Pelvic cavity is most sacred part in body as it stores the kundalini energy in base of spine. The abdominal cavity is source of energy and fire elements resides in navel/solar plexus. In modern life these two are most misused parts in body. Stimulating and reactivating these two parts will bring a new life in your body. Many of traumas and emotions tends to block energy in the pelvic and abdominal cavity and results in many of digestive and pelvic disorders. In yoga therapy Pallavini movements are best to start with.
