Alright guys, now comes the fun part. Before we dive in to the crystal communication sessions, we have to do a couple of things before we can go ahead and do those things. The first thing I want you to do is print out the crystal communication form seven times because we're going to do seven different communication sessions. If you don't want to do that, that's totally fine. Just make sure you go and head over and see what you know, the sessions the questions that you want to ask during the sessions or after the sessions and you can use your journal instead. That's totally fine.

So you also want to print out the crystals needed PDF because this is going to show the seven different categories and the different crystals within those categories. Okay, so we, you know, hopefully by now you've already collected these crystals You need at least one from each category. So go ahead and print that out as well. You also want to make sure before any type of spiritual work, any type of tapping into any sort of energy, make sure you're grounded and protected. Again, there is a free guided meditation for you in the previous section in the course for you to use at your you know, at your pleasure. You also before every crystal communication session, we're going to do the take inventory exercise as well as activate your palm chakras.
