In this first step, we have learned to use our time to:

  • Meditation on the breath
    • Helps with increasing awareness and relaxing
  • Forgiveness practice
    • Helps to release an old judgemental mindset and regain responsibility for our creative ability
  • Affirmations
    • The ability to articulate the state of being we desire.
    • To pick new thoughts and feelings.

These 3 skills are necessary for us to move on. 

Continue to practice:

  • Meditation every morning and evening +5min
  • The forgiveness lesson and re-read education as needed. Especially in times of intense self-blaming or mental judgments towards others.
  • Affirmations and non-affirmation practices on a daily basis.

Enjoy your new state of mental health and remember to continue the practices for at least 42 days to integrate it into your sub-consciousness.
