This tool kit will provide you with a framework for thinking about career development as a process that is co-owned by you, your direct supervisor, and the organization that you are a member of. Each of you has your own role and responsibilities and each enables all parties to benefit from your talents and contributions resulting in effective partnerships and mutual results.
The tool kit provides a way to develop self-awareness through self-reflection, and behavioral assessments examining your styles, values or motivators, and decision-making abilities (cognitive functioning).  You will learn how to research career opportunities and how to evaluate your fit for those opportunities. As important, you will learn how to gather information and establish important relationships that enable you to navigate your career direction.
