There are five keys to chat marketing framework. One of them is knowing what's your objective and using the chatbot. It's very important because when you know your objective, it will be easy for you to identify what will be the function needed to include in your chat marketing. That will also help you decide what are the tools you need to connect with your chatbot it's like having a domino effect. crafting your message will also become easier because you'll have the idea why are you doing the chatbot in the first place? Let me give you an idea when choosing what will be your objective will be to educate, assist, inspire, take action or remind Would you like to use the chat bot to deliver your story to your audience by having a conversation with them?

Maybe you want to use chat bot as your customer support in assisting your clients. Do you have events, webinars or any upcoming launch where you can use a chat bot to remind your messenger list once you've got the objective that's the time You'll think of relevant functions to include in your chat marketing will use buttons, quick replies, images, links, PDFs, videos, and anything you'll need to make the chatbot work.
