Now before we get into the tip, the thank you page, which is the bridge to the sales, I want to quickly let you know that there's something that happens in between at the same time. This is still the squeeze page again, we're going to go into general. And as you may remember, we had some digital assets that freebie download. So on submit again, it's going to go to the next page, we're going to hide all of those things. And then we're just going to enter that hit save. And that'll allow anyone that signs up to his email list to be sent that little freebie that we had created that digital asset inside the previous lectures.
So again, the tip page is going to be something where it's not telling them Hey, stop, you're done. You're completed it's Hold on. There's something else that I got really, that's going to be cool for you and that's what I have is wait two seconds. This is what the timer is and this is another reason why I use Click Funnels is that I didn't find anyone else that was able to redirect to a new page. seconds. See, that's what you need is you don't want that person to be there for more than five seconds.
We used to do split test between five, four seconds, three seconds and two seconds. But basically, what we ended up finding out was that two seconds is about the perfect time. And I have three right there, because it takes into account. This is one of the first things that loads inside the page. So it takes one second for the page to load. This is going to come up says, Wait, I have something cool for you.
So we're just going to quickly preview it. Here's what it looks like check your email. Okay, cool. Wait two seconds to one, boom. And that's as simple as it goes. So that's how I have mine showing up.
Again, what is the main thing that shows up, check your email for that video. And now that we added that digital asset, it will automatically be waiting there for them. But in the meantime, what pops up boom, one second later, wait just two seconds. I have something cool for you. This is counting down the background. It goes to One, boom, and almost no one's going to exit because two one is a countdown that almost everyone can accept.
Now if you go maybe three to one, someone might count that as a race like oh, I can exit out faster. So weird counterintuitive thing but again we did testings for 543 and two seconds and as long as you nail this at three seconds with a one second show up delay, right or you can just basically copy my funnel by going to Zack dash Miller comm forward slash Click Funnels, getting your account, and you'll get all these templates for yourself. But I have a one second delay for this. So when it pops up, it goes to one boom, and it's a redirect. And that's the thank you page. Basically, like I said, it's negotiable.
Only 2% of people in those few three seconds will click
