Okay, we are already at lesson six. How are you doing so far? I know this is a lot of information for you. Let's do a quick recap on everything that we've already been through so far. So we've learned your intuitive type, we've learned about the chakra systems, we learned about how to take inventory, we learned about the importance of grounding and protection. And I'm sure we touched on other things, but I can't really think of them right now.

But now we are going to dive in to the chakra navigation tool. Okay, so in this lesson, you're going to be provided a chakra navigation tool. And with this tool, you're going to be able to explore additional traditional chakra associations and correspondence including, you know, color, location, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual correspondence with this chakra navigation tool is your guide, you're going to be able to determine the area of your life or the lives of others if you decide to do crystal healing on others, your crystals can support the chart becomes your cheat sheet when reviewing your notes after your crystal communication sessions that we'll be doing shortly, and it also becomes a really valuable resource as we move into the topic of crystal divination, which is in a later lesson. So, what we want to do is before we review the chakra navigation tool, which will be provided in a PDF format for you either in the download section or attached to this, but it will be in this course we want to ask ourselves the following.

So this is something you know I always say start off with yourself. You know, you want to be the practice dummy obviously especially if you are interested in doing you know, shot on chakra clearing chakra clearing as well as crystal healing work. So you want to go through these questions you want to know your history, do you currently have any physical symptoms that need to be addressed? And where is the area of the illness? Or the symptoms? And what areas of your body are constricted or tense?

What areas of your body are loose or rigid? Have you had surgery? What are the surgery sites? Have you had any accidents? Was there a bodily injury? And where?

Do you have any missing body parts? Do you have any areas holding chronic issues? Have you experienced any type of abuse either self inflicted or by another? And which area of your body did it affect? So basically, as you can see, these questions are the questions that we will usually get at a doctor's office. You know, just because this is a holistic alternative way of healing doesn't mean That we you know, we we throw all Western medicine out the door.

So after answering those questions, you may have noticed that your experiences are related to a specific chakra or two. And when we review the chart there are parts of the body that are not listed, but are related to specific chakras. So the easiest way to determine the chakra that holds your growth opportunity is by location. So, for example, if you broke your arm that would relate to your heart chakra. Okay. So, here's the assignment for the chakra navigation tool.

Simply go through all of these questions and they will be also available in PDF format if you'd like to print them out and review the chart also available in the download section to discover your growth and healing opportunities. Okay, like I said, most of the time, you Your problem areas are going to be connected to one chakra or maybe two. And that's the one that you know obviously needs the most TLC. Many people learn that the chakra in need of the most healing also supports their intuitive strength, believe it or not. So while you are moving through this process of self discovery, be easy on yourself. I don't know soul who is perfect.

So we are all in need of healing guys, like seriously don't take it. You know, we there's no soul that doesn't need some sort of healing of some type. And we need to keep that in mind that our healing also supports our growth as well as our intuitive growth.
