Hello, hello. Hello, welcome back. Thank you. This is another lesson on the fundamentals of entrepreneurial development, the limitless leader, entrepreneur one on one, how to successfully execute your business. That's today's lesson. So welcome to my program.

I'm so excited for your success because you are at the right place at the right time. I say this because I've compiled years worth of valuable content and proven systems from beloved and respected thought leaders on how to run successful businesses. And guess what it works. When you work it. You got to put that out there. So with that said, 80% of success is just showing up So congrats to you.

Let's go ahead and put the Remaining 20% into massive action by learning and executing the profitable fundamentals of entrepreneurship. This is not a Saturday Langley business coach, leadership strategist consultant, author, award winning speaker created multiple businesses featured on major media outlets work on work for I'm always saying on but for Fortune 500 companies and connecting, I'm connected and still connected to this day to beloved thought leaders. And I became a thought leader, an influencer a breakthrough healer leader printer with my superpowers being strategy systems and structure and being a mentor or a sensei to you. The objectives of this program is to teach business strategies surrounding a successful and sustainable business as a real CEO. The program is also to position you on how to be purposeful, powerful and profitable in your business. You see, there's a saying work on your dreams because otherwise someone will hire you to work on theirs. So by now I know that you are all in to win.

So you are that serious entrepreneur, not the one that wants to get rich quick, but rather the one who wants to make significant impact and change while simultaneously creating the lifestyle and the financial freedom that you deserve and desire. So therefore, I'm at your service and Lord knows I'm ready for you. Are you ready? Are you ready? Are you serious entrepreneur? You?

Okay? Then let's begin. How to execute your business? First of all, what is your plan of action? Okay? Because if you How is the goal if you fail to plan then you plan to fail.

You fail to plan then you plan to fail. You have to have a plan. You have to have a roadmap and a blueprint to follow after. You know how important it is to know your mission and vision. That's your foundation. That's your ground, that's your footing.

So when you get lost in the sauce by looking at and comparing yourself to other businesses, other people, you start to doubt yourself and wonder if you can even do this. You go back to your mission and your vision you go back to that little girl needs your service because you breed Labradors. She has some some rare form of cancer, and the doctors aren't sure of how long she's going to make it. And her one wish is to hold a little puppy Labrador. When you keep that focus and that vision in mind, your mission becomes so easy and effortless. You will your mission is to breed those Labradors.

And to bring that level of it a little puppy Labrador to that little child. So it just put a smile on her face. But you also got paid because your parents paid for it or the the hospital pay for whoever had paid for it. You know, but the fact is, is that it's a sense of accomplishment when you're able to fulfill the vision that you have and you have to out. Okay, this is what I want to do step one, I'm going to breed the Labradors. Or step one, I want to figure out how to breed Labradors.

And then I'm going to, you know, step two, I'm going to find places that are in need of, well, that may be the first step finding out where the need is. But the point here is that you're going to have a plan of action, what is just step by step by step by step towards your vision towards your mission towards your dreams, towards your goal. So it's time to execute is time to map out your plan of action. How to execute your business, ready, set, aim, aim, get ready, get in position, and then aim assign each and every goal each and every effort that you make, assign it to what you want to see results. What you want to see happen. So an example would be in breeding that Labrador, you are setting the intention that is going to produce credibility, visibility, a certain amount of money.

Certain or particular people who can, you know, refer you to other people who are looking for Labrador breeders, but you're setting the intention on what each and every effort that you make is going to produce. What result is going to be made manifest when you are aiming or setting the intention and all that you're doing with your business? So in your time of writing in your journal, your journaling time and you're writing down your goals for the day? Right next to it. That's the goal, but also right in right next to your goal. What is the end What do you look for it to result in.

So when you have a purpose for what you do, it just puts you in position for you to receive and see the result that you're looking for when you have when you don't have any idea and no clue. That's what you get as well. You continue to get no idea and no clue and executing your, you know, planning out your business and executing and launching your business, or at least executing. What you could do is create, again content in a form of a book or an E book. This could be a lead generator, that catches the attention of your audience, for them to get to what more to know more to learn more. And in creating that, understand that your book or your ebook is like a business card to build the credibility and business and visibility.

So and you executing your business you're going out there now and making yourself known to the world Or at least to your target market. You have something tangible to give to them. That establishes you as a thought leader as an expert, and it also helps to gain that visibility because now the other one and tell us they want to tell other people about your ebook, they're going to share it with other people they're going to talk about is going to swear by it to get you more attention and bring more business to you. Are astronomical, you know, it's like it's just they outperform him, his clients outperform him, you know, in terms of the content that he gives, it gives great information. And then as a result, they triple on their efforts and triple nuts I'm not on the efforts on their results, you know, in terms of money. So definitely I want to share this with you. And you can go to that link and grab his his infographic that teaches on how to start writing your book, so that now you will have your content that is needed to help build your credibility and visibility. And doing that as you take action in your business and putting it out there to get the traction, the visibility and credibility, you can actually as another free, another lead generator that are usually free is to take the first chapter your content of your book or your ebook, and has it have it as a download a digital download for people to download onto their phones onto the computer.

So that's always a great way to as a system as a strategy, to have people to get to know more about you instead of having to sell your book. So if you the E book can be free, you can also sell it, but you can use it as a lead generator. If you want to make a profit off of your book, then you can sell it. But you want people to know more about your book without getting you know having to sell you are I'm sorry, give your book away for free. You can actually just give the first chapter as a lead generator for people to then get to want to buy your book. So if you're if the goal in the aim is to sell your book to sell 1 million books to send 1 million copies, then at $25 a pop, then, for people to get to know that your book even exists as well as Coming to know that you exist, you can have the first chapter as a lead generator.

You can happen with an opt in for that free or free first chapter by them giving you their name, their email and their phone number. And then the trade off is them getting the first chapter of your book, they are wild by it, they find it great and valuable. So now, you will be able to sell your book because now they want the whole thing. They want the whole enchilada. You know, it wants to make sure that they get all seven or 12 chapters of your book, so that they can get the healing the help the solution that they need for their pain for their problem. So that is another strategy.

Use the content from your first chapter of your book as a digital download to become a lead generator. Another way that you can execute your business or take action and moving your your business and your vision forward. To gain the visibility and credibility is to create or go to meet up calm meet up calm here's another link another resource that's as a Mary he is an Edward he is an Edward t as in Tom, you as an umbrella p as in Paul calm. You can either create events there or you can go to them and meet up calm is a platform, a database where there's millions of activities. So people create these events there where it can be anything flying a kite, walking the dog, anything that's similar interest to you that you want to join in. Most times the the meetups or the these are social groups, they are free.

Or the organizer may have set a cost, you know for monthly dues to keep the meetup going, you know whether they traveled to different locations going out to eat but you are among like minded individuals. So another way to gain visibility and credibility is to create your own meet up, where now people are coming to see you and hear you speak about the content that you have speaking from your business, and whatever that you are desiring to do, the industry that you're in, so let's say that you're, you're a beauty consultant. So now you want to give free makeup classes or you want to mentor others, other aspiring beauty consultants, people who are interested in become beauty consultants. So now you have a group for that and they come and you talk about tips and strategies. Beauty Tips, and now you can maneuver that or use it to your advantage you can get testimonials from that from them.

You can also get business from from them, you can be a mentor or coach for them. So see the strategy behind it, but you can go to meetup.com And either go to people and be able to be on, be able to be able to be able to be able be able to speak at these meetups as well as creating your own event or your own meetup social group so that you can be inevitably the coach and the mentor for those particular people who gravitate to your meetup. So that's another way to establish the credibility and visibility for your business. You can demonstrate your skills by doing a q&a. So in your events, you could always do pick out someone in the audience, put them in what we call the hot seat, and demonstrate on them demonstrate your skills. You can also create Q and A's having live Q and A's, where now you're the go to expert.

We're asking you questions and you're answering them and you are setting the captives free. You're helping to take the limits off, you're helping them to feel better about themselves. look better, feel better. be better. So definitely is another way to establish your credibility and visibility for your business as you move your business forward is through q&a and demonstrating your skills. And while building and executing your business, so actually taking action and making your business viable, making your business visible, incredible.

In the event that you do or the meetups that you do, you can ask your participants for three takeaways. And this is key because and having them to now let it resonate and reverb reverberate from their, their spirit from their soul from their beam from their body, hearing their own voice and what they have learned from from you. That feels a deal because now they're like, wow, I want more of this. I'm becoming more aware. I'm getting more understanding. I'm becoming more confident Becoming more clear, what is your fee?

How much do you cause they would now want to hire you because now all of these played factors play a part in them knowing liking and trusting you. So asking them, what do they take away is always a great strategy for them to inevitably become a client of yours. Which leads to you being upsell, like I just said, of selling on a program or service that you can provide. You can also view if they still if you have those who still aren't convinced, and they want to make sure that they make sure Here I go again, you want to make sure for real for real, that you are the real deal and that you really can't help them. You can do something called a free discovery session. I am going to spend a moment explaining this.

So if you're let's say that you decided you decided to become a speaker or a coach and author consultant trainer, in anything that you do, and when people want to hire you, they want to get to know more about you. They want to talk with you in regards to they're assessing you, they want to fill you out, they're putting you on an interview to see if you are the person for them. And don't take it personal. There's only business because perhaps you may have already had people before you that they hired and they felt that they didn't get the results that they were looking for. So now they want to be more mindful and conscious is okay. You're going to demonstrate your skills and that discovery session.

So real quick, a discovery session is just that. know the difference? It is not you actually giving them a free session, a free coaching session, a free consulting session on whatever it is that they're asking you. For. They asked you they say showed up for they decided to have this session with you for rather, you're helping them to discover their problems. What are the gaps?

What are the holes? what is causing them to have pain? what is causing them to be stuck? That is what this discovery session is for you helping them to discover what the problem is. And then you're positioning your business as the solution. Do you see the strategy?

This is oh my gosh, that's seven, you world of hurt, and thousands of dollars from that tip alone. Position your discovery sessions to just help them to discover the problem. I actually have templates and scripts on exactly what do you say to the individuals when they have objections? When they are vacillating between they're, they're oscillating between Okay, should they move forward or should they not when they're stuck and making a decision, your job is helping them to make a decision. Inevitably you will close the deal and the fail in doing that. But you have to understand and operate your session as a discovery session, helping them to discover the problem.

Please don't think and this is one more tip, please don't think that people are thinking like you. This was this was my my problem at the time, this was my challenge. I'm thinking, Oh, that is so simple and easy. All they got to do was think, you know, why would they want to pay me or paying anybody for that when all they got to do is Google it? Well, because they're not you. Because they want the convenience, or they just don't think that they can do it.

Even if they were to Google the information, it's another to now execute it. So they may need you and your service to do just that. So do not minimize your knowledge, your skills. Because when you're thinking that it's so easy and simple that anybody can do it. They'll particular people aren't thinking that way. That's why they're seeking help.

And they're looking to you as being the solution to their problem. So definitely run your sessions as a discovery session, you're helping them to discover the problem, and you're positioning your business as a solution to their problem. Another way in executing your business going out there getting getting the getting visible, and getting credible, is finding speaker opportunities, and creating speaker opportunities. So and one of the lessons I talked about how speaking being a professional speaker is one of the top earning top they're one of the top earners. So those are the ones that you want to get involved in one of the top business earning earners. So in other words, you're using this speaking opportunity to not only get credible, invisible, but it also can get you hired.

And you didn't even see that coming. You just looked at it as Alright, I just wanted to create the program. I just wanted to create the product and that was it. But we talked about passive income streams, multiple income streams, how else can you turn your business into a multi multiple income stream as opposed to being burnt out, possibly being burnt out but doing one thing all the time, and still not getting the amount, the right amount of traction or the right amount of clients that you need for your business to sustain and to run. So you look at multiple ways of how your business can provide a service and to impact lives, speaking as another way, so the one that people can hear you speak, the more interested that they are in your service and your products and programs. So get yourself out there and ways of speaking doesn't have to necessarily be in front of people's faces.

It could be through social media. It could be through telecast through telephone, telephone webinars, video webinars, podcasts, YouTube videos. So the opportunities are endless. Do not limit yourself. Simply put yourself in position because you are in the business to earn money and to sustain it. Find speaker opportunities, one of the high highest paying professions out there.

See, I had to keep doing that. I had to try to figure out what how and what am I trying to say? How do I say it? All right. We're almost at the homestretch here. Or we're at the homestretch how to execute your business.

Another way that you can establish your events so that you can build the visibility and credibility is event, right comm and meetup.com as I've already mentioned, event fright is as Edward v as in Victor is an Edward and is in Nancy tears and Tom DSN toI r as in Robert eyes and igloo t as in Tom. He is an Edward comm event bright calm. Many people frequent that platform in finding events. So it would behoove you when you have events through whether you're doing it on meetup calm, or you're actually having an event, your very first event, then put it on eventbrite.com and other platforms as similar because then that will attract more people to your event. I mentioned this already. Other ways of executing or taking action in your business and getting the visibility and credibility again is through Facebook Live.

YouTube, zoom, Instagram. And as well as once again, I'm really iterating these things but these are important. Getting testimonials. Creating a group, a focus group. Teaching them of course, three to five weeks, getting testimonials putting on your website, then you'll be able to start establishing yourself or being in position to, to sell to now put a price tag to what you're doing, if that's the strategy that you want to go, if you want to go ahead and just start, put your business out there and already price your products and services, so that you can have people who are willing to pay you for it, then by all means, do it. You're in business to earn money.

So it's okay to do that. But these are just some other ways of helping to build up your credibility and your visibility and executing your business. So with that said, we are we're now home.
