focus on don't focus on what you currently have in your bank account unless you have large sums of money in it. So you only have five cents in there.

And you're like, oh well I got five cents and how I'm gonna fulfill this Dream is still possible, you can still fulfill it. It's not based on your bank account at all, is based on your decision, your commitment, your belief and your action. It's based on your decision, your commitment, your belief, and your action. It's not based on your bank account, you can turn that you can transform that whole entire bank account to have millions and millions of dollars. It's all about if you're willing to believe and willing to make the decision to make that happen, willing to be committed full in full and playing full out and taking action to make it happen. don't operate your business as an employee with an employee mindset.

Or as a kid, this is serious business, you are an owner, you are CEO. So you are no longer an employee, you are an entrepreneur. So you have to think like an entrepreneur. You have to think as a marketer, you have to think as a business owner and an employee have different responsibilities than an entrepreneur. You want to run your company like that? Nah, you got to make sure that you match with where you are, and what your passion and your desire is taking you.

So operate as a as an entrepreneur and a business owner and above all a marketer, not an employee. Please don't try to be perfect. please extend the grace to yourself when you win and fail. I would usually say that there's no such thing as losing you either win or you learn. So if you didn't win that day, what did you learn so that you can win the next time? It's not about perfection, perfection, we we take it as meaning.

You got to do everything right. And that isn't right. Rather, it's about learning. And you're learning at this wherever growing wherever learning. So extend grace to yourself when you may not meet meet the mark when you don't make the mark all the time. It'll just make you better.

In the end, when my business coach ended up going to jail for what he should have known. He didn't know where he, when he was released from jail or from prison. He was better than ever, because now he knows how what to do and what not to do. And he's teaching, he has taught us so much, and making sure that we run our businesses legitimately, successfully without any hiccups or issues. So sometimes we fail. But it's about getting back up.

So be prepared for that and start thinking of giving yourself grace. When those times happen. I'm not talking about jail time. I hope that that doesn't happen for you, but I'm talking about house for hardwood anytime that you may fail. In business you either win or you learn what did you learn? Please don't have a glorified hobby anymore.

Get paid for your passion, your passion You and the labor of your business, get paid. It's okay to get paid. Because you're providing a value, something of value of service. That's making an impact, a change a shift a healing in someone's life. People are willing to pay you top dollar for your business for your message for your story for what you do. They see you as the solution to the problem, the painkiller to their pain.

So get paid for doing things free, there's a strategy behind it. But the heartbeat of entrepreneurship and for business is marketing and selling to earn your bank so, earn your bank, okay? Please don't stop working at being the best at what you do. The world needs you and your business. The world needs you and your business. The world requires you and your business But to have this down between 612 or 24 months, seemingly the average when I have worked with colleagues or in work with business coaches as well as myself, it seemed on average, it took about 24 months, two years to really get this together.

So be patient, you have to start somewhere we all have, by which this is the bonus that I want to give you. The final 10 tips for a successful and sustainable business. There they are, know that you're going through the initiation process. I just said it, that myself, my colleagues and my business coaches, we all can attest that we all went through the similar initiation process. It it, would it while there are people you know, you have some who say, oh, it took me one year to make a million dollars, okay, but we talked about the rest of us who it's taken a couple of years to get to that level. So please keep that in mind that you too are going to go to To the same initiation process or type of initiation process, where it's like mental hazing.

To put it quite frank and blunt It is like that it's like you know, you're going through the wringer trying to figure out how to successfully run your business, your company. And you're going to go through some things to get there. Because Hey, it's worth fighting for. Yes, you're going to hang in there, you're going to stick it out. Because the vision the purpose, your why is so great. It's way more important is so it outweighs anything and everything that you're going to go through.

Because it is supposed to be is supposed to be your business is here for a reason. You are here for a reason. So whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right? So it's gonna make you even better and everything that you create and do will be just as we'll be doing is great just like like you are. So that means that people will reap the benefits. Your clients will reap the benefits because of the blood, the sweat, the tears of time, the energy, the money that you have put in doing your business.

Yes, yes, yes. So please just be mindful, just have that in the back of your mind that Dr. Sarah did let you know as you're going through business and going through this stuff that you have to go through the good and the bad and the ugly that I told you so it is kind of like an initiation process. Because you want to come out on time on top shining, like pure gold trust to believe. Next tip for a successful and sustainable business is plan to invest money into yourself and into your business. Now I put it in, in quotes. Know that you're going to not spend money because spending there was already an exchange or trade off.

So you're spending money to get an item, and therefore, everything is satisfied. But when you invest your money, this is just a mind shift right here, mindset restructuring on it. When you invest money into yourself, that means investment become investment, and you think of return on your investment. You're thinking about doubling on the money that you have put out to get you looking to double your money, quadruple your money, the money that you put out there for it to return back to you 10 times over. So plan to invest your money into yourself in your business. This is where many, many potential business owners get hung up on and they aren't willing to take the risk.

Oh, I'm putting all this money out there. I may not get it back. Because it's not about you spending money. It's about investing your money. When you have that mindset that you're going to invest then you're going to make sure but sure bets. You want to make sure that you bet Your your potential business coaches and whoever else that you're hiring, so that you get a return on your investment and not lose out.

So it's just a mind shift. But that mind shift will change such and make a world of difference and change the trajectory of what you are doing your process your steps and starting and running your business. Kill Your bear. So, all that means is that you're going to face your bear face your demons, your clown, whatever that scares you. You want to face it scared so you have a better chance to dealing with it. In other words, do it afraid, but do it anyway.

Don't let anything stop you. Don't let fear rejection disappointment, pain, heartache, sorrow, frustration, aggravation. All those words that this makes you feel so bad and down, don't give any energy to that. Don't make that bear that challenge so great. Because you're making it bigger than what it is. You're given the tools, you already have the tools, you already have the provision necessary to run a successful business and to be a great, great entrepreneur.

So keep that in mind, change the trajectory of how you're looking at everything change to that mind shift. Instead of looking at it from a negative standpoint, look at it from a positive one. And look at what you do possess. muster up the strength and the courage to face your bear to do it scared to do it anyway. Now wait until you're no longer scared. Because there's gonna be times that you want to be afraid.

And there is a saying, and what's your dreaming? You're supposed to dream big. And what's your dream big, isn't it You know, your vision isn't scaring you that it's not big enough, you're not dreaming big enough. You have to have that thing scare you so bad. For whatever reason, that it propels you and drives you that that is so important that thing, that vision, that baby that you're going to work out is going to make such a significant impact and difference in this world. Yes.

When you are open and ready to receive an experience that everything that's required will come to you. Your Dreams are waiting on you and asking you Who do you want to become? What do you want to do? What kind of impact you want to make? Your Dreams are telling you Hey, you are here for a reason. You're here on purpose.

You have a reason for your existence. Are you ready to embrace it? Kill Your darn bear. Another tip for successful and sustainable sustainable business is a set your level and set where you are You, I did say that it is a matter of seeing yourself being lightyears ahead. But it is a matter of accepting where you are, do not get frustrated with the process. You may not be where you where you want to be where you are visualizing yourself to be but you're getting there.

So appreciate. Be thankful for where you are. You may not be where you want to be, but you're not where you used to be, especially after doing this program. You are so further along than you ever have been. weeks before, months before days before. So appreciate that.

Be grateful. Be thankful. Accept where you are. Okay where you are until you get to your next level. You don't have to do this alone. So partner, collaborate with trusted individuals.

Vet them my partner So that that can take the edge off a little bit, you know, the worry and the fear that can also take the edge off in terms of having to come up with capital to run and to establish and operate your business. You can split the costs and split the profits however you want to do it. But you can also in terms of your business, you can absolutely partnering, collaborate with others. Bye bye, bye. I'm just going to put this out there. So invest in yourself, do personal development, in conferences and in coaches.

But just know that in the initiation process, there will be times that you will likely end up buying a lot of programs, a lot of services. Because you're trying to figure out or you're taking a more try out you got you're looking to figure out what is best for you. Who is that person or what does that program product or service that can help you to get to your next level. If you are operating in desperation mode, if you are operating in a scarcity mindset that is going to happen, you're going to buy, buy, buy, and they're gonna be pissed off. After looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars you have spent and you feel that you haven't moved any further than where you were prior to spending the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Because you were so quick, you were so quick to want to get to that next level what you visualize, you want to get there in five weeks, or five days.

When you operate in abundance and recognize and accept and be clear that you are fully abundant, you are fully prepared for this. Otherwise you would not even have this desire to run a business to start a business. Not everybody has this desire, so therefore it's not for them, but it's in you. And it's for a reason and because of that you have everything possible. All by and on your side and within for you to successfully run your business when you stop comparing and start looking at your you know, comparing yourself and looking at others what they have and what they don't have, what you don't have what you have, when you just let all that go and focus on abundance. Focus on prosperity focus on your why.

Keep it in view, your vision, your vision and your mission. My gosh, you won't waste time. Trying and buying, trying and buying and trying and buying. You're going to make right decisions you're going to do right by your money you're going to do right by you and gravitate, you want to listen to your discernment. And from within strategically investing your money, your hard earned dollars, together with the right people, the right person that's going to help you to get to the next level. Yes, yes or yes.

Give yourself grace. Because Hey, you may be in transition from having an impoverished mindset. And it's not your fault. It's not your fault at all. It may be from your upbringing for what you have witness or lack thereof, not having someone to guide you in the process. So, you've done the best that you could.

All you know is that you have this burning desire to start your business to run your business. And you see people healed and happy and whole, you solving problems and making a difference, leaving an indelible mark your business running without you for generations to come impacting their lives. So please give yourself grace VIPs you may not get it all right, the first time, the first thousand times is okay. But you will get it right. Then brace yourself is okay. Just know that just to say when giving yourself grace, give yourself the grace for making bad and costly decisions because that is going to happen.

If you're in transition of having that type of mindset. Just know that as part of the process is going to be part of your story. So those who are going to go through the same thing that you are going to go through and you can talk back to them and let them know, hey, it's part of the process. It's okay, that happened to me. And that's going to empower them to be like, Wow, I didn't, I didn't know she went through the same thing you can then be relatable to them, they're going to know like and trust you, you'll be able to help them to get to the next level, just the same. And however, whenever you do, evaluate, evaluate where you are.

Now understand this, oh my gosh, this is a good one, you may have outgrown your, your current level and need to move up and move on to the next one. So in other words, when you look at when you are because hey, sometimes you may have already outgrown where you are. And if that's the case, it's time to move. Okay, it's time to move from the Similac to some solid foods, don't kill yourself because I understand that it can be scary and that could be so you When I said that you have to give yourself grace, and be appreciated to where you are. This is not a race, take your time. Pace yourself at the same time, you want to make sure that if you did grow, and you received everything that you received, and you learned everything you need to learn, and it's time for you to go to the next level, but you're concerned about the next level, you know, new levels, new demos type of situation, hey, it's time for you to grow up into your next level.

Go up, evaluate where you are, and go to the next level. Don't get stuck and don't let that don't mask that fear as being, oh, well, I'm just you know, I'm supposed to still be at this level. I'm not supposed to go to the next one. I don't want to rush the process. No, don't kid yourself. Don't do that to yourself.

Assess where you are, evaluate where you are. And if you have passed the test, it's time to go to the next screen. Okay. Can you hold up the line you're holding up the gravy train Don't hold it up the people who are waiting in line for you to pay and willing to pay you top dollar for your story, your service, your message, your program, your product. Think about them. That's your why.

Cross the finish line. Don't just get to the finish line, cross it. Be the best you move up and keep going not only get to the finish line, but complete this entrepreneurial race by crossing it. There's a story where there were two runners. This one was clearly far ahead far along. He made the mistake to look back.

Why are you looking back across the finish line right there within arm's reach, you know, hand like arm's length hands where he was able to touch that dag on ribbon. He decided to turn around for whatever reason, and the person that wasn't caught up with him. And not only that, that other person Another runner caught up with him. He crossed the finish line. Because his focus was the whole time was on that finish line. The other one, while it may have seemed and appeared that he was focused on the finish line, he was really worried about everybody else.

He's worried about the people that look behind them, wanting to make sure that they didn't catch up with them while you want to check in to see if they caught up or you want to see. And you know, I guess I kind of was smelling himself as my parents would say, he wanted to see or confirm or affirm that he was the best he was ahead of the game, you want to check and make sure that he was still a front in front of everyone, and then all of a sudden, but that other person caught up with him. So in his mind, the first runner who was almost at the finish line, in his mind the whole entire time, it was about him, looking to be successful, looking to get accolades and esteemed and, you know, getting recognition For him being the fastest runner, he wanted to substantiate that he wants to supplement that he wants to make sure that that that was the case, you decide to look back when you're right there at the finish line, as opposed to maybe midway to the finish line, man.

The other guy, on the other hand, the other runner who was dead focused on that finish line. He was dead set on crossing it. He's seen I'm sure he is. He saw himself crossing the finish line, and therefore it became, he crossed it. When it comes to your business, you cross the finish line, don't just get to it. A lot of times we have been programmed and trained that way to just get to the finish line, get to the finish line, get to the finish line.

Well, how about crossing it? That's when it's complete. cross the finish line in your entrepreneurial race. Pace yourself. Don't worry by anybody else. You keep focus of your why your vision, your mission, you will cross the finish line.

When crossing the finish line, you're making your money. Come on here. Pattern after the grace as I mentioned and do what they did, you do not have to reinvent the wheel. Just reinvent yourself. You're in it to earn money to further your message, to expand your reach. And to simultaneously create the lifestyle you desire and deserve.

So congrats to you did it. You did it. Congratulations. I'm so proud of you. I'm so happy for you. And I'm so thankful for this honor and privilege to have served you in this capacity.
