Welcome to your crystal communication session. Now before we dive in, I'd like you to make sure that you have the crystal that you would like to work with handy. We're not going to use it just yet but make sure that it's in with within reach for you. And before we start, I'd like you to find a place where you're not going to be disturbed for at least 15 to 20 minutes and get in a comfortable position and just relax. Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to just detach from all your thoughts. your to do list all the stresses take three deeper breaths and close your eyes.

Allow yourself to completely release any of your life's responsibilities just for this moment. The more we are able to detach from our monkey minds and our to do lists, the more clear our intuition becomes. So I want you to just focus on your breath just for a little bit. I want you to breathe in. pure white light. And with every exhale, just release all the stresses that you're holding on to in your body.

Just let it go. Now I want you to envision roots coming from the bottom of your feet and working the roots down all the way until it hits the earth. I really want you to feel into the energy of these powerful roots as they make their way into all the layers of Mother Earth. And with every layer you feel more connected to nature. You feel more grounded. You feel safe and secure.

Allow these routes to go all the way down to the center of the Earth to the core of this planet. Feel the power of our powerful planet as you connect to it as you allow yourself to become a part of it. Allow your roots to be firmly connected to the center of the earth. Now allow this energy of the earth to come back up through the roots and make its way through all the layers of the earth. Back to you. Feel the energy of the earth, within you, around you, protecting you.

As you stay centered and grounded. Ask our Archangel Michael to protect you in his white and gold shining light and from the top of your head feel the beautiful rays of his protection all around you as it falls down your head to your shoulders, down your arms down your stomach and your legs. Allow this powerful light to encompass you. This beautiful, powerful protective light is now encompassing your whole body. No negative energy will come through you or near you. Now that you are grounded and protected, it's time to take inventory.

Feel into your physical body. What do you feel in your body? Are you hungry? Do you have any pain? Is there ringing in your ears? Just simply know what you are noticing physically without judgment.

Next, shift your attention to how you are feeling emotionally. You may feel anxious, happy, sad. You may feel very content or you may feel a little of all again Don't judge it. We're just acknowledging. Next, I want you to get a sense of the thoughts that are running through your head. Your eyes should still be closed.

Your thoughts may have wandered off to your to do list or something someone said yesterday day. Again, there's no judgment. We're simply just taking inventory of the energy that's already present. Finally, I'd like you to get a sense if there are any invisible energies in the room at the present moment. This could feel like you're being watched or a presence standing behind you. You may have the feeling of goosebumps.

Again, we're just acknowledging we are not passing judgment now Open your eyes gently as we initiate the palm chakra activation. Take both of your hands and put them in front of you facing each other about three inches apart. Now take both of your hands and bring them to your mouth and blow your intention into your hands. Think about what it is you want to do with this activation next clap your hands or rub your hands together and then follow this up With a quick, vigorous flick of your wrists. Next, close your eyes and place your palms in front of you facing each other about three inches apart and I want you to feel a sense or imagine pedals from a beautiful flower opening. releasing a ball of energy between your hands.

While imagining this ball of energy between your palms, I still closed. Move your right hand from side to side. Welcome keeping your left hand still get a sense of how you feel your own energy emanating from your right hand. Does it feel cold? Does it feel tingly when you can sense the energy between your palms, that is a clear indication that your palm chakras are activated. Now, go ahead and grab the crystal you would like to work with in this communication session.

Hold this crystal and set your intention to communicate with this crystal. Breathe your intention into the crystal and in Your palms. Now place your crystal in front of you. Hold your left hand over it to feel sense. See the information coming from your crystal. Keep your intuitive style in mind when doing this exercise.

Now as you are energetically connected to this crowd All I want you to feel in your physical body. Are there any changes now shift your attention to how you are feeling emotionally right now. Next, get a sense of the thoughts running through your head your eyes should still be closed. Finally, get a sense if there are any invisible energies with you right now. Finally, I'd like you to get a sense of which chakra is speaking to you. This is not to be confused with your dominant chakra although it may be the same.

Remember that every chakra is related to an area of your body that is determined by location. Now, make the statement to yourself in your mind. If I knew what all of this meant, what would it mean? Again, if I knew what all of this meant, what would it mean? Answering the simple question, rewires the neural pathways in your brain, allowing you to receive insight. Allow your crystal to speak to you.
