Focusing is something that requires practice a few years ago, I couldn't focus properly in anything for more than 10 minutes, I was also not trying to focus because I was always checking my phone. For me, the biggest step I took to increase my focus was to simply stop checking my phone every five minutes. So I place my phone in another room, so I don't have the temptation to always checking it. It's not enough to have your phone near you that with the screen facing down, really put it away from you and see how much more efficient your study sessions will be. The more efforts you put into focus, the less time you have to study the same things. Remember what Tony Robbins said, where focus goes energy flows.

Each time you check your phone while you are studying, learning or even working. Your brain switched. It's context and the more your brain switches its context, the more tired you feel, the more tired you feel, the less ability you have to focus. And so the less ability you have to focus, the more difficult it will be to learn anything. So how many times you find yourself checking your Instagram account while you are working, learning or studying Jason khalipa. An elite athlete says that the best way to focus intensively is to focus like you're trying to pull one last push out before you fall into the ground.

Remember what Gary Keller said. You can do two things at once, but you can't focus effectively on two things at once. So here are a few tips on how you can focus more intensively. The first thing you should do is to select the place where you're going to study in the amount of time that you want to focus on if you have a lot of trouble focusing. You might start with trying to focus for 25 minutes, and then having a five minute break, also called the Pomodoro Technique, you can progressively increase the amount of time to focus and also increase the amount of time of your breaks. I usually set a timer for 45 minutes, and then I give myself a 10 minutes break.

It's also important to pick the location where you're going to study. The second tip to focus more intensively is to decide previously what you are going to study or watch are going to focus on and why. So having clarity is one of the most important parts of focusing intensively having clarity is one of the great advantage if you want to focus deeply. If you don't know exactly what you are going to focus on, you can really focus so this side previously the tasks that you aren't going to execute for the next 25 or 45 minutes. Make sure you have everything you need in the place. Where you're going to study in, avoid distractions and don't do two things at the same time in the same focus session.

So if you have to study maths and biology, dedicate 45 minutes or 25 minutes, first for maths and then another 25 or 45 for biology. So don't study different things at the same focusing session, deciding the tasks that you want to focus on is very important. But why do you really want to focus on those things? Every time that I decided to focus on something without really thinking why I want to do those things, my study sessions are much worse because when you have the reasons why you're doing that, your brain will collaborate with you and it will help you to focus a lot more intensively. Remember, you can always deal with those concerns and things that are, you know, distracting you later, write them down and deal with those later because right now It's time to focus. Keep your phone away in block distracting websites if needed.

After the focus session ends, go for a walk, take a break and go into another room into a different place maybe outside so you can relax a little bit. Now let's proceed to the proper framework to study more effectively, but never neglect the power of focusing your attention in a place that it's properly organized and decorated for your own study sessions.
