Forgiveness practice

Helps to release an old judgemental mindset and regain responsibility for our creative ability


Affirmations

The ability to articulate the state of being we desire.
To pick new thoughts and feelings.



These 3 skills are necessary for us to move on. 
Continue to practice:

Meditation every morning and evening +5min
The forgiveness lesson and re-read education as needed. Especially in times of intense self-blaming or mental judgments towards others.
Affirmations and non-affirmation practices on a daily basis.
