So are you ready?

Let's go ahead and begin. So we are talking to you today about how to create your business. First and foremost, powerful people ask powerful questions. So you have to make sure that you ask the right questions. You may not have all the answers, but it is a matter of what questions to ask. So are you asking the right questions to yourself?

Are you asking in terms of alright? An example would be, I'm going to bring this down. The thing would be, how is it that? I don't know have you ever watched Jeopardy before? in jeopardy? They already have the answers.

It's a matter of us coming up with the questions. I remember being in elementary school. And they taught us on how to come up with the answers by creating the question and incurring the questions. It was doing a process of elimination. We will make up various questions to that answer. Trying to see which of those questions fit that answer the best.

So when it comes to creating your business, you have to ask yourself the right questions such as, What is your passion? Let's make this very easy and simple. What is your passion? What drives you? What energizes you? What motivates you?

When it comes to business or when it comes to what you want to do in life? What type of changes do you want to make? What What makes you so angry that's going on in the world that you that you would say to yourself, wow, if I had that opportunity to change it, I win. What is it that moves you? You know that that really stirs up your emotion, that you feel that you have no choice but you have to do something you have to create a business to answer with a solution that came from you that you have created to solve the problems that you see that's going on in the world. So when it To fill in the gap, what is a gap in the marketplace?

What is going on? that only you have been designed and worn? To answer to be the solution to that problem? What is your passion? What drives you? Another question?

What is your purpose? Oftentimes I find that in working with clients that they just don't know what their purpose is, what is the reason for their existence? And hey, I was one of those people I really struggled with. Why am I here? What in the world and why in the world? Am I here on this earth?

What is the purpose? What is the point of my existence? I'm a faith based person. I'm a you know, I go into prayer. I will ask God, why do I I don't know what I'm here for. And that may be you.

You may, you may already being profitable, you may already already be purposeful and you may be already powerful. What you do And yet, you may still have that question. Well, what's next? What? What did you know that I hit the mark? And why did I fulfill my purpose?

Am I fulfilling my purpose? It's okay to have these questions. Because when we ask the questions, the answer comes. See, we're wired that way we, we can't help, but to now go and seek the answer when we have a question. So that's the point of that's one of the reasons why having the questions to first be able to divide to the answer, and work your way backwards in creating a system that leads up to that answer to the reason of your existence to the reason in a point of your business existing. So finding out what is your purpose asking yourself, Well, what is my purpose?

What is my passion? So those are some great questions to ask. What motivates you What drives you to action? Because see, we can ask the questions all day long. And we can derive the answer But it is a matter of taking action. And oftentimes we seem to get stuck there.

We can fulfill all kinds of opportunities, we can fulfill all kinds of requests, we can fulfill so many things. But yet, when it comes down to taking what you learn, and putting it to action, that is how you produce the result. So what is your motivator? What drives you? What pains you? What motivates you to now create your business?

Some of these questions and more. So necessary and key in being able to create your business. What is the gap in the marketplace? You've heard me ask that or more so say that you have to come up with that, that you need to do your research to see what is the problem? What is what are the problems out there? There are plenty of problems out there in the world.

And you have been designed honestly and Warren to solve at least one of those problems. Did you know that Do you know that place part of your purpose, you are here for a reason, my friend, you're not just here just to be here. You are here on purpose for a reason. And you need to now do your research. What is the depth in the marketplace that you are the only one that notices it? Instead of here's a mind shift, instead of looking at?

Well, it's so oversaturated with so many different coaches and authors and speakers and consultants, and trainers. What in the world would I do? Why would they listen to me? I'm no different than the next person. Yes, you are different. You are absolutely unique.

It's not a matter of comparing yourself or even looking at all those people who are in that particular industry that you desire to be in, but rather the mind shift is, hey, you are different. What is it that you as that same person that's in that marketplace are bringing to the table. I had a client who is a hairstylist and I constantly had to encourage her to take action and becomes visible into the marketplace. Because she wanted to increase her clientele base. She wanted to do more than just do hair. She wants to also do makeup, but she felt stuck and limited when it came to finances or her money.

Her bank, as I call it, because she wasn't putting herself out there. She was just staying within her comfort zone and her circle and her location. And yet, though she would cry about that she wanted to do so much more. But she was concerned that, well, there's so many different beauty consultants out there. Why should I do you know, do anything about it? What can I do?

And I told her that the difference is that you're unique. You're bringing your personality, you're bringing your spark, you're bringing your own zeal, you're bringing your DRI that's going to resonate with the particular clients that are designed honestly, for you to help them. So likewise, likewise, it's not about looking at, oh, well, it's too many people out there. There's no point of me doing it, you know, I'm gonna get lost in the sauce. Rather, shift your mindset and look at the fact that there are people who are waiting in line, willing and able and ready to pay you top dollar for your service for your existence for just your presence. Please understand that.

First you need to go ahead and search the marketplace search and do your marketing research. What is the gap that you are here to fill? Who is your target audience that will help? Who is your target audience who do you specifically focus on, you know, who is who are the people that you find yourself gravitating to, and in turn gravitating to you Let's make this really really simple My heart's desire to make things easy and simple. We make this so complicated from time to time, but we don't have to. That's time that's being that could be repurposed, to focusing on everything that makes it so easy and simple, like 123.

ABC. So what is your target audience? Focus on the ones who are gravitating to you, because there's a reason as well as who you gravitate towards. And when you write those things down, when you reflect and notice those particular people, and you start to match and put a theme to it, it's in terms of the ones that you attract to, versus the ones that attract to you. When you actually just say do two columns, one to attract to you the ones who you attract to? And when you write down those particular people, they're there.

Their Demographics As far as who they are. Where are they where they are, where are they located? their social economic status, their tastes, their likes, their dislikes, when you really break it down. And you see when you kind of compare and contrast and see that there is some similar themes to the ones who attract to you as well as the ones that that you would that you attract to. That may be a hint in terms of the type of business that you can create, to solve the problems that they have. That is amazing that I just came up with that, to be honest with you.

Well, I do have my outline, things do come up for me. And that came up in terms of let's make this simple, because a lot of times, like I said, we do make it so hard and complicated. And that becomes discouraging for many of us who decides to not go into business because it just is it seems too complicated and hard, but rather if we shift our mindset and look at it as simple as possible, and to break it down to the common denominator, it gives you the momentum and the drive to go out. there and fill the gap in the marketplace to go out there and create your business to go out there, and to really solve the problems that the world has, that you are designed to solve. So yes, go ahead and create a column in your time of doing your homework. And once you attract to you the ones who you attract to, and do a comparison, as well as seeing what contrast which ones, what are the things between the two.

So that then you can look at either tweaking your business if you already have one, or you can start mapping out your business based on your target audience. First ask the WHO THE what the when the where the how and the why. I'm going to say something different a little bit later in regards to the how and the why. But when it comes to creating a business and asking the right questions, ask who again, who is your target market, what what is the problem that they have? When when the when the strike Because see, there's a specific time There's a timing off the time we will perhaps go past or beyond our time or we just don't strike when we're supposed to Timing is everything you may have heard that before. Timing is absolutely everything.

So you have to map out, plan it out. Be strategic in your plan and your launch and your execution and you're taking action. Where Where should you go? Oftentimes Navy perhaps, where you are right now may not be the location may not be where you are to really launch your business. I was talking to another client, and she was so stuck with her unique her unique business is to breed Labradors. And she has is very lucrative.

Why? Because of the fact that it's not that it's not saturated. It's not that many people who are in the business to breeding Labradors and what they are is a high demand. Or Labradors in the location that she's in. Well, you may ask what what's the problem? The problem for her is, there isn't anyone that's doing it.

So it's a catch 22 it's just her so the demand is high, but it's just her doing it. She can't keep up with the demand. And therefore she loses business. Sometimes she wants to pocket as much as she can, which is understandable. I'm on We're in the business to earn money. Yes, or Yes.

But the issue is as bad as just her. So she would love to find someone who could she could hire to help her to breed the Labradors. So I had her to think, again, just like I empower you to think I challenge you to think in regards to taking the limits off Yes. Where you know you're a limitless Lee, you know, limitless lead her entrepreneur here. So I said, Well, alright, where could you find them? So she started to think I said free associate.

Don't think This just whatever comes to mind will be the right answer. Whatever you think up first, typically is the right answer. Because now you're tapping from within. You're not just focusing on your mindset, trying to come up with it, because remember, sometimes our minds while it serves to protect us, it also can have us to be stuck and prevent us from moving forward. So rather tap within yourself. And because I have put it out there, I said, you know what I'll say the first answer will be the right answer.

It's almost as though she had no choice but to come up with the right answer. And by that she did she said, Well, I can go on social media. I said, bingo. You can always do inquiries, you can always put it out there. And she said, Well, but I, you know, I'm not trying to move out somewhere and I said, Who said you got to move? She said, Ah, see, the whole thing is that sometimes we do limit our own selves and our own thinking, as opposed to making it limitless.

Is having limitless opportunities, possible possibilities, limitless possibilities as well. And so she, she starts to see that all right. Perhaps I could become a mentor and train individuals, individuals from various locations from across the country, and to help them to know how to breed or teach them on the strategies of helping on creating this business breeding Labradors. Because when I say who's to say that it will then open the door of other people in your location to start doing the same thing that you're doing. You could also consider partnering with other people from other locations so that now you create some type of network or some type of a platform that will now attract so many people from all over the country, if not all over the world, that it all started with her taking off the limits and asking the right questions and started to explore Behind her location, this this was the point because she was stuck, just focusing on where she was she was limited, she was only thinking about where she was, and the fact that it was just her.

And then we had to work with some other mind restructuring because it was almost as if she was putting up the barriers, you know. So that's another topic for another time. But you also have to pay attention to the barriers, the self sabotaging the glass ceilings that you are putting on yourselves, reconsider what is keeping you from moving forward. But this is one way to help you to move forward is by asking the right questions and getting more clear and competence on you creating your business. So ask the who, you know who is your target market? What is the problem that they have?

When should you move forward and take massive action? Where should you go? And then we'll like I've mentioned we'll talk about the how and why. What is the pain? How do you solve it? What is the problem that your target market has?

And how do you solve it? Again, the how, and I'll say this now, because I you know, I can never hosted kids. That's not true. I mean, I my background is counseling so we have truly been trained on how to keep secrets. But never you never have to worry about the how I would always say that the How is reserved to God is more so of you focusing on your why it than anything, because that's your motivator in doing what you're doing in terms to creating your business. So the how you don't have to worry about the how because that will come as you move forward and take action.

But you do need to ask, what is the pain? What is the problem? What is the pain for your target market? Because you are the painkiller to that and that in and of itself people will be willing to pay you top dollar because they want to take them In a way yes or yes, we're more we're more moved by pains honestly than by pleasure. When you think about pain and pleasure, we are more move to take action based on pain because who wants to be in pain? Who wants to have massive NIH grants?

Who wants to you know, have a you know, a bleeding Baker count? Not I said the Cat. And I would assume you wouldn't either. So therefore, find out what is the pain and how you present yourself as a painkiller. What is your skill set? Focus on what you're great at, again, this let's make this so simple.

What is your skill set? What is it that you bring to the table? And so you going back when I introduced when I first opened up with the lesson, and I talked about who I am and who I became. And it may sound like I'm bragging. Well, I am. I'm very much happier about all the accomplishments that I've made.

And here's why. Now I'm confident, comfortable and confident in myself to the point that I am positioned to serve you that you showed up. I showed up for you to show up so that we can now come together and allow me to teach you on the fundamentals of entrepreneurial development. Because of the fact that I am confident in and proud of my accomplishments, it helped me to tap into my skill set, it helped me to not at all be fake. I call it fake humility. It helped me to not pretend to be modest.

When people say all these wonderful things and give me all the accolades. Let me just say, Oh, no, you know, it really wasn't this it really wasn't me. It was, you know, on the goodness of the Lord, which is that is true, but I need to also be okay with taking ownership and accountability and knowledge meant for my accomplishments, my point is that Do the same thing for you to be able to not be modest or fake, you know, fake humbleness, fake humility, saying oh, well, you know, I don't know what I can do. When everybody's saying Well, you're a great cook, you're a great caterer, you're a great level of reader, you, you're great. You, Titian, you're a great hairstylist, whatever it is that you're in, because of the fact that you're trying to reflect or deflect the accolades and acknowledgments you don't get to really know or even be able to see what's your skill set really is what your talents are, which are your craft is what your gift is.

It is okay to be open to receive the accolades to receive the compliments to receive what people are saying that they see in you. When you do that, when you allow that to happen when you receive it. It opens up your mind to see Wow, I am actually okay. And that's, that's a start. That's okay to say that, you know, I'm not that bad. Maybe I am good at cooking.

Maybe I am a great dietician or hairstylist. Maybe I'm great at Labrador reading. I'm belaboring the point because I want you to be able to receive that you are great at who you are what you do. So you need to acknowledge what is your skillset. You need to see what is it that makes you so powerful, so unique, so great in this world because you are here on purpose, you're here for a reason. No matter what you may have heard in your life.

No matter what people have said, that was negative. Don't buy into the negativity buy into the positivity so that you can receive and fully operate in your greatness? What is your skill set, embrace it, acknowledge it, tap into it. I was once there, I would want to not receive any of the accolades or like I said, I was doing the fake humility thing. And therefore I didn't really recognize my own gifts and talents and my skills. Until one day I had to make it make it up in my mind and make a decision to be okay with accepting who I am, despite of those who did not accept me because they had their own problem of not accepting them themselves.

So that is the point of where I'm going with it. In order to be able to understand your skill sets and not all of them to know every single bit about you. Your greatness, your power, your gifts, your talents, your craft. You need to start receiving more and more of what people were saying about your data. That's positive. Okay.

To then be able to see your own skills your own. All that you pay to the table. Again, things are coming up for me as I'm doing this. So when it comes up, I just flow. I know that was meant for that was meant for you. So please click to know what is your skill set?

What is your story and your experience? What is your story? So people are moved by stories. People are moved by gossip, people are moved by. You know, people are so nosy. So they want to know, okay, let me get to know more about Dr. Langley.

Let me get to know, you know, what was her upbringing or what what will tell her to do what she's doing today. So bring the story, give it to them. What brought you to have a desire to create a business? Your backstory is important again, even if you believe that it's not. You may feel like it's boring and you know, people want implored by your story or what is the point of talking about your you know your story or what led you to here, please, that is actually where part of your moneymaker is, is in your story. As I typically will say, people were willing to pay you top dollar for your message and your story.

So share it. What is it? What led you to decide to become an entrepreneur? What led you to decide to create your business? ask the right questions. The powerful ones in and you are in this whole journey of creating your business.

You got to make sure, again, you're in the business to earn money as well. It's one thing to have such a heart's desire to do something that you love to do. But you also have to make sure and ask the question is it Bye Is it viable? Will it be profitable? Is it necessary? Is it needed?

Is it required? Are people going to flock and gravitate to your business? It takes more than just having a, you know, a desire to do something that you love to do. That may be fulfilling for yourself. But you also want to make sure that your business is sustainable. Remember, I'm also teaching one that not just anyone can create a business.

It's not just about creating a business and starting one, but it's also about sustaining it, letting it run with and without you and with or without you. So make sure that you as you do your market research, to see, well what is the gap in the marketplace, what is the problem that's out there. You want to tell your business as such, for it to be viable, that people will want to come to you because of the fact that there is a need for your business. There is Is your business do solve it does solve a problem that's out there for the people, people that have that pain, you are the painkillers. So make sure that your business is that painkiller to solve their problem. So make sure that you ask the question is the business you want to do viable?

And of course again, how will it serve you and others? When you're thinking about when you're in the process of creating your business? How does it serve you? How does it meet your needs? Yes. How does it bring money to your pockets to then be able to further the message and expand the reach and create the lifestyle that you desire and deserve?

As well as how does it serve others? How does it solve their problem? That's the bottom line. People are coming to you into your business because you are solving a problem that is the point of business. It is to network and is to collaborate it is to partner with it is to you know, do all these amazing things. It is to solve a problem.

When I was putting my PowerPoint slides together and putting my presentation together and I need to print Okay, so the problem is I need to print these out for those who I need and do trainings and events and conferences, they want the tangible product. So I have to print it the material so that's the problem. Okay, well I need to print though I need to go to a printing place. That's why you have a staples officemax or all these other different various places that will print and do the job. So there you know staples, which I normally I typically frequent. they solve my problem, they are a printing company as well.

So therefore they already they have set up their business to meet money. Please do not. Please do not minimize your business. See, again, I'm just blowing here today. Please do not minimize your business. Do not minimize What you want to do, it may not if you compare it to others it may not be in the grand scheme of things it may not be such a big conglomerate or of, you know, just gigantic business that will transcend all over the world.

It will, despite of how big or small it is, meaning, you may want to read Labradors. You may consider this as a small business, like okay, well it's so you know, or you may even, oh, well I love to write poetry and I want to make, you know, nice parts heartfelt cards. You may look at that as being small, I'm just making up things and not considering that as being a small thing at all. But you may and you may consider that as such a small thing that people may not be interested to see how it started going into the negativity of it or, you know, you started to look at it as well what is the point or the purpose versus looking at it as it is? Important, it has purpose is in your heart for a reason, and you are here for a reason.

So it is serving people when you put it out there and take action to create it. There are people who need heartfelt cards, and they're willing to pay for it. And when you get it in bulk when you have the masses paying you for your heartfelt cards, or for the fact that they want a puppy and they like they want a Labrador, and that you are in position to help solve a problem for their child who wants a puppy or Labrador, you know, or the child that's in the hospital who is wracked with cancer. And all they wish is to have something to bring a smile to their face. And because of the fact that you desire to breed Labradors and their favorite puppy your doggy is a Labrador able to provide that for the while in the hospital. Oh, that one who needs comfort when they're flying on the airplane and they need that Labrador to comfort them in their lap to deal with the anxiety that they have with flying?

Do you see instead of looking at it and looking at other people's, you know, their businesses and what they bring to the table, please turn your eyes to yourself, what is it that you bring to the table that it will be able to serve you and as well as serve others do not minimize your gifts, your talents, your skills, do not minimize yourself, you are here for a reason. And we need you and we need you to create your business. We need your business. qualify and creating your business qualify your business to your core values.
