So, now that we have learned how to set SMART goals, there is one important thing that you need to do it is to prioritize your goals. In order to do this, there are two steps you need to remember. Number one is to invest your mental focus on one goal and one goal only. And I would explain you why wouldn't the next second and step number two is to choose a goal that will have the greatest impact on your life. achieving goals whether challenging or not requires a lot of mental energy and resilience on the long term. If you focus on several goals at once, the risk is to spread yourself thin and fail at achieving them.

The right strategy is to prioritize your goals. So how do you do this? establish as Goal number one, the goal that will have the greatest impact on your life compared to how long it will take to achieve. setting a goal is not just about defining what you want, but also about identifying what you will have to give up in your current and future life in order to get it. You can't have you know, your goals require a conscious decision to give up the things in your life necessary to achieve your goals. emotionalizing and visualizing your calls happen.

Look at this picture. Remember the four terms written on it. And I'm going to explain you what this is all about. achieving your goals means being able to materialize them into your life. Otherwise, that will seem a struct to you, and you won't put the efforts and the discipline you need to achieve them. In order to measure as your goals, you need to go through two processes, visualizing and emotionalizing goggles.

Visualization is one of the primary methodologies used in coaching. What happens out there is a result of what happens in here. In simple terms, this means you performance is often the result of what's happening inside ahead, or more specifically, the movies and soundtracks playing inside your head. There are two key principles to keep in mind when practicing visualization. The first is, your practice needs to be consistent 10 minutes a day every day. The always bit an intense, however long session once a week.

It helps to make a commitment to practice your visualization the same time every day. First thing in the morning as close to waking as possible is ideal. This is because the mind is still slightly lucid at this time, which makes it easier to conjure up images. The second principle is you need to stay positive. Even if you can't summon crystal clear images yet. You will still get huge benefits from your visualization practice.

It still works. Just connect to the image in whatever way you can. For some people that would be feeding the image, or just getting a sense of what it will look like, wherever your current level is, nurture it, and allow it to grow. The problem with most people is that their program their subconscious mind with negative coordinates, that visualize images of failure, they replay mistakes. Think about negative scenarios that might happen and picture the negative consequences that may arise. Unfortunately, the subconscious mind doesn't judge.

It doesn't say, Hey, dude, those coordinates are negative, so I'll just ignore them. In that way, it's very similar to the GPS system in your car. The GPS does Judge, it simply takes you to the program destination. The theater of your mind is the one place where you can enter success. You can execute skills flawlessly. You can achieve your goals and you can ensure victory.

By visualizing your goals, you program your subconscious to move towards them. One of the best visualization tools is a vision board. Remember my picture at the beginning to create a vision board. Simply find a magazine. Get out pictures that resonate with the goal that you want to achieve. glue them onto a piece of poster board.

If place that board somewhere that you can view it several times a day. In order for visualization to work, it is necessary you emotionalize your goal as much as possible. Emotions are the law Have your mental and emotional state of being. Emotions are tied to person social and physical sensory feelings. Emotions are the type of feelings used to react to fear, joy, love, sadness, hate, disgust and pleasure. Your goals should awake positive emotions in you.

This will give you the motivation to pursue them. So how to emotionalize your goals? create a list of the benefits you will see when you achieve your goal and concentrate on how they will make you feel. You can use meditation and relaxation exercises to help you with your emotionalizing exercise.
