DESCRIPTION: It&rsquo;s day 8 of your 15-day journey. Here&rsquo;s a reminder of what you need to do today:&nbsp;1.&nbsp;Meditate for 10 minutes a day (try the 10-minute meditation: Balloon).2.&nbsp;Train your ability to notice the emotions you&rsquo;re experiencing using the &lsquo;Name it&rsquo; technique. Remember to set a reminder on your phone to&nbsp;pause 3 times a day and name the emotion or feeling you're experiencing.3. Train your ability to cope with the emotions you&rsquo;re experiencing &ndash; even the uncomfortable ones &ndash; using the &lsquo;RAIN&rsquo; exercise: Recognise what you're feeling. Allow it to be there without resistance. Investigate what the feeling is like. See if you can non-identify with it.
