Okay, there's something that I want to explain before we get too deep into the funnels. And that is the idea of network marketing. Now, a lot of people have confused network marketing with both affiliate marketing, direct marketing and MLM Marketing. Now all of these things are different. And I believe it network is more of a hybrid of what I call one to one or direct marketing and affiliate marketing mixed inside. There's a few things that you need to understand.

One, we need to avoid all mlms there's a lot of people billionaires in the 21st century, they're saying yes, this is a good thing. But really the only thing that ends up benefiting is the top of the pyramid. And if you're not at the top of the pyramid, then basically you're not going to really make too much profits. See the idea of an Elmo MLM is pretty easy. The people at the top are the usually the founders or the initial first investors here. So founders and investors, then next to they're going to create another line of people.

And this is usually your second tier people who are sold on the idea that can make some decent money as well. But the whole idea is to build a network underneath them. And eventually this network is going to cop top off, because in an essence, what the MLM naturally does is it creates a larger distribution network, then what's actually called for it, see, when the product isn't that great, what's going to happen is there's going to be a pinnacle reached and that Pinnacle is usually going to come in the form of a market saying, Hey, we don't want any more of this product. But what the MLM does is it pushes for additional distributors or people underneath you to keep giving you additional pay or salespeople. And another form of MLM is being forced to buy products. Anytime that you're forced.

To keep products or byproducts, you're definitely an MLM that only benefits, the higher ups, the further down you are, the more likely you are to make a big fat nothing. So we want to avoid all mlms this is a bad bad thing to be inside of, again, it's an idea where immediately if you're paid a decent amount, and this kind of goes on for a couple tiers, usually more than two tiers, you start getting into an MLM. Now, I myself pay my affiliates 50%. So that would be people at the top of the tier, and they say, hey, if you bring other affiliates on, you'll get 5% of what they deliver, and then nothing else outside of that. So again, that is more reasonable because there may be an actual game plan strategy behind that. When you join a network that says, hey, first tier people underneath you, you get a portion of their sales, but it's not going to be much, but it is something so again, That, in a sense, doesn't really turn out to be an M on once you have 123 and you start getting additional levels, you're looking at MLM, the more levels the bigger and badder, it is for an MLM.

Now, when it comes to one on one, marketing, or direct, this is more of the idea of, you're going to go and sell things to the person individually. These are things like Amway, or you know, Tupperware. There's a lot of different networks that talk about, hey, having this direct selling, it was something that was great inside the 70s forward, but once we got into the digital age, this, this kind of hit a brick wall, because the 90s broke it down and allowed the world to be flattened. And you were able to reach multiple people by just hosting one event having a webinar. You could shout out to the rooftops and all these other people could Join you at the same time and watch that event with you. So this became something that really evolved into what I would consider the affiliate 2.0.

And the affiliate 2.0 is a mix between the true direct marketing which is more of a one on one, but with a mix of the affiliate marketing, where you may take someone else's product. And then you have an audience of people that you already market to or know that you can market to who will instantly resonate with said product. And you yourself can then redirect that and get anywhere from sometimes 50%. All the way up to 90% depending on the product. Now this is in the digital age. We're going physical, that's going to drop real far down, and we're looking more at 10%.

And really, if you're doing like Amazon, things like that 4% all the way to 10% because physical, you have manufacturers, you have people in line. But with affiliate 2.0, you can offer digital products. And this may be you know, an E book. Or you can even do something like my own physical book that I offer. And these types of things, you're going to get 50% or you know, maybe a flat rate, and any additional upsells as well that come after that. So any of these upsells you get, again, 50 or 90% of that.

So this is affiliate 2.0, where you really almost have your own business without having to have your own product. And the world has really changed in a unique perspective because when it used to come to original multi level marketing, in the old days, it kind of did work because you weren't able to expand with so many affiliates or you know, levels of marketers and sales Teams below you, that would end up causing these basically, marketing pyramid schemes to come to a crumble because the market wasn't demanding for that many suppliers. So therefore everything just goes down, you know, supply and demand is everything with affiliate 2.0 you can naturally open up to the world as it is you can market to multiple individuals. But it doesn't have to be your product just has to be something that you know works or you've seen that you know, works or Heck, it could just be something that you've heard other people talk about.

And it's really a popular product. So you want to affiliate it as well. And when you do, especially when they're digital products online, you can amass a wealth of information from just simply being able to reach multiple lists with information that you didn't have to learn yourself personally. You can seem like the extreme guru by pointing them in the right directions to different products or topics that naturally leads them to To the sale. And all of this is usually done most of it on your behalf. Most of these marketing materials set up already, the sales pages are split test continually the email marketing campaigns done, all you have to do is market to your email list on different products that you want them to buy.

And then those marketers and those, you know, product owners will take it from there and do the marketing to convert those people to the sale. Because when it's 5050 people want to get that sale 50% it's better than nothing, especially when it's a digital product. digital products are so powerful in this day and age. That medium allows you to have a higher profit margin. If you're looking at a physical right down here. Like I said, you're going to get warehouses involved.

They have to you know, ship from one place to another to another and here's where you come in. And then you finally say, Oh yeah, go ship it to this person who wants to buy it. And when they pay that money, it's got to go all the way back and everyone has to take their little cut out. And then you're the final person, whatever's left between here and here after everyone's taking their cut out. You get that little bit left, whatever that is that that little, little piece. It's like, Oh, yeah, there, that's how much you get.

So again, physical products can be very tiresome, and a lot to really undertake. Amazon Associates programs still do make millionaires I have no doubt about that. I've seen it personally. It's a big thing that can revolutionize your email list or however you promote yourself and your business. But at the same time, being in the digital, would you rather have 4% or 50% I think 50% sounds a lot better. And guess what, you don't have to work 10 times as hard to make the same amount of money.

All you have to do is find a specific niche, hey, I want to learn how to make money online. And then you get this group of people, you introduce it to them, hey, that email list now is building buying. And you're profiting off of that. And what we're going to be learning and teaching is how you can build this list. And these people even if you don't have any, for completely free. So I want you guys to join me on this and I'm going to take one final ask is that Udemy is going to be asking you for a review here shortly when it does.

If you enjoyed it so far rated five stars if not just wait until the end, so that way you can get the big picture. I have a lot of juicy stuff as much as I can in the front but it's not always possible because the best stuff is really in the back. Once you understand everything. It's a lot easier to explain all of those golden nuggets. Once you have a precursor understanding of why it's gold what silver is what bronze is, right? You need to learn the picture, get the get the ideas in your head.

And then when I present everything else, it's going to be this aha moment for you. So with that being said, if you enjoyed, leave a five star review, if not just wait till the end, get the big picture and I know you'll love it.
