Do you see in the moment? Fresh? This is a little confusing to people. What I mean by that is when you're hearing someone talk, you can tell, are they telling you what they're thinking right now? Or are they thinking about what they are going to say five seconds from now because they want to get it just right. There's a tone of voice.

Sometimes just the eye contact. You can tell sometimes people who are polished and even have good reputations as communicators. You see them go on a talk show something a little bit out of their element. And you can just tell that kind of memorize this can statement. They don't seem fresh. They don't seem in the moment.

Ideally, even if you have rehearsed even if it's really important message even if your lawyers are telling you get it just right. You still want to sound fresh in the moment. Like you're just thinking and talking at the same time.
