Yes. So if you're telling me that you're ready, I hope you're talking back to me. Say yes, yes, that's a Sarah, I'm ready. So let's begin. Let's talk about the beginner entrepreneur. And this is you where you are, right?

You know, you're you're now starting off, you're dabbling your toe into the water. You're wondering, you're wondering how to go about starting your business, you're kind of sick and tired of looking at other people from the sidelines, you're at the sidelines, and you're looking at other people going after their dreams and their pursuits and you're thinking that you know what I could do better than them. Well, it's time for you to get from from the sidelines and get out there and play in the game. Yes. So, if this is you in terms of starting off with your business, or setting yourself up to start, you may focus should be merely on the following. This is what I talked about in the last session, so to speak in the last lesson that there are a time and a season for everything.

You can't expect to do what experts would do at this point. If you're just starting off, you have your own place in your own space that you are to establish yourself. So please just keep this simple focus on getting a scheduler a payment system. Am I going too fast? Let me go back. You need to focus on your entity, your entity and getting a lawyer and an accountant.

So what type of business do you want to have? What type of business structure are you setting up are your LLC, LLC? Are you a sole proprietor or your S corp? What type of business structure Do you want for your business? What type of is so you need to absolutely look into getting a lawyer to help you to establish your your contracts to establish a business, getting an accountant to help manage your money in your books. That's always great.

And I'm telling you this is the way To go and starting off your business, I didn't know that I just went ahead, I was encouraged and empowered and inspired to just go ahead and get my shingle and get my business license, which I didn't need one because I was a licensed professional counselor licensed actually afforded me to run my business as a business. But in terms of getting a business license, putting this shingle up, this is what many of us have been encouraged to do without having the fundamentals to help sustain your business that could give you that solid ground and footing to run your business. It was just an empty shell of Hey, go out there. You can make money teaching, go get your business license and call yourself a coach. Well, I'm telling you to do this thing, right? And you want to make sure that you have a solid foundation to stand on so that your business runs with or without you get your entity together, get a lawyer and get an accountant and that you may say, Oh, I don't have the money for a lawyer, then you can always look up the Bar Association.

See if there's any lawyers who will be willing to take on and help you in establishing your business, pro bono. That does exist all you can do is ask accountant, you can always talk to friends colleagues and see if there's any one that they recommend to help you again, to manage your your money to be able to account for every single cent, you definitely want to have that business cards. Yeah, why not have a business card that establishes you as who you know, what's your business who you are? How can they contact you. So that is very important to have business cards so that you can network and when you network you're giving up because that's a cardinal sin. If you don't have any business cards with you at a networking event.

I've been told that plenty of times To the point that now I tell that to people when they don't whip out their card, you could also make your card digital. So one part one point I had for to make it easier for myself, I had created additional digital cards that I can just get the person's phone number and email address, and just send the card right directly to them. So that it has to say my name in their phone so that now they have it on hand as opposed to me constantly printing and giving out cards in hopes that they will keep it. That's money. We're going to be throwing away cards. And I don't know if anyone actually throw away business cards when they collect them, but they collect them and do they make use of them.

So I wanted to do mines digitally and have it you know, just doing something a step ahead and above the rest. So that now I also was able to obtain their phone number and in the end Put them in my database to send more information to them. All right, so make sure that your your business cards focus on that website. And you can start off with something called Wix. At the time of this recording wi x.com. You can also go to Fiverr, fi ve RR com, you can go to those two websites, they can help you in building your website, even if you had a one pager that just introduces your business and you your name and how they can get in contact with you.

And you build up and establish your pages for your website, but definitely having at least a one or two page on first who you are what is your business about? How can they contact you. If you have products already a product page a sales page so that they can have access to your products and services right away. So making sure that you have that in place and also a product Why not? So Having something tangible or maybe not tangible. It's a product that you can sell right away.

Now, here's a tip as well, there have been plenty of people that have established themselves who have taught me and a lot of my colleagues on pre selling, creating products that have yet to exist. You're going based on your target market needs, what are their pain points that you are what is the gap that you can fill in the marketplace, that is within reason that is something that is of your skill, set your expertise to be able to to really teach them and train them on or or being able to fulfill that gap. So that you help your your client and your target market with getting the ease or the peace or whatever it is the results that they're looking for. So with that being said, you want to make sure that your product answers the problem. Whatever the problem Because you are the solution to their problem, so why not have a product that you can create, whether taking a step by step baby steps, even if it means creating a report, whether that means that you are creating a book, an E book, you know some life lessons that you can put together from your journal, and that you can create that product to sell.

Yes, you absolutely can do it, you actually could even do an audio series, a three to five part audio series, that within your, again your skill set something that you are so passionate about that you want to teach and help others to, again solve a problem that they have, you can sell that these are easy products that you can create. So that you can establish yourself as a business. Another thing that you should focus on in the beginning stages of entrepreneurship is Scheduler. So yes have a scheduler I use something called time trade comm you can use something called Callan calendly. Ca LNDY cL and dry Callen Li comm where you can book sessions, book, discovery sessions, book conversations with people when you're networking, put them on your calendar. Even Google, you know, if you had Gmail, you can put it on put them on your Gmail calendar, but have some type of scheduler in place so that you can start booking sessions with potential will present with prospects and potential clients have a payment system, whether PayPal or square, you can have a payment system so that you can collect the money right away as opposed to someone willing to pay for our product right then and there.

Hey, how do you collect it not just by cash only. You want to give them multiple options of methods of payment for for them to get and obtain your product or service. So being positioned began entreprenuer you marketing postcard. So you could go to vistaprint V is ta pri NT, calm, bisa, print, calm and create marketing material postcards, that displays your business have a beautiful picture. And I'm not just talking about any picture, you know, not the selfies and we're talking about really establishing yourself as a true CEO that you are going to have your business taken very seriously. So have marketing material postcards.

So when you're networking, you're out, talking out with friends, talking to people, you never know who you're going to meet when you're flying. When you're traveling. You never know who you're going to meet. So always be ready, stay ready, not just get ready, stay ready. So having a marketing material such as postcards that discusses who you are, the name of your business and how they can contact you As well as making sure that your website addresses on there on the postcards. Also, as a beginning entrepreneur, you should focus on your niche, your niche, your mission and your vision.

Let me tell you how important this is. The mission and the vision truly is your roadmap is to keep you on track and on target with what your intention is. If you do not know your own mission, what is the point of what you're doing, or the vision? What do you foresee? What do you want to create? What is the result that you're looking to manifest, then you can be very, very lost, getting lost in the sauce and getting caught up with all the smoke and mirrors out there with all the hype that's out there with all the kazillion entrepreneurs that's out there on social media marketing every day, selling everything De promoting every day every second, you can truly get caught up like I once was, I don't know if you pretty much pick that up.

When I didn't focus on my mission and my vision, I was so focused on creating a shingle or getting a shingle up and getting my business license and going ahead and going out and getting clients and not having an aim or an intention. That's years that you can delay yourself in really moving forward. Because now since you don't really have something to hold on to something that's that's a substance into your purpose of why you're running your own business. You can get caught up easily looking at others and then adapting their adopting their, their, their their business, how they're doing things when it fits for them, and it may not fit for them. They could be doing the same thing if they could be watching you. Looking at what you're doing and then the blind leading the blind and don't even know that That's what's going on and no one's going nowhere fast.

Rather, make sure that you know, your expertise, your skills, what do you bring to the table that's unique to the marketplace to the world. Know your mission and your vision, write them down, write the vision and make it plain. What is the purpose of your business? What is the vision that you foresee to take place that will help you go a long way and having having down pack your your niche or your niche, your mission and your vision. As a beginner entrepreneur, you should also focus on getting a mentor. Having someone that you can glean from that can guide you along the way in the process that is very important to have so that you don't spend your wheels and not knowing what to do and going nowhere fast.

Also easily be able to get testimonials. So even if that means that you have to put your Good girlfriends are your great guy friends together and present to them speak or teach them or train them. And then you ask them for feedback. And if they're giving, you know, great feedback, ask if they can, if you can use their testimonial as a statement to support and to supplement you in being positioned as an entrepreneur as a business owner. So you can that you can validate, you know, that can validate and it is legitimate, it is okay to use if you have now use them to teach them to train them to use them as a practice swing so to speak, as you're establishing yourself to have real actual paying clients to be able to swear by your product or service but it is okay to get testimonials, even testimonials of your character.

It's okay to collect those. Go to your friends, your colleagues, your family members. and collect as many testimonials as possible so that it substantiates you who you are and your character and being an entrepreneur and a business owner. Another thing that another main focus that you should have as a beginner entrepreneur are partnerships. You don't have to go at this alone, you do not have to go at this alone you can actually connect with other like minded individuals as yourself as your network as you connect with people on social media, in the groups that you are in something called meet up, calm and et up, calm, meet up calm, where you can search the database of kazillion meetups people who have created and established meetups for various social elements, social events, you know to connect with other people and their you can network as well and connect with those individuals to see if you can Important together on a common goal, a business venture, you do not have to go about it alone.

Consider that. And as a beginning entrepreneur, your main focus should also be on asking and follow up asking for the sale. It doesn't hurt to ask. I have a good friend who taught on rejection therapy. He talked about how the power of no now you know, leads to your Yes. And that you shouldn't take it personally.

Don't take it personal when they say no to your product or service. It just could merely be they're just not interested in your product or service, or they don't believe that your product or service can help them or they may not have the funds to do it, you know, to move forward with your product or service. Whatever the case is. Don't take it personally. Don't let that stop you from still asking because you never know. You may have your Yes.

When you ask and follow up the fortune is in the follow up that is so so cliche, but it's holy True. When you follow up with people, my problem used to be, oh, if they didn't seem interested the first time, then I'm not interested in them anymore. Sounding so I'm taking it so personally, right? But rather, hey, just like all of us, we're all busy. We have lives. And sometimes we just don't pay attention to or keep in touch with certain things.

And we our mind, our mind has already shifted to the next thing. So sometimes we do have to go back and follow up and they'll say, Oh, yeah, that's right. I did want to move forward with it. Here you go. Here's my credit card. Yeah, it's okay to follow up fortune is in the follow up, checking in seeing if you can be a service in any other capacity be in their radar.

It's always important to think about as a beginning entrepreneur. Alright. So as an experienced entrepreneur, here's what you can focus on. Now you have established yourself as a as a beginner, you have all the components in place that I share with you now you're moving up the ranks to becoming an experienced entrepreneur, you as an experienced entrepreneur should be focused on revenue generating activities, oh my gosh. I was once caught up in again, these are life lessons that I'm sharing with you, as well as combining from the experts out there who are killing it in the game, as we say, who are successful multi millionaires and billionaires sharing the same nuggets here, okay, so I'm just taking it and packaging it to make it so user friendly and simple for you to follow in becoming happy and successful in your business. So this right here is great revenue generating activities I had, I was doing none revenue generating activities, you know, putting up the means and putting out the inspirational quotes and well that captures a lot of people's attention and pull on their heartstrings you want to help them pull out their credit card.

So that being said, You need to make sure that all your activities are geared and aimed and intention towards generating revenue, earning income, not making money earning money. So that means pitching that means cold calling, if that means creating programs and products or creating ads out there that promote your product and service on creating webinars, seminars teleseminars that enrolls people to hear what you are teaching on and that you have this product or service that that will that they can truly benefit from. Those are revenue generating activities. Anything that will help you to produce in generate revenue is what you should focus on as an experienced Forerunner, also professional development and networking. Go out there and network, go to the various seminars that's helping you to sharpen your arm to help sharpen your skills to help you to climb into being a master at what you do, you know, going at at mastery, so making sure that you are always working on yourself to make you even more valuable in the marketplace.

As an experienced entrepreneurs, you also don't think about building your team. In the last lesson I talked about how you can get interns from a local university or college and to provide credits for them and helping them to know what it's like to be in the real world. And in turn, they're helping you to ask me to run your business to help establish your business but definitely you need to consider a team reaching out to those who you find viable that will be a benefit to your company when it's around that you also can be a benefit to them. So there are people that are out there that you already are connected to, that you can consider to be a part of your team. Don't go about this alone, you should focus on building your team at this point as an experienced entrepreneur. And once again, studying the Great's studying what they've done, so that you can do what they've done.

Okay, and you can get what they got. So, you do not have to reinvent the wheel, you can easily look at and study those who us but you you admire that you are like, wow, they're really doing it. That's what I want to do. So why not hook up and connect with them and study them so that you can apply the same principles and fundamentals that they've applied to become and to be where they are today. As an experienced entrepreneur, you should focus on credibility and visibility. In other words, you want to create the platform and the picture for yourself that people can know about.

Like and trust you so constantly and being consistent, consistently posting out in social media that's free marketing right there, to the point that now you're creating opportunities, opportunities, a PR, or what I call the run Intel, it's you having people to run and tell about you and your service and your products and your programs. So being consistent out there in social media being consistent, and being visible, in terms of the networking and being becoming a referral base, people are now recommending your services in turn, you're doing the same thing for others. So being out there in the spotlight, so to speak, even if that means creating opportunities to speak through way of videos, podcasting, you name it, you should focus on those elements because that leads back to revenue generating activities that will help you to generate income. So also as an experienced entrepreneur, you should also consider Looking at and creating as mentioned, videos, any courses, creating products, life lessons you can teach from.

And you can package it as a product just like what I just did here with for the FTD program. So you can do the same thing. record yourself teaching on different elements that you enjoy teaching on instructing on your life lessons, someone is out there willing to pay you top dollar for your message and your story. How can they if you didn't create it, so go ahead and create this what you should focus on as an experienced entrepreneur also have an intake form and agreements have you agreements in place your contracts, this goes back to having a lawyer to help you to to create your contracts and your agreements accordingly, so that when you are working with someone or working with a client, they are clear, crystal clear as to the delivery the product that they're purchasing, how is delivered, what is going, you know what they are going to get from it all the great great great stuff, you shouldn't you should have in your contract and your agreement so that it is clear for them as to what they are buying into, and that you deliver on the promise intake forms in terms of assessments, assessing whether they challenges, their weaknesses, their successes, their strengths, but also getting their contact information, you're creating a file on them, that you can keep in touch if and when they're done, you know, using your services that you've always check in with them to see if there's anything else that you can do or anything else that that they need from you.

So having that information is so intake forms are really what you should focus on as an experienced entrepreneur, and an email list growing your email list. So having your own tribe so to speak, by way of emails, so you can use certain platforms to house your emails. That's golden because you can also let them know from time to time any products or products or services or events that you're having And the fact that you have created the know like and trust factor, you build the credibility and visibility with them as you consistently kept in touch with them, letting them know what's going on. You have videos or podcasts that you want to share with them. Again, that's further supplementing their know like and trust trust in you. And inevitably, if you ever then offer them and the invitation to use a higher you will use your product and service.

Now you have the information available to go ahead and move forward with them. So yes, this all plays Parsi how it goes hand in hand. This these are the things you should think about and focus on as an experienced entrepreneur. Also having a physical product, something that can stand alone and represent you when you're not around, such as a book, you know, so people don't throw away books, they may throw away business cards, they don't throw away books, so why not have a book. I was told that then The new glorified business card a book. And it also quickly establishes you as an authority.

People look at you differently in a great way when you have a book. And so why not start again putting your life lessons to paper, where now is packaged as an E book or a book that you can sell. This is a general generating revenue activity reading your book. Also, as an experienced entrepreneur, you should focus on speaking engagements I talked about that briefly in the last list lesson in terms of free versus paid. Definitely your focus should be on paid but of course if you want to, if for the sake of feeling confident, and you want to have some practice swings and take on free, speaking engagements, so that you can get your feet wet, you can experience what it's like to speak, then by all means do that, but you should focus on finding speaking engagements to do that. Also being featured writing and brought blogging.

This is Key. This further supplements your visibility and credibility when you find opportunities to write. So something called herro ha aro help a reporter out so many journalists pitch or they send out what they're looking for, they'll put out there that they are looking for an expert in mental health to discuss the challenges of sexual harassment in the workplace and how that impacts and create trauma in their employees. So if you fit that description, and they tell you exactly what they're looking for in terms of writing about it, then that's where you can write about it. And that could be from any major publications or major magazines that's looking for that whether is Forbes or Inc, or Huffington Post, okay? If you're, if you write and they select your writing, and they feature that into their article that builds up your credibility and your visibility.

You can use that and people can look at you like wow you know that that positions you in a different light. So thinking about what articles you can write what we're you know how you can you start your blog, your your blog page, where again you're attracting potential inevitably potential clients, by by way of them being prospects and finding your content your information to be a value to them. Yes, writing is always key. As well as focusing on starting to market and sell your product. Look. You're in the business to make money or to earn money.

You're in the business to earn money, to further your message to expand your reach so that you can simultaneously create the lifestyle that you desire and deserve. You are in the business to earn money in order to further your message to expand your reach so that you can simultaneously create the lifestyle that you desire and deserve. One more Again, just as a as we say, you're in the business to earn money to further your message to expand your reach, so that you can simultaneously create the lifestyle that you desire and deserve. You do that by way of marketing and selling. That is the heartbeat of an entrepreneur, you have to market and sell, how else are you going to earn money? You cannot have an employee mindset thinking that you work you put in your two weeks or your you know, your full day's work, and you expect to get paid every two weeks.

Yes, and as an employee, yes, but as an entrepreneur, you can put 100 hours of work in one day. And the fact remains is that if you didn't mark it or or sell your product, you're not getting a paycheck. Okay? You're not getting money that you didn't earn in terms of selling and promoting Your product. You're an entrepreneur now, baby. So it's time to think as an entrepreneur.

So that means that you just not going to be your work and your labor alone is going to get you paid. Rather, it's going to be based on you marketing and promoting your product, your services and your programs. So, Hey, get with the program. You're an experienced entrepreneur now, so you have to think accordingly. Now, you were able to establish as a business entrepreneur, you were able to establish everything as an experienced entrepreneur. Now you are the expert entrepreneur, congratulations.

You're, you're so readily going up the ranks so quickly. I'm trying to keep up with you. Alright, so this is what you should focus on as an expert entrepreneur, learning the psychology of buying and the art of selling so the last part I said as an experienced entrepreneurs that you should market and promote yourself service. Now you need to know the art of it. There is a psychology of buying and how is it that people buy? Here's a trick.

Here's the strategy. It's not so much. You know how the saying goes where you can't. You can lead. You can lead a horse or cow the past to pasture but you can't make them drink. Here's the thing you have to create the thirst.

Aha, create the thirst. Create the hype around the solution for their problem, position yourself as being the painkiller to their pain. Position yourself as being the solution to their problem. Create the hype around the thirst. The need for your water for them to drink not just leaving them there. Not just leaving them there but to have them to now drink.

Yes. You have to learn the psychology of why people buy and the art of selling. How do you sell? How do you create the hype around what you are offering. Another thing as an entrepreneur as an expert entrepreneur that you should be focusing on is having have a have a philosophy, a framework and a methodology. This is important because again, as I mentioned about mission and vision, that being the blueprint, something to to put your, you know, to stand on having a foundation to fall back on, to remind yourself as to what you're doing and why you're doing it.

Now having some form of philosophy, what is your philosophy surrounding your product or service or your business? What is it that you believe in so wholeheartedly and you're so passionate about? What is your philosophy that people can buy into and follow after because of that? What is your framework? What is the way of how you're going to deliver your program? Or what is the framework surrounding how you your process, so to speak of helping them to your clients, helping them to get the results they're looking for?

What is your five step process? What is your seven step process? What is your three step process? What is the framework that you're following? After that's going to help the clients to get the results that they are looking for? What is your methodology?

What is the way in the manner of which you're going to go about helping them? Again? What is your steps? What are the tenants behind you promoting and marketing your service? Or what is the steps? What are the tenants to again, helping your clients to get the result that they're looking for to get healed to be to obtain solutions?

What are what is your method? What's the method to your madness? You have to have this as an experienced entrepreneur or as a expert. entrepreneur, this is what you should focus on and think about when it comes to your business. Also, another main focus as an expert entrepreneur is nailing down your unique selling proposition. What is it that makes you stand out?

What is it about your program and your product and your service that stands out above the rest? What makes it so cutting edge? What makes it so? Wow, to the point that you are the product for that person? Like they can't think of any other product or service or program other than yours? What is your unique selling proposition?

What is it about your program or service that's unique and stands out above the rest? That's what you should focus on as an expert entrepreneur. Also knowing and tracking your key performance indicators, your KPIs, measuring them, analyzing this is so important as an expert entrepreneur, in terms of being able to forecast but not only just forecast, but also being able to assess your progress. When it comes to your products and programs and the ways that you went about promoting it and selling and marketing seeing which method worked so that you don't have to waste your your hard earned time your precious time your hard earned dollars that you investing to make this happen. You need to see what is working for you and what's not so that you can put all your energy on what is working to produce and get more of what you're looking for the results that you're looking for, concerning your generating your your activities, your generating revenue, your revenue generating activities, you need to look at what is working and what is not.

So that you can put all your time your effort, your energy and your money towards those methods that work and discard the ones that do not. So definitely analyzing and assessing what's working. What's Now you need to know that as an expert entrepreneur, another is that you know selling out outcomes and experience that you are hoping for. So focusing on your selling outcomes again, but piggybacking off of what I just said, looking at the outcomes, what is working what is not looking at your marketing plan, what is working, what is not looking at your content strategy, what is working, what is not looking at your calendar strategy in terms of what are you doing every quarter, what's working, what's not working, being able to compare all four quarters, seeing if you had met your target, raising your revenue by 50%, raising your clientele base by 100, you know, 100%, zero to 100.

You know, looking at what outcomes that you are looking to have an established and what it takes to make it happen. You should be focusing on your outcomes at this point. what's working what's not a be split touch testing and market? So going back to the marketing aspect, so having two type of ads listening different types of ads and seeing again, which one works, saying it. Ad a is outperforming ad B, the way that you're going about promoting your product and service, you know, promotion A versus promotion be having variations in different ways of how you're marketing and promoting your product or service or or program and seeing which one works for outperforms the other. So again, you can do more of what is working and discarding what is not.

As an expert entrepreneur, you should be focusing on leveraging and monetizing on affiliate programs. Oh my goodness. The things that you are learning today that I wish I had learned Back in the beginning of time, leverage and monetize your affiliate program. So connecting with partners, being a part of programs where you can get a percentage of monies or royalties monies that can go right into your pocket, by way of referring by way of being on their program, being on their website, or having others be on your website, having people partner with you, having them to promote your services to their client base. Those are key ways of being able to leverage and monetize your programs, programs that you're in the can get a percentage of. I believe that Amazon has an affiliate program as well.

So if you're promoting any books or products on your website, or Yeah, let's say on your website, you have links that goes from your webs from your website to theirs, then you can get a percentage of the profit of the fact that you had links connected to the But also you raise your Google traffic in terms of getting more traffic to your to your website because of the fact that you have links, backlinks, so to speak, that is with links or affiliations with people who are already established who are already out there. programs and products and organizations that are really well known that now you're connected with and you reap the benefits of now traffic coming to your website so they can see your product and services. So yes, it works. So many different ways that you need to consider leveraging and monetizing on affiliate programs.

Hey, doing tours and events. Now you're an expert. You're an expert entrepreneur, go out there, sell and market your program your product, your service through way up in event tours, hitting different cities and being able to teach and share You're brilliant with your audience. That is another sure way that you should focus on as an entrepreneur and an expert entrepreneur when it comes to revenue generating activities. Coming down to the homestretch, as an expert entrepreneurs should also know already shared this already know your unique selling proposition. Your USP is what we call it.

Again, being able to track and measure your KPIs, your key performance indicators, knowing your avatar, avatar just means your your, your client, ideal client, I mean, you knowing them to the tee, knowing them from their ethnicity, their gender, what they like, what they don't like, where do they hang out their age, their social economic status, where in the world they live, what kind of car they drive, what kind of coffee they drink, like you what kind of books do they read? What kind of events do they attend what kind of type of birthday parties Again, knowing your avatar like really describing them to the tee that you know them know them, that you know them to the point that you know how to sell them, you know how to market to them, you know, whatever words will trigger them, or get their attention that will engage them that will have them to inevitably buy from you.

Know, your avatar, know your ideal client. As an expert entrepreneur, you should be pricing at premium packages, premium prices. So instead of the trip wires we call where we're looking to engage people to buy to make a decision and to buy those are the two key points when you're selling. The point is really Wow, this is amazing stuff right here. I shouldn't be taking notes right now. The point is for them to make a decision.

You want to train them to consistently make decisions for themselves, that's going to be best for them through investing in themselves through your product or service. So, training them to make decisions because because a lot of times we just get stuck. Yes, we get stuck. And we can we don't go anywhere. And that is such a grave feeling that is such a cool a horrid feeling. Personally, when you're stuck and stagnant and not going anywhere, you're not free to move.

And a lot of times you'll find a lot of people who are in that position, you now are helping them to make a decision to move, to invest in themselves to know the value that they have, and that you want. And you see for them a great and bright future and you want to now communicate and convey that to them have convinced them to know that their future is bright and that they are truly bad. Your role and they will get to know that by investing in themselves because that's how valuable they are. But it's through your product and service that they get to grow and to establish and to move into the things that they desire to do and to become. So that being said, that's priceless. That's a price tag that should have the right appropriate cost for that type of service and products that you are providing for them.

It's not a matter of doing a trip wire where the trip wire is to make them having to make a decision to buy where you're selling your product for $7 or $49. I remember I made that mistake. I saw my former business coach at the time she was my business coach. She was creating these products and was like $49 but I know that she charges a lot of money, whatever I considered a lot of money at that time it was you know, I guess like between five Thousand and $14,000 that she will offer in terms of products and services. So for her to create a $49 product and that's it well, okay. It felt comfortable for me because see at the time I didn't have I didn't believe in myself.

I didn't believe in my value I didn't believe in what I was offering was really worth all that money as I classified as all that money. I didn't look at it from the flip side or reframing it that what I did offer to the marketplace, especially, especially for all the time, the blood, the sweat, the tears, the money that I have put out there investing in myself to grow myself to be where I am today. That was 20 years of academic and professional experience that I have devoted my time and again, my energy and my money. Towards and the hundreds of thousands of dollars that I put out there only for mortgages. I have two houses. And then I had two more mortgages that with no house is this actually aka my student loans.

You can hear the passion in my voice about this. Yeah. Because of all that the nerve for me to want to charge, let's say $2,000 with a value that I know for sure is going to transform one's life and the trajectory of their vision or their focus and their transformation and their direction and within the course of where they want to go in their lives. I know that in the never meeting want to charge a $2,000 product for it. And you here's the thing, I hear this please hear me here. And the fact that you may have people that say Oh, that's too much money, oh, I can counsel my own so for that and I can just keep the money from myself then go right on when I hit you the answer that you gave them and said, Go on ahead, go right on ahead.

Do that. Because apparently, it's not getting you anywhere Anyway, you know, in other words, when people say that they can do what you can do without counting the cost of what you've done to get to where you are, and they're still where they are. Those aren't your clients. That's my point right there. That's not your client, the client, that is yours your avatar is the one who says you know what I want what you what you have, and I'm willing to pay any amount of money to get rid of the pain that I have right now. You are the solution to my problem.

My gosh, that warrants a premium price, your time, your effort, your blood, sweat and tears that you put in years of growing yourself professionally, to be able to share your life lessons that now can save them heartache pain, time, money, whatever it saving them from. Yes. Make sure that it's comparable, what you're offering, do you have a premium price tag and what is what is what is premium? What am I talking about anywhere from 2000 to $3,000. Usually seemingly the starting point at the time of this recording is 20 $500. So, as an expert, you've proven yourself, you have proven yourself and you it's warranted for you to sell your program products or services, depending on what it is and how its packaged at a premium price 2500 to $3,000, extremely bare minimum.

Okay. So again, we can go further into that. Now, you are the master now that you were able to conquer that part in terms of being able to raise your prices. Have you noticed when when I talked about the beginning, the beginner entrepreneur and the last part or the point goes right into you going up the ranks to being an experienced entrepreneur. And then it went up to the right. The last part that I talked about helped you to go up the ranks to now if you're able to conquer if you're able to pass the test, so to speak, it wants you now to the next level of entrepreneurship being the spirit of the expert entrepreneur.

And now what I just said in terms of being able to create premium packages and products and services that now brings you into the master entrepreneur. As a master entrepreneur, you should be focused on passive and residual income streams. Now being able to break down your your one program or your one product or your one service into multiple types of services, multiple products, such as if you are a business coach, a life coach, you know that you can also speak you can also create online, online real estate, so to speak, you can you can create programs and products like like this one, you know my easy program to teach and to train so that you're not even there. This will help individuals to become established as an entrepreneur, or whatever it is you're teaching them on. You can partner with other like minded individuals and create an event, you have so many different ways that you can create residuals and income streams.

So that now as a master entrepreneur, you're now thinking, how do you create this business? And how do you make it run with and without you, and with or without you, you're now being able and being in position to teach other people to run the business. So you should be focused on these things. Passive and residual income streams. Also the pillars of business assessing wealth, when it comes to talent in terms of building your team, so this is kind of like a reiteration of everything we just talked about your team Having the type of business structure, what type of business structure that you have, at this point you already are established, you already have a setup. You already have your lawyer, your accountant, you already have affiliates, you already have partners, you already have systems in place for it to run smoothly.

These are the things that you are focused on as a master entrepreneur, for your business success and your well. Having a diversified portfolio so it's not just you focused on your one business, but you also have other ways of making money, stocks, trade options, Bitcoin, real estate, all those other things that you have in place. As a master entrepreneur, you're also finding the gaps in that and generate results and recommendations. So you are excellent and seeing what is the gap out there in the marketplace. What is the problem that you are able to solve and many multiple ways and being able to obtain multiple clients. You are focused on revenue generating activities all day long, you know, 80% or more.

So that marketing selling it comes effortless and easy easily becomes effortless and easily easy for you, you know, to be able to sell and market and promote your product and service at this point. And as a master entrepreneur, going to events, Gala's charities, being humanitarian, you know, being philanthropic, being able to now give back, yes, or Yes. You know, you're in position where the business is running with or without you running with and without you. So you can attend more networking events in terms or in another form of galleries, events and charities. Yes, that's, that's so awesome at this point where you have arrived, so so to speak. Your focus as a master entrepreneur should be that you operate three years ahead.

Oh my gosh. I'm going to repeat that. Your main focus should be on as a master artist. You're operating three years ahead. Well, my futuristic folks out there listening to the sound of my voice. I have been so futuristic.

I remember creating a product, let's say, three, four years ago, it took me about a couple of years to really finish it out. When I when it was all said and done because I'm such a content creator. I had created a two to three year program where I not once had to show up for it. The program runs this runs itself, the module, the videos, the workbooks, templates, everything is bright bear. We're not once I have to show up not once I tell you the truth, I was thinking ahead so that now I can just focus on real time today, to network, to promote to sell as opposed to having to constantly create. The only town that you have to really create anything is when things seem to become obsolete and irrelevant.

But even then you can, you know, tweak here and tweak there because really there's nothing new under the sun that we're teaching you. It's just perhaps worded differently now for the times that we're in today the generation that we're in right now. But yes, making sure that you are operating three years ahead so that the business the business can run with or without you and with and without you. As a master entrepreneurs, you also focus on keynoting speaking on bigger platforms being global. Now I don't know if you cringe or you're scared or I don't know I always thinking global minded. That's just how I'm built and wired.

But thinking about to impact the masses, not just where you are in your location, but all over the world. With your brilliance with your value with your product and service and in your program. Why not? Now take your masterful self and Keynote teach the masses and in bulk and by As opposed to a one to one model, or one to some model, why not one to many? Why not to the whole entire world all over? Yeah, consider that as a master entrepreneur.

And you have in your own system, your own framework, your own philosophy that you create it. Now, it's not about piggybacking off the ones that you want admired. But now you have generated your own unique system and framework and philosophy to the point which I see another typo. My apologies for that, where you are now in position of people one day, following your system, your framework, your philosophy, you're known for that you're a household name. That's where you want to be as a master entrepreneur. Definitely, as a massive master entrepreneurs should be focusing on your ROI, your return on your investment.

You should focus on Academy credentialing, licensing and mentorship. So creating your own Academy creating your own Academy, your your own platform where your radio school that is really seemingly what is so popular right now, at this moment where people are creating their own own online Academy where people can come in and they can learn just like this as you came into my program is a 12 week program and what you can have it where you're now licensing your credentialing people to be a master coach under your Academy. You are teaching them in such a way that even for those who want to go out on their own, you can license out your program. They can pay for using your program and teaching your program and you get percentages from that, you know, or you you know, not only can you charge Based on merely licensing your product or service, but maybe you can even set it up in such a way that you get a percentage.

So definitely making sure that you position yourself in such a way when you create your own Academy now this is where the massive pool entrepreneurs This is what they're doing right now. Your EP Ida so knowing your this is actually talking about more of your the money so gross that you're you're getting what is the gross revenue that you made before taxes before you know before your taxes before anything has hit it, knowing your expenses knowing your your business structure knowing the money that you are generating before any taxes hidden before you have to pay on anything, you should be focusing on those things what how did you position your business in such a way that now you are able to know you year to year, how much you made and by what way. So, similar to the key, the KPIs, the key performance indicators, you are looking at your top grossing programs, products and services, how much that has been generating for you per quarter.

You're comparing it, let's say across a couple of years, and you're seeing how this still seems to rain true. Overall, that your coaching program is a Top Producing, revenue generating program or methods that you're using to bring in money so that you don't want to, you don't want that to die down. You definitely want to keep that up versus maybe perhaps speaking hasn't been such you know, so as much being able to bring in the revenue that you're looking to bring or whatever you were classifying how much you expect it in attendance. intended for the speaking engagements that you do to bring in, if it's not bringing the mouse that you're looking for across the years, then you may have to reconsider either tweaking it or maybe not doing it and it's okay. But you need to now start analyzing and seeing what are your top producing, generating revenue generating activity that you're doing, and how much it's making, if it's hitting your target growth that you looking to produce every year, so that you can now again, focus your energy, your time, your money, your dollars, your sense, your, your, your your everything into so that you don't have to spend your wheels trying to figure out how to make ends meet at all.

Actually, that's not even where you are, you're operating from a place of abundance, and mentally, emotionally, physically, you are now operating in such an abundant place, that now as you're focusing in that in that way in that space, you're going to produce way more of the same, because that's where you're operating from. So these are the things that you focus on EBIT, Ida and exit strategy. As a master entrepreneurs, you focus on the end in mind. So again, at the end of the day, the business can run with or without you. At one point the business the business was running with you, and without you because you have a team in place to help run the business. But now you want to be at a place where you can just parlay, relax, have your own time, do whatever you want the heck you want to do, while your business runs on its own without you, whether you one day decide to sell it because you have put so much value and raised the value into your business, that you can sell it to someone else, and they continue to run it but you're also reaping the benefits financially, from that from that move.

So these are the things that you think About as a master entrepreneur so here's your homework assignment thought to ponder which type of entrepreneur are you now in explaining the types of entrepreneurs that's out there? Are you a beginner? inexperienced entrepreneur, expert entrepreneur, Master entrepreneur, which one are you? Where are you in this space? What do you need from me? What do you need period to go to go to and to get to that next level?

What do you need in order for you to climb up the ranks? And for you being a master entrepreneur, if that's where you are then what is needed what is required? What do you need from me to help you to sustain that level? Why would you do is go ahead and build out your mission and your vision statement. mela to me if you already have it done, go ahead and send it to me.
