Hey guys, when people hear the term user research, they're either completely confused, don't know what you're talking about, or they don't always get thinking, you're talking about something technological only analysis, and I do user research in pretty much all of my life, which transplanting writing, or designing various things, sometimes real sometimes, Rachel, and I will share with you some of my techniques and my ideas that I've put together over the years. And to show you that doing user research can really help you any creative task, whether you're designing our pro website, or writing a novel or doing a series of paintings. Because really, essentially, it's about seeing the invisible letting Sicilian, visible and learning to understand people. And it's not at all about learning any specific software or a set of terms or reading any specific books, although it helps, but it's simply additional and not essential.
