About the Class

In this 15-day journey, you’ll join qualified mindfulness and wellbeing instructor Hanna Milton to practice meditation and mindfulness exercises specifically designed to overcome stress and anxiety. You’ll begin to retrain your mind, so you can respond to stress, worries, and concerns with ease.

  • Meditations and mindfulness practices for melting emotions related to anxiety
  • Meditations and mindfulness practices for calming the physical symptoms of anxiety

You’ll also develop the skills you need to notice anxiety early, and you’ll find out how to start dissolving it.

Who should take this course?

  • If you regularly feel anxious, stressed, and worried
  • And you want to learn life-changing skills so those feelings no longer impact you
  • This 15-day journey is for you

Who it is not for:

  • If you have little interest in giving meditation a go this course may not be for you
  • It also may not be everything you need if you are suffering from a Generalised Anxiety Disorder. If you are finding it hard to cope with anxiety, fear or panic you should first seek support from your GP or another healthcare professional. If you are suffering from depression you should also speak to your GP or healthcare professional to see if this course is suitable
  • Whilst mindfulness is supported by the UK NHS (and health organizations worldwide), this course is not designed for the treatment of Generalised Anxiety Disorder or any medical condition. The skills and techniques taught are designed as lifestyle tools for everyday stress and anxiety, they are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment
  • If you are regularly experiencing dark thoughts like: “I feel so hopeless”, “I’ve had enough”, “I don’t think I can do this anymore.” or “It’s just not worth carrying on” please see your GP urgently. Only once you have gained professional help to alleviate these thoughts should you take part in this course
