Welcome to mini chat dashboard. Let's have a quick mini chat tour. Let's start with the mini chat dashboard. This tab shows you the multi channels you can use. Many chat can engage with your audience through messenger, SMS, and email depending on your preference. Many chat dashboard shows a summary of everything you have done, you can check the last activity in the bot and statistics for your subscribers, you can quickly access any content of your bot here.

The next tab to check is the audience. When you click on the audience tab, you'll get to see anybody who has ever subscribed to your messenger list. You can manage each of your subscribers on this tab like adding tags, subscribing to a sequence, start a chat and many more. Another tab to check is many chat built in live chat. Using this tab you can provide live chat support to your subscribers. We've got another one.

The growth Tools tab is where you can get all the marketing entry points. This is used to grow your messenger lists broadcasting tab is used when you have updates for your subscribers. Next is automation. Automation tab includes the basic chat bot setup like welcome message, Main Menu, default reply sequences, keywords and rules. If you're wondering what does a flow tab think about having a library, you can find all of your automated messages here, your drafts, published messages and even those you put in the trash. You can even create folders here.

Let's move to Settings. The settings tab is where you can set your Billings integrations, custom fields, add team members and many more. Now check templates templates tab is where you can see featured templates you can use for exploring and get ideas. You can also save your own template here. Don't forget My Account tab. This is where you can log out see the Facebook pages you are handling some analytics And many more.
