All right. So without further ado, are you ready? I hope you are because the energy to get energy. So I want to make sure that I give you my all. So that now as I give you my all and stop your energy, your vibration your thinking, that will also make a world of difference in your life as you learn to create a business, a lifestyle that's going to yield results that's going to yield your happiness and success while you are helping others to be happy and successful at the same time, too. All right, so if you're ready with me, come on, let's begin.

Let's talk about the do's and adulty for starting a business. First of all, let's talk about your mindset. The way that you think determines how you behave. So what you have to do is make sure that you catch yourself in every sense of the word. You have to make sure you have to check your mindset. Are you ready for entrepreneurship?

Are you ready to be that successful CEO in your business in your company? Be mindful of the following. If you have a mindset that says, okay, Hey, I know that. So there may be some things that I'm going to teach you that you may say to yourself consciously in your mind. Oh, I already know that. Oh, that's so Elementary.

Oh, I already know this. Oh, I see that I don't really need this course. Because I really know a lot of what Dr. Sarah is saying. You have to be careful about that. Because sometimes you don't know what you don't know. And you have to come in with an open mind in an open perspective, because it is about making sure that you're taking in the great nuggets that you can use and apply.

So there's a difference between being aware and having understanding. You can be aware of a lot of things but that doesn't mean that you have absolute understanding. That's going to move you to take massive action. So think about that. When you are are going to a seminar when you are purchasing programs, products and services. And you may already believe that you know a lot of things.

But you may be surprised that perhaps there's more to learn. Because see, hey, if you stop learning, then that means that you're dying, okay? You're always learning as you are alive in this world. also pay attention to self sabotage. A lot of times we would think that as we climb the corporate ladder or we events in our, in our in our lives, that we're thinking that there are so many different roadblocks or barriers that's holding us back from being successful and happy. However, there may be some times that you're actually helping with that many that you may be setting it up with this type of narrative going back to the mindset, you may have some type of narrative that you don't even realize so consciously, that perhaps you don't do deserve to be successful, that perhaps you don't deserve to be happy that perhaps you're not going to be the best CEO in your company or your business.

And with those unspoken rules with that type of mindset, and you don't even know that you have that type of mindset, that negative, stinking thinking, as I call it, it also can play a part in you actually creating the roadblocks in the barriers to your success. So you have to pay attention to the way that you're thinking because again, the way that you think determines how you behave. Also, focus on where you are and what you don't have. So in other words, sometimes we get stuck going back to the self sabotage because we're trying to support a narrative that doesn't serve us. So you have to pay attention to what are you saying to yourself? What are you allowing others to speak into your life that may not be favorable or profitable, you have to be mindful of that.

Therefore, what are you focusing on in terms of where you are right now and what you don't have. So I remember a time where I used to focus on my bank account. And I would meditate on it, meaning that I would constantly check it and see how it was dwindling. How I have more output that input going into my bank account. And when I saw that it stirred up unspoken narrative that, Oh, I'm not going to be successful. Because successful people have money in the bank account, they have more input than output.

And because I don't have more input, the output is actually the opposite going on with my bank account. It actually didn't serve me and it kept me stuck. It helped me to not move forward. And I actually ended up creating better barriers and some end roadblocks that impeded upon my success. I focused on where I was in real time as opposed to visualizing where I wanted to To be being able to forecast where I want it to go in my life. So you have to be careful and mindful of how you're thinking and also operating as an employee instead of entrepreneur.

So these are actually the adults Okay, before starting your business when it comes to your mindset. If you we all could man once, then not an employee. As a matter of fact, you could be in a play right now, and it's okay. But if you are deciding to become an entrepreneur, you have to be an entrepreneur running your company, your business your organization, you cannot have the mindset of an employee. An employee is hoping to serve by which an entrepreneur as well a leader is also a server. However, there are different elements and components when it comes to being an employee, that they are trained to help support someone else's vision in a sense when it comes to being an entrepreneur and you Being a CEO and your business you like to think as an entrepreneur, to grow and enhance and expand your business by which you're going to hire employees, for your company, for them to be the ones in the position to help advance your business.

You have to be the leader, the visionary, and you're going to have other responsibilities as a CEO. The unemployed don't have they do not have. So keep that in mind. These are the don'ts before starting your business when you when it comes to your mindset, you have to really check yourself when it comes to what are you saying to yourself, if you already are stopping short and receiving great information that you think you already know, remember, you don't know what you don't know. When you're self sabotaging when you're trying to support a narrative that doesn't serve you the sticky thinking, the unspoken rules that you have in your life. We focused on where you are, as opposed to focusing on where you want to go.

And you're looking at what you don't have as opposed to being grateful and appreciative of what you do have evoking activity that's going to give you the momentum necessary to move forward. And again, operating as an employee, when you have an entrepreneurial mindset or you are in position to be a CEO and your business, these are the don'ts before starting your business. Another thing in terms of as I kind of touched on earlier, when it comes to your mind that these are the don'ts before starting your business, please don't let your brain serve you to stay stuck. Your brain is wired to protect you. But also at times, unfortunately, it also keeps you stuck. It keeps you and prevents you from taking risks.

And please when it comes to entrepreneurship, it's all about risk to be honest with you. So this is not for the faint of heart. If you find yourself that you are always scared to take risks. You always counting the cost which is okay to count the cost. But it can't be to the point where where, again, you're supporting the narrative that you maybe she should not take a chance at entrepreneurship, maybe you shouldn't take a chance at running a business. When you're constantly finding justifications to keep you stuck, then again, you have to reconsider if entrepreneurship is for you, it is okay.

If it's not, you know, but just know that if you are deciding to move forward, this is why you are a part of this program right now. Then count the costs in terms of, Hey, you know what, I need to be prepared that there will be risk I have to accept that. Now, what do I do? What are the steps and the strategies that I need to take for me to be successful and happy in running my successful business as a CEO? Okay, so that's it. Don't Don't let your brain serve you to stay stuck.

Another don't before starting your business is trying to be perfect before launching. Oh my gosh, I'd rather for you to launch and not be perfect. That'd be perfect and don't launch. So in other words, I remember doing one of my book launches. And I tell you the truth. I am a recovering perfectionist.

So I humbly admit that and I remember wanting my book release party to be so perfect. What was so interesting was that the week before my book launch, I had no books. I honestly, okay, full disclosure. My book release party was on a Saturday, I finished proofreading and editing and formatting my book, let's say on that Thursday, and then I had to find a publisher. I had to find a printing place to print my books. And I remember that Sunday, I was talking to my committee and they said, Oh, the books here.

You know what's going on? And I spoke on based on what I wanted to see, I was forecasting. I wasn't speaking on you. You know, in real time on that day on that Sunday to my committee, I said, Oh, yeah, the books are gonna be here. The books are ready. I was speaking it into existence, okay, as opposed to shaking in my boots like, Oh my god, I don't have the books.

I'm not even done editing. And I'm not saying you know, look, don't try this at home everybody, okay? I'm not glorifying this and saying that this is the way to go. I'm just say that I was trying to be perfect and sometimes things happen. Life does happen. So don't freak out.

If it doesn't go according as plan. Um, just to finish the story out. We did find a printing company on that Friday. And the books were ready that same day. I think that night, they did a rush order, but I had favor in that. I mean, it worked out perfectly that I had the books ready by Saturday.

So please, before launching, if you're trying to be perfect again, back there in that life is going to happen. Okay, I rather for you to launch, you know, with not having all your ducks in a row. I'm not saying being sloppy. I'm not saying to not do it in excellence. But just know that things do happen, the show continues to go on. So don't worry about always trying to get it all right before getting it done, because it may never get done.

If you're constantly trying to make sure that you have it all together. Another don't before starting your business, when it comes to your mindset is a glorified hobby. I desire for you to get paid for your brilliance, for your knowledge for your service or your product for your program, do you otherwise you have a glorified hobby? If you're not getting paid for any of the things that you do, that people are raving you for? And they're saying, Wow, that was great information. Thank you so much.

And they walk away with more value because you were in their lives. You spoke something a great idea, a great suggestion, but you're not getting paid for it. Let me set you free right now it's okay to get paid for your value for the value that you give out there. It's not about again, having a an employee mindset where you're trading your, your time for money. Rather, when it comes to entrepreneurship, it is about trading your value for money. It's not about the time, you're not getting paid for your time you're getting paid for the value that you are presenting and giving to those that you are touching.

So keep that in mind so that you don't create all these glorified hobbies like I have Once done, or rather get paid for your brilliance. It's okay. It is okay. It is okay. And please another don't before starting a business, don't stop working. You are working on your business for it to be Exactly what it needs to be in the marketplace not only just in the marketplace in the entire world, you exist for a reason.

And whatever you bring to the table is unique. It adds value. It adds purpose it adds to our lives. Don't stop working on your business. Don't stop working on your vision. Don't stop working on your idea.

Right now you may be in the seed planting phase, where you're taking in all the information and you're planting seeds you're planning you're putting things on paper you are brainstorming and mapping out. But and you also are investing into your business so you cannot expect to reap a harvest. When you're planting seeds right now you have to know what phase you are in the whole Creation of your business. Or you could be someone who's running a business right now, and you want to further enhance it, that that means that you cannot stop working on it. You have to know where and what phase you are in your business in your in the creation and the formation and the running of it and the sustainability or if you're trying to enhance it. So that actually means that you're just going to be certain things that you have to do steps that you have to take in each of those phases to reap the benefits and the harvest due to you.

So please, when it comes to your business, don't stop working. Another don't or I'm sorry, now we want to do so please do this. When it comes to your mindset, know and understand your why. Why are you in business for yourself? Why are you creating the business that you decide to create Is it all for? You have to know and understand and remember what I said earlier, there is a difference between awareness, knowing and understanding.

Why are you in business? Remember what I said too, this is not a get rich quick scheme. Okay, this is more about helping you for long term effects is for sustainability purposes. With that said the Why shouldn't be and I know we're on the do's but it should not be about merely making your pockets fat. And that's it. It has to be about what is your purpose?

What's driving you on creating and running your business? So please do that start to really assess and take in Why are you in business okay? Another do when it comes to your mindset before starting your business is start with it. Mind, yes, you have to have an exit strategy. You have to make sure that you look at it from the end. Where do you want to be?

And you work your way backwards. So if the goal and the intention is to again, say, you want to create a billion dollar company that impacts globally, you know, it crosses and transcends across continents. What is the step before that is called reverse engineering? What is the step before that, that got you to create such a massive, huge company or business that transcends across continents, that's making impact globally. You have to work your way backwards and see how also how you work yourself out of your own business and company that is more profitable in and of itself when you are creating businesses that to which you do not have to continue to keep working in them, but it can run with it. Without you have the exit strategy.

Have the end in mind when it comes to another deal before starting your business. Study the greats. You do not have to reinvent the wheel whatsoever study those who you aspire to become. Please really aspire to be who you who you want to become. But you can also look at the great who you are. So in all with that you're like, wow, what how do they do it?

Start studying them. Whether it's Oprah, whether it's Jeff Bezos, whether it's Elon Musk, whether it's Bill Gates, whoever you are so taken by that you're like, wow, I would love to do something like that someday. Well, you can create that Sunday. That's Sunday can be a reality. Why not study what they've done, do what they've done, so you can get to where you want to be. And lastly, when it comes to what you need to do before starting your business, hey read, educate and say to mastery.

Don't just study and create and produce where you're now commonplace, you're doing what everyone else is doing. Rather, stand out, be the best in your industry, be the best in your business be the best focus and set the intention to be the number one in what you're doing. But that requires reading. Reading is fundamental. So why not read? They say average.

So millionaires, the amount of books that millionaires read is about 100 books a year. So between 66 and 100 books a year, so why not start today? In gathering and soaking up all the great information to position yourself to mastery in your business. All right, so Let's go to the next when it comes to what do you need to do before starting your business when it comes to your mindset, immerse yourself in your professional development and type of business you want to have. So when I wanted to be a clinical psychotherapist, I, of course, I went to school for it, I had to intern to study for a couple of years under a clinical supervisor, I really took in and so in. Because I pictured myself running my own company, I pictured actually having somewhat of a franchise in a way where I had all these different counseling practices across the nation in the US event.

And when I had that thought in mind, I worked my way backwards. And I knew that I had to sit under someone who was doing the same thing that I desire to do. I couldn't sit under someone who was working as an employee at a company as a manager, because that was as far as they could teach me. So I had to sit under someone who was doing what I desired to do. With that being said, I embodied a clinical psychotherapist, I became a clinical psychotherapist, before I was even one here what I'm saying, when it comes to your business, when it comes to the profession that you desire to do, you have to embody that you have to become that you have to breathe, eat, sleep back where you are that as opposed to it being not a disconnect, necessarily, but just as it being okay, well, merely just being a CEO, merely just being an entrepreneur.

It's like you have to really embody an entrepreneur, embody a CEO. Even if you believe that you're not fully one. It's about being and you do that through the reading. You do that through immersing yourself in your professional development and growing yourself to mastery. You do that by studying the Great's You do that by being around like minded individuals. So immerse yourself into being exactly what you are desiring to become another do when it comes to creating or I'm sorry before starting your business is create a daily, weekly, quarterly monthly annual goals.

Oh my gosh this is key This is a great juicy nugget. For me I'm visual. I don't know what type of learning style you are. But it's always great to map out to have something that you can see write the vision and make it plain so to speak. When you can create your daily goals What are you looking at challenging yourself to make every single day? What are you challenging yourself to make every single week?

Every single quarter, every single month, every year? What are your goals, your financial goals, your business goals, your professional goals, your personal goals, start creating those, write them down so that you can now have Have a blueprint and a focus an aim to follow after that you can look at every single day. When you're writing your goals down first thing in the morning, make sure that you you carve time just for yourself one hour before when you wake up rather so one hour. Once you wake up, have one hour for yourself before you start anything before you hit Facebook before you hit Twitter before you're checking in and being nosy. Try to find out the latest gossip going on in the celebrities lives. Please make one hour of your time for yourself, devote it to yourself as well as one hour before you go to bed.

You're reviewing your goals to see if you have hit your mark or your target or are you on on par with your goals. But make sure that you create your daily goals. What are you aspiring to complete daily whether you are aspiring to complete weekly, quarterly monthly write those goals down. Another do when it comes to before starting your business is to invest in yourself and in your business. You know there's a saying if you aren't willing to invest in yourself that's not the case for you because you're investing in yourself by purchasing this program. But if you are not interested in investing in yourself and growing yourself and in paying, you know actually using your dollars, your hard earned dollars to grow yourself, then it may be a sure bet that no one else should invest in themselves to you to your product or service if you can't even invest in yourself.

So you want to set the example first high and have other people to follow after your lead. So you have to make sure that you put aside the capital, your time, put aside what is necessary to grow you and your business. This is not a lo fi hobby. This is more to it than that, especially if you're looking to make a significant impact in the lives that you desire to serve. Another do before starting your business is to assess and appreciate where you are in business. Now this is the difference between when I say you know focusing or don't focus on where you are and what you don't have rather a set when you are small beginnings do not despise small beginnings.

Remember, there are different phases when it comes to growth when it comes to business. If he may have a child you may have you may be a parent or you may not, but just knowing that there's different trimesters, there's different times of gestation there's different times of growth there's different times of when the baby is growing inside of your tummy. You know and it comes is the same when it comes to your vision. We have birthing your vision, and you're going through times of troubling times of moaning and groaning times when you have cravings for pickles and ice cream times when your feet are swollen times where, you know, you're just like, okay, I can't take it anymore. I just want to burst this thing out. But once you do, oh my gosh, this is if all that was either worth it or all of that you forgot about all what you went through.

When you see that beautiful vision in your arms. When you see that beautiful business. Oh my gosh, you're your business license when you hang up your and frame your very first $100 bill. So back in the day, they said hang up their first dollar and frame it. We're talking about $100 bills here. Nothing less.

But yes, you have to appreciate where you are and your your your level of success and and your Journey of being this great, powerful, magnificent CEO running your great successful company. So just appreciate the small beginnings, you may not be where you desire to be, but just know that you're not where you used to be. You already moved the needle because you are here right now with me, learning the do's and don'ts before starting your business and appreciate embrace it. Enjoy the process and the journey. It is not about the end result, honestly, of you arriving It is about the journey and the life lessons that you're learning along the way. All right.

So I want to give you some bonuses just for the fact that you showed up and took massive action by investing in yourself through this product and this service with the FTD program. So here's a bonus for you know your money to invest. So I was taught this financial freedom formula. Here's how you can do this to become profitable in your business. Okay, so it's your working income, so many of you or you could still be working for the man and it's okay to use that to your advantage. Learn what you can while you are working for someone while you're working your way out of working for a company to work for yourself.

So put aside working income, save it. So working income money that you're making now, plus your savings. So you're saving you're putting aside a certain amount a set amount of money to create the capital that you need to run your business plus investments. So whether you have thoughts trees, whether you have options, whether you have Bitcoin is at this time of this recording is popular right now. So putting aside investments, what monies are you you know, passive income streams, so that's the next one, but investments that you're making as well as passive income streams. One example of a passive income stream, whether you are doing right now that Time this recording, you have Uber you have Lyft where you're, you know, driving around and taking people places and you know saving money that way or Airbnb, that's something that is popular as well at this time, where you are renting your home or your space out to two individuals who are looking to stay at a hotel, you are having opportunities and passive income could also be you.

Doing certain things with your business, not just solely one thing, but you're doing multiple things you could if you're deciding to be a business coach, not only are you coaching individuals, but you could also teach on it you can also train you can also create this type of product such as and fundamentals of entrepreneurial development program. You could also speak you can also write a book. These are passive income streams, multiple ones that you can do not just solely one thing, and also plus simplify sleep money. I love sleeping Money sleep money is that you can go right to sleep and you're making money while you're sleeping. Meaning that this program, or something called a membership base subscription, where you have clients or customers who are paying a monthly subscription for your product and service on a regular basis, for your time for for your q&a sessions, monthly, whatever that you decide that you create, but you don't have to show up.

So rather, you don't have to necessarily show up. But your program is showing up on your behalf where now you can just rest at ease, knowing that you can wake up and see money going into your bank account. This is the financial freedom formula working income plus savings plus investments plus passive income plus simplify sleep money equals profit, purpose, power and profit. Here's the golden rule. And this is an absolute great juicy nugget and in and of itself when it comes to you being a CEO for your business. As a company, please pay your pay yourself.

Please pay yourself okay, from your business. It's okay to pay yourself. I used to not. I used to pay everyone and whatever was left, I will give myself. No. pay yourself first.

And then use the money that you pay yourself first with to pay everyone else next, okay? I tell you, it makes a world of difference to your psyche, to your momentum to your energy. When you start to pay yourself, okay? So make sure that when you run your business and starting your business, pay yourself first even if that means that you have to hire a company to cut you a check. You know, where are you now having checks be mailed to you. When you were working for the man that's what was going on.

You had your checks mailed or you were able to pick up your check at on Friday at 3pm. Rather, you can have a company hire a company to do generate the checks and and do the books and take care of your taxes and all the other expenses and have your checks sent to you, by you paying yourself first, what a great feeling. I tell you the truth, you have to email me and let me know once you do that, if that how that feels for you, okay, make sure that you email me and let me know the status of that. But pay yourself first, I cannot emphasize that enough. And another bonus is business automation and minutes and insurance. So hey, I'm helping you to create a real company.

A lot of times we will just create a business and looking forward to making money but not having the fundamentals. This is what this is about fundamentals of entrepreneurial development. Create your business, in terms of business formation, all the documents that's needed to really create your business to get your EIN number, things like that. We can talk further long into it, but really from your business, what type of business do you You want to have Do you want it to be an LLC? Do you want to be a sole proprietor? Those are the things that you need to research on how and what type of business structure you want to set up your business and your company.

As well as please make sure that you take in monthly minutes. I had this with one dear friend and colleague who had taught us in a seminar the importance of keeping notes of your business keeping notes and tabs of what are you doing with your business so that if you ever get pulled in or get audited on on if you're ready, really running your business legitimately, that you have minutes to support that. So he had mentioned that hey, you can be a single member of your company. And if you decide to run your your meeting, while in the shower and talking to yourself, it's okay. You know you're now brainstorming watching your shower. Besides singing in the shower, you're brainstorming in the shower on what things you need to purchase for your business that right there, that's, that's, that's minute worthy, you need to take notes on that they dated and time it and put it away so that you are now keeping track of what you are doing for your business.

Okay, so that is very important. And interns. If you're not in a position right now to hire someone to help you with your business, it's okay. Why not bring in interns from a local university, where they're now working pretty much for credit. You know, for them to graduate, they need certain amount of credits, and they get to get a real, a real world experience in the real world of running a business plenty from you. You can use them to your advantage and it's a trade off because they also get to experience what it's really like.

At least a glimpse of it, of what it's like into the real world if they decide to become an entrepreneur themselves. So that being said, it's all about thinking, you know, working smarter, not so much working harder. But you can also use that to your advantage in terms of getting interns to, to work for you and your company. Alright, so some other juicy bonuses, no your money to invest. So again, back to the financial freedom formula. Make sure that when you're setting up your accounts for your business, that you have a business account, a savings account, personal accounts and sub accounts.

This is a juicy nugget in and of itself too. So that you don't get audited and your commingling like I have done. I know I put that out there. Well, I once done, I'm commingling your your, your your money when it comes to your business versus your personal money. So you have to make sure that you set up your business correctly and accurately, have a business account. That is the money that you get paid for, that you pay yourself with you.

It's all from your business account. Have a savings account, where you're putting monies aside a certain percentage of to save as capital for your business. Have a personal account that has nothing to do with your business. So that's your play money that's your money that you perhaps paid yourself with, you know, paid yourself from your business account, to now be your personal money to do whatever the heck you want to do. You cannot use your business money to do or take care of personal matters. It is like you know, let's say that you want to go I don't know buy deodorant or soap.

You know, how do you justify that you want from your business? account, but rather than what your personal account is for, and sub accounts, where if there's certain things that you want to do that you do not want to dip into your business account to cover that you cannot justify if that was a business expense, rather have sub accounts for saving money for a rainy day, saving money to travel, saving money to appeal to your opulent lifestyle and lavish taste, have sub accounts but if you set up your accounts that way that will make a world of difference when it comes to your business and and really doing it accurately and correctly. So If ever a time that you ever get audited or you someone is having to check your business and make sure that you're doing it doing it right, and every all the books are legit, everything is accounted for.

That's the position that you want to be in. Not be in a position where you're not learning any of this. And no one ever told you how to really set up and structure your business accurately when now you have to learn the hard way. I've learned the hard way. And that's why I'm sharing this with you right now as a life lesson. Okay?

Here's another financial freedom formula for yourself. Especially when I mentioned about the sub accounts 10% goes into your financial freedom account. So the sub accounts that I mentioned 10% goes into your long term savings account. 10% goes into your education or your professional development. So there's times that you need to go quarterly, go to different seminars and workshops to really again help to add to your growth to mastery to master in your business. 55% necessity.

So a lot of times things do come up. This is not from your business account people okay? This is all in your personal So accounts, but you have your necessities because things do come up life does happen. So 55% of what you make at once you paid yourself first rather from your from taking their business account, paying yourself and now that money goes into your personal account to do whatever the heck you want to do. You break it down into sub accounts, necessity, anything to come up, so have the bulk of your money, go towards necessity, okay 10% play, have fun, put money aside for play whatever the heck you want to play. Whatever you want to do, that is your play money.

10% Goes to that and then 5% going to giving Now you may have been raised like I was where you 10% goes into tithing, between five and 10%. That can be your giving some accounts. And you can do whatever you want to do with that. Whether you want to donate or you want to put it towards, you know, typing in your local place of worship or to give to a local charity, but at least you have money set aside for that. So that's the financial freedom formula that I want to share with you as a bonus of taking massive action and being part of this program. Another bonus that I want you to share with you and how you know knowing your money to invest to help you to get a great significant return on your investments is that knowing the five Highest Paid professions and these professions in terms of when I mentioned earlier about passive income streams you can always do an Airbnb real estate is very popular has been one of the highest paid professions ever is going into real estate on Airbnb, like I said, is it you know it is so and I'm not getting endorsed.

I'm not getting anything for it for really endorsing At the time of this recording, it really is about what you can get into. So whether you want to go into real estate, but if you want to dip your toe into the whole thing, as opposed to really going all in, in purchasing homes and flipping houses and things like that, hey, why not rent out a room in your house and see how that works and then build from there if you end up renting or getting another house, renting spaces or even renting your house, that you know just taking it step by step, but real estate is one of the highest paid professions ever out there. Another is stocks and trade. So getting into stocks and trade or options. That is not my area of expertise, but you definitely can look into that if you're looking to find other ways of multiplying and growing.

Your portfolio, your financial portfolio and making money or earning money. I was just saying, Earl Nightingale you want to look him up. He has said that the only place that that is ever making money is the mint. We earned money here. All right, internet marketing is another Highest Paid profession and public speaking. Again, you can always speak teaching training, speaking on what you have learned in the process.

Do you know that you are an expert now that you can actually speak based on your own life lessons and building your business establishing it, forming it, creating it running it, you are now in position to speak about it, to write about it, you know, become an author and write about this but again, just sticking to what have been one of the highest paying professions ever out there. public speaking is another in network marketing. You know, and also creating is setting up programs and products that you can sell online that you can market. You can network with other like minded individuals that are in your field and be able to create the empire that you're looking to create. Okay, so definitely consider those in terms of other ways to earn money. I mentioned about an author becoming an author.

So there are 14 steps that I talked about in another program. My book, breakthrough book writing breakthrough program. If you want to learn more about it, feel free to send us an email to care support at Dr. Sarah Renae law. I'm sorry Dr. Sarah Renae Langley comm care support at Dr. Sarah Renae Lindley, calm and I wanted to give you again as a bonus for taking massive action and positioning yourself to invest through this program in growing yourself to be that good She, executive awesome officer that you aspire to be. Yes. As opposed to the chief everything officer that I mentioned earlier.

Here's another bonus for you for taking action, how do you become an author? So, some of the steps I want to share with you is first and foremost Write, write about your journey. I am I am such a journalist in terms of I have, I have on so many journals and I started writing since I was 11 years old when my brother, but a journal for me for Christmas and I never forgotten that because ever since then, I continue to write to my east of where I am now. And that's like 20 2030 years later, I wanted to say 2030, about 30 years later. I'm still writing today. So a lot of what I written is actually like lessons that I can teach.

I can put in a book I can put into an E book, you can do do so, right? Look at your journal. Start journaling, this whole process. Remember what I said earlier, as far as it's not so much about the the end result, once you arrived in your business and in your company and making it successful and being happy about it, but rather is the journey, the process, what did you go through? What were the challenges that you overcame? What were the barriers and the roadblocks that you were able to go over?

Those are the things that people are interested in learning for themselves. So why not journal and write about it. So write is one of the great key steps that you need to become an author have a compelling title, something that's juicy and engaging, something that's disruptive and controversial, something that's going to grab our attention, have a compelling title, think about compelling and one way that you can actually do this. This is a quick cheat cheat sheet here. Cliff's notes version is to look at other books, look at other authors, go to Amazon and check out the different books that are out there that caught your attention. Read up and see what titles people are using.

See how they go about that. That's one quick way of coming up with a compelling title yourself. Another is setting the intention and the purpose of the book. What is the purpose of your book, a lot of times people have no intention or aim or goal as to what they want their book to do. What do you want your book to do? Do you want it to inspire, to motivate to teach?

Do you want to just put your information out there? What is the intention when you have an aim or a goal for your book that makes a world of difference because now it will go exactly where you are setting it to go. jairaj What type of book do you want it to fall under its fiction is it self help? It's Is it nonfiction, because that actually makes way of becoming a best seller, if you have are certain if your book can fall into this, so this is yet another juicy nugget and bonus for you. You're very welcome. When you're looking to become best seller, one way of doing that is looking at the type that you're booking fall into what type of genre, there may be multiple genres that your book can fall into.

So if that's the case, you may dominate in one of those genres that maybe others aren't dominating in. So that being said, that means that it can quickly become a best seller in and of itself because it's in a genre that perhaps it's not in house house or housing for other books like yours in that particular genre. So you can easily boost business or sales with your business in it getting bought, by which now is now Going up in the ranks of it being one of the best selling books in that particular genre. Okay, so, book look into that a little bit further. Again, if you want help on that when you get to that place of creating your book and you want to become a best seller, please look me up, reach out to us Acura support at Dr. Sarah Renae Lindley Comm. If you want more information, and you want to be a part of our book breakthrough program, I will be more than happy to serve you and welcome you into our book breakthrough family.

Another bonus on how to become an author is outlined in the book and schedule winter, right? This is so key. Instead of just whenever you have time, you're just going to go ahead and write rather schedule it as best as possible. Look at your schedule and see where you can carve out time or you already have time that you didn't realize that you have to put towards your book and now you block out that time to focus and devote solely to you writing your book outline Your book what titles or what do you want to talk about, usually five to seven, if not 12. It depends on the type of book that you want to write. But coming up with outlines, five to seven as a starting point of what you want to discuss in each chapter.

Outlining the book and also being able to schedule time to write is always key, so that you can get it done. And lastly, another point on how to become a an author is another step is to publish publish versus self publishing, should you go to a publisher or a publishing company versus self publishing your book, if you are interested, and you have the capital enough to self publish versus not having enough to get a publisher, then you have to consider the pros and the cons but which you can research or again, if you are looking to start writing your book and you want to become an author and you want to join our book breakthrough program. Again, feel free reach out to us at peer support at Dr. Sarah Renae Langley comm for more information so that we can help you to get established and make a decision on what will be best for you Self Publish versus publishing.

Another bonus, hey, if you're looking to become an author, or I'm sorry, a coach, so not only do you want to become an author, but you also desire to become a coach, a business coach, a life coach, all types of coaches out there, you're in the right place. See, I'm helping you to already consider multiple streams of income for your business. So there's 12 steps that I talked about in my coaching program, when I'm teaching aspiring coaches on how to build and establish their coaching business. So hey, again, if you're looking to become a coach, and you need help with that career support at Dr. Sarah Renae lynda.com share support at Dr. Sarah Renae. lynda.com six of the 12 steps that I talked about in becoming a successful coach are Hey, when you Working with the client help the client in setting the intention? What is the point?

Or what is the goal that the client needs you to help them with? What do they What are they striving to complete? What are they striving to become? Set that intention with the client? Another juicy bonus. How do you help your How do you become a successful coach?

And how are you creating the process for your clients is assessing the challenges and weaknesses. So whether you're creating forums that or assessments that's helping to assess their challenges, their strengths, their weaknesses, so that it puts them in a position and it puts you in a position on how you can better serve them. So creating assessments that assess their challenges, their weaknesses and their strengths. Another that you can do when you're establishing your coaching business and you're creating this coaching business and serving clients is to assess their strengths and their successes to us. What are their wins? What did they What have they done, that they're happy and proud about that will give them the momentum necessary to move forward?

Assessing their strengths, what can they use to their advantage their, their their, their talents, their gifts, their craft their skill that they can use to their advantage to fulfill the goals that they're looking to work on with you. Another is helping them to identify their limitations through homework assignments through assessments, as I mentioned earlier, but helping to identify what are the what is what, what sort of mindset? Do they have the stinking thinking that they have, helping them to identify what are their limits? What limits do they put on themselves, so that you can help them to break free from them and become limitless. Another is creating a roadmap, an action plan a blueprint, so helping them to create a step by step strategy towards their goal and lastly, helping them to be part of an online community. community for a client, for the client and for resources that ticket they can obtain.

So just like yourself, you're a part of a 24, seven dedicated online community where you are connected with like minded individuals were working together, showing up helping each other out, providing the support that's necessary. You're creating the same thing for your clients. So when you have an online community for them to get the support that they need, and the encouragement that they need to strive and to be successful, always a great way to go as well as your resources, any type of templates, any type of suggested readings, you can have it all available for them. So those are some great steps. When you are creating your coaching business. What things that you can quickly create and make happen that's going to make you very successful when it comes to coaching and getting the clients to beat down your door.

Is that are you having to beat the pavement trying to network in which it's important to do, but you know, instead of you have to go and chase after them, there'll be chasing you because of the fact that you have at least six of the 12 steps that make you a successful coach. Hey, are you looking to be a speaker? I talked about 10 key steps and becoming a speaker, a successful one, but I'm sharing five of them with you. I think I'll share in about 246 of them with you. And other key key way of finding is looking at who you know, who were a presenter, who raved about the fact that they were a keynote speaker and and they use a little hashtag or they will be But out there, what event it was, you can always check that event to see what they're doing for next year. And if they're looking for, you know, opportunities for speakers to come and speak. It's not meant for you to constantly again not get paid For your brilliance, it is about the value that you presented and you deserve to be paid. So you need to know what are the speaker fees out there? What is the average that people are paying or getting paid to speak? Another way in becoming a speaker is knowing the different types of speaking.

What ways can you speak speaking as a keynote, being a trainer, being a speaker for university, being a global speaker, being a speaker and a masterclass or symposium online, there's so many different ways to speak is not even funny. So the opportunities and the options are endless, is not just solely one way you can create again, the opportunities as well to speak your own self so that you can open up the doors for clients or more speaking opportunities for collaboration for networking. It just grows your company your business. Remember I said that these are one of the speaking is one of the top five paid positions or professionals to to even be a part of another way of becoming a great speaker and a successful one is knowing your speaker style. And you've been there painkiller that you're helping them to get through whatever the process that they're going through, as so you need to know your audience what is what is it that that they're going through what's going on in their lives that you can now meet their needs. Lastly, create your signature talk. What do you want to be known for? So when they think of you, they think of x, that you talk about becoming limitless that you talk about becoming successful that you talk about this the 123 steps of becoming an author, what do you want to be known for? You have to know your signature, talk your style, so that now you get booked when it comes time to say sending sending out your information and pitching the opportunity for you to be a keynote speaker.

You'll be known as that person that signature talk and presentation Wow the crowd and have people beating down your door to hire you. Because you motivated them to take massive action through your signature talk. Alright, so you made it through through the whole do's and don'ts of before starting a business. And what did you learn? Here's your homework assignment, I want you to write your thoughts down and ponder on the following questions. What type of business do you want to do?
