Okay, before we dive into the course, let me take a minute to introduce myself so you know the the person talking behind the slides. My name is Eric Caruso and I am a psychic medium a spiritual mentor. I am a podcast host of the intuitive souls podcast which is available on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, Google Play all the big, all the big platforms. I'm also a Reiki Master, a certified Angel guide, and I am a crystal enthusiast. So I wear many, many hats. I am also the founder of the mountain mystic society.

And after all of that is said and done. The most important thing is that I'm a mom, I have two boys. I'm a wife. I'm a friend and I am an animal lover. So really, I want to just talk briefly about my first experience with crystals and this is going way back in the heyday to like the 90s So, when I was about eight years old, my grandfather, he brought me to his small little house in Mesa, Arizona for winter break. And while we were on this visit, we went to a museum like a desert museum.

And at the end of our stay at this museum, there was a gift shop. And so we went in, he let me choose something to take home with. And I remember walking into this gift shop and just completely being entranced by this, this wall that had little little pieces of crystal all over it. And I looked and I was just like, wow, like, This is crazy. I remember there was turquoise and there were just different color rocks. Because at that time, I thought that's what they were.

They were rocks, and then I decided that I was Get the crystal that coincided with my birthday and I am I'm a February person so I went with Amethyst and I remember choosing this crystal and just being so entranced by it and I remember just holding it for dear life you know when I went back home on the airplane and I would just stare at it and I would just really feel connected to this particular crystal. No idea why alright so years Pass and Pass and Pass and you know I get married, grow up and end up you know, kind of waking up to my own spiritual gifts and end up back at a crystal shop about five minutes away from my house and I remember walking into this crystal crystal shop and seeing a massive piece of Amethyst, and all of these, all of these memories of this piece of Amethyst that I got it this gift Up, came up.

And of course I did not buy First off, let me just tell you this big chunk of Amethyst was about $600. So I unfortunately did not buy it even though I would have loved to. But remembering all of those feelings at that little piece of Amethyst gave me when I was about eight years old just came flooding back and that in that moment, I realized I was like, I have to learn more about this. Like I totally forgot about this memory and then just seeing that purple hue in the corner of my eye just brought back this wonderful memory that's been stored in my subconscious so I then decided to buy books, buy crystals and just devour everything. And the more I learned, the more confused I became because there's a lot of information out there about crystals guys, this is not a new thing. It's it's, it might be new for you, but crystal healing has been around For centuries, and everyone has a different perspective on what healing attributes each crystal has.

And it could get really like confusing because one person is saying one thing and the other saying nothing, you know, another thing and you just don't know where to go. So instead of, you know, going back and forth, I thought to myself, wouldn't it be great if I could just use my intuition? Wouldn't it be great if I could just go within myself like I do in my meditations, and when I know that I have to do Shadow Work and figure out what it is the crystals are wanting to tell me. And this is how this course came to be. I want you guys to not get so crazy when you know trying to find the best crystals for you because you have the answers within you. It's just learning how to quiet your mind enough in order to allow your intuition to speak to you This is what this course is going to do.
