It's one thing to have a message but does it strike you now that you've heard it is really a worthwhile message. Sometimes you go through a practice, you record on video, you use a checklist like this, and you're watching it and listen to it thinking this message doesn't really excite me. Or if you're helping another colleague in your organization, you don't want to tell them their messages are boring, but you're going to help them a lot. If you can say, well, these two messages are really interesting, but this third one, I just don't know why I should care about it. So rate the quality of the messages do they seem worthwhile
