Okay, before we head into the palm chakra activation, I want to briefly talk about the importance of grounding and protection, especially when we're doing this type of work, whether it be spiritual work, energy work, whatever the case may be, it's important to establish a connection with the Earth's energy field as well as protecting our energy. So, what I mean by grounding is grounding is the exercise of becoming connected to the earth energy field. And when I talk about protection protection is the process of setting an intention, protect to protect your energy and auric field from any stagnant or negative energy that may come about. I have included a a guided meditation for grounding, a method for grounding and protection in this section for you to access at any given time again, like Like I said, before you do any sort of spiritual work or readings or whatever the case may be, it is important to create a habit of grounding and protecting your energy.

So let's dive in to the palm chakra activation. So the palm chakra activation This is the energy of chakra 11 which surrounds the body and is condensed around the palms of our hands and soles of our feet. So we can, this is going to help us access that fast moving energy which is called Tachyon. For heightened intuitive insight, and many energy workers are known to access this energy to transmit healing properties from the heart chakra to their clients. So they can do this because their palm chakras are activated, meaning sensitive to the fast moving information. So activating your palm chakras also helps energy workers get a sense of the healing opportunities of their clients when they scan them.

So, we'll learn more about that energy scanning in a later session. But for now, let's activate your palm chakras. So the first thing we want to do when we're doing this work is we don't want to be distracted. We want to find a quiet comfortable place where we can really focus our intention on activating our palm chakras. So we want to initiate the palm chakra activation by blowing your intention into your hands. So that just means cupping your hands and thinking about what you want to do while you're blowing into them.

So that's obviously activating them. And then next, you want to clap your hands or rub them together. And then you want to follow this up with a quick vigorous flick of your wrists. Next, I want you to close your eyes and place your palms in front of you facing each other about three inches apart. And I really want you to get into that quiet of your mind where, you know, none of your monkey mind is going crazy. I want you to really just get quiet within your mind and I want you to start to feel or sense or imagine petals of a flower opening and releasing a ball of energy between your hands.

While imagining this ball of energy between your palms with your eyes still closed. I want you to move your right hand from side to side, while keeping your left hands still. And I want you to get a sense of how you feel. Feel your own energy emanating from your right hand. Is it hot? Is it cold?

There isn't one way to send energy but we Practice, you will start to sense it. For example, for me, the sensation reminds me of the feeling of like two energetically aligned magnets that naturally repel each other, if that makes any sense for you. So when you can sense that energy between your palms, that is a clear indication that your palm chakras are activated. Yes. So with your next deep breath, I want you to set the intention that information received by your palm chakras be directed to your dominant chakra. For discernment.

Imagine the energy trail your crystal communications will take from the palm of your hand to your dominant chakra. So when done with this, take a final deep breath in. Then slowly bring your awareness back to the present. And thank your spirit guides and your dream team for their support.
