It&rsquo;s day 2 of your 15-day journey and we&rsquo;re focusing on thoughts.&nbsp;Your daily commitment for these first 5 days is to:
1. Meditate for 10 minutes a day (you can use the audio version of the 10-minute meditation: Monkey Mind).2. Train your ability to&nbsp;notice your thinking mind by making an everyday task mindful.3. Train your ability to&nbsp;let your thoughts &lsquo;be&rsquo; by adding a layer of observation to unhelpful thoughts.
