Yeah. All right, you made it to the last step. This step is very simple. It's actually a recap of the last step. But I want to be very, very specific and focused in what I tell you about this step. And actually, yes, Okay, there we go.
That's my other red marker. That's why I have two markers, right, two red markers because the other ones over there. But step number seven is this. Step number seven, is to actually use all of what you've learned every time You speak every time you speak, use everything that you've learned. Every time you speak, this is very, very important. So what am I asking you to do?
What I'm asking you to do is whenever you open your mouth, you're going to remind yourself to pause, to extend your words, to blend your words to maintain airflow. So sound man, that's a lot of stuff. Remember, speakers not supposed to be like that. Well, alternatively, and this is what I teach in my courses. Alternatively, you can model someone right modeling is the foundation of the pro 90 D program. We also teach specific techniques, extending articulation so that you know what you're doing when you're modeling.
When you model someone, you simply pull up a picture of your model someone that you've been training to speak like this person, you pull up that image, because it's in there, and you simply stay focused on that image. While you're speaking, the content is there, you're going to say what you want to say. But you're focused on speaking like this person. Why? Why? Why isn't what?
What that does is it distracts you from thinking about how you use to speak distracts you from thinking about, I'm going to get stuck, or I'm going to get stuck on this or what are they thinking about? No, you're thinking about your model and saying what you want to say. Right? Does that make sense? So you want to use all these techniques. And what's happening here though, let's say you don't know what modeling is, you know, I'm talking about then I want to give you an opportunity to get inside of my training courses.
But what you want to do here is listen to this, these audios every day. And you will automatically begin to remind yourself to do these things. But sometimes it just takes one thing. just pause just relax or extend. The more you listen to this, the more they all become a part of your natural way. Speaking, but if you just try to listen to one every now and then and then you try to think of all these things when you need them, trust me, you're going to frustrate yourself.
And it's not going to work. Listen to all of these as often as possible. Sure, you're probably not going to listen to all of these every day. Go back and cycle through and listen to one a day or listen to certain ones every day and then cycle through the other ones. And then practice them each and every day. How long you have to practice until you don't anymore, you'll know when you don't.
And then what's going to happen is you're going to naturally remind yourself and one of the things you want to remind yourself is, every time I speak to someone, speak to my family, speak to my friends, speak to someone at work, I'm going to use what I've learned. That's the only way you can practice at home all you want. When if you go out and when you're talking to someone at home, and when you're out. If you don't remind yourself to use this not gonna work. snapping to work, especially when you're under pressure. So if you remind yourself to use this, when you're not under pressure and talking to someone, then it's more likely that you'll be able to use it when you are under pressure.
But if you don't use it, and then you try to use it, when you're under pressure kind of fall apart, you're gonna fall apart. So you got to use it when you're not under pressure, but with people so that it becomes a habit, right? It's like learning a new language. You learn a new language you watch you listen, right? You practice on your own. Guess what, you got to get out there and speak to people as soon as you do that, all sudden, you might freeze up, you might forget, you might stammer learn, you can't get out but then you just keep doing it.
And all of a sudden you feel a little more under control. You feel a little more able to say what you want to say because you have you have relaxed yourself and you've taught yourself how to deal with how to handle the pressure Using this new language, in a real live conversation, a real life situation. You've taught yourself you're desensitized yourself, right? And you can't desensitize yourself to a higher price situation unless you're actually in the high press, which you only want to put yourself in the situation, when you've trained yourself to be able to handle it. This is with any kind of training, right? Any kind of sports, any kind of learning any kind of skill, you got to learn it, practice it, and then you have to get out there and use it.
Learn, practice and use it in real life. Every time you speak, you want to use you want to remind yourself to use what you've learned. Okay?
