It's not enough to have an articulate spokesperson, they have that it's not enough to have a good message, they have that. But if you can't have the discipline, if you don't have the discipline, to stay on message with your sound bites, and not accidentally have sound bites come out of your mouth off message, you can still destroy your reputation.
