Welcome everybody to the breathe easy boot camp. I'm Janice Burgess or JB quit coach, and I'm going to guide you through how to reduce and quit smoking for lasting health benefits. Thanks for joining us today. You know what's so awesome about quitting smoking now? Well, the options have never been better. In fact, there has been a lot of research done on what works really well to help people quit smoking and succeed like never before.

We will uncover the secrets about what works and help guide you through the discovery of how awesome being tobacco free can be for you. I've worked in the station for a really long time. And if there's anything I've learned, it's that everyone's quit plan is completely different. There might be similarities, but what works for one person might not work for another. Each video in this bootcamp will move you one step closer to creating your very own unique quit smoking plan. A plan you create yourself And that's why it works.

What if I told you that you will find everything you'll need to successfully quit right here, I'll share the tools that will help you identify why you smoke. Whether you would benefit from drug therapy to help with cravings and withdrawal. I'll provide you some smoking reduction tips that can get you started on your journey to quit, and tactics that will help you tame your triggers and stay on track. Plus, we'll layer on some really cool things like healing yoga, and tapping to tame cravings for even better results. Also, there has never been a better time to quit, because your incredible body starts to heal as soon as you better with that last cigarette, the list of benefits of being tobacco free or as long as my arm and you won't be disappointed by how amazing you will feel once all the toxins and harmful chemicals have cleared your lungs and the rest of your body.

I'll dive in deeper regarding all of the benefits in a separate Video. Here's how this will work. In this library there are a series of videos, and each video has a different topic that will fit in with whatever quit plan you're deciding to go with. Your paid membership in the breathe easy boot camp will give you unlimited access to all of the videos. So you'll be able to pick and choose which ones you want to watch, but include really interesting topics that all relate to successfully quitting tobacco for good. Each video will provide you with specific information, curated information that you will be able to put into your personalized quick plan.

Things like the benefits of quitting specific to whatever is going on in your particular body and health right now. Or there's also a video about the drug therapies available so that you can make informed decisions on whether you want to actually try drug therapy to quit and if Which one will help you with all of the important pieces that will go into your plan. And because you have unlimited access to all of the videos in this Bootcamp, you'll be able to watch them whenever you want. You'll be able to watch as many as you want. Or you can just watch the ones that are of interest to you the ones that you think will really go into your quick plan. Here's just one example of the series of videos you'll be able to watch based on your particular quick plan.

So first, you might want to reduce your smoking to acquit. And there's a video about how to do that. Suppose you want to add drug therapy to your reduce to quit plan. There's a video about that. And then squashing self sabotage. Perhaps you've quit in the past, but something always goes wrong and you start smoking again.

This allows you to identify what the sabotage looks like, and to squash it where it is. Perhaps then you'd want Do a cleansing your lungs video, and then a healing yoga video just to enhance the healing that's already started. There are four main categories that all of the quick plans sort of fall into though. One is reducing your tobacco use to quit, or smoking up to a quit date. And that's the day you stop or reducing to quit, or picking a quit date and quitting on that day. With drug therapy added on.

Whatever you choose will help you along the way. We'll give you some coaches suggestions as to which videos would be very helpful based on whichever plan or category your quit plan falls into. I'll also give you an algorithm which will guide you through your quit plan. It'll make a list of the best videos to watch based on whatever category your quit plan falls into. It's to create the most success. I'll also provide you with a personalized plan.

This is where you'll be able to document exactly what it is you want to do to successfully quit tobacco for good. It's true and kind of amazing. But research shows that by just partnering with me watching the videos provided and implementing the strategies, you will succeed like never before. What have you got to lose? I want you to succeed. Well, I would suggest to review the algorithm provided, you'll need to decide whether you want to reduce to quit, or pick a quit date and smoke till that date, and whether you'll want to add drug therapy to help with cravings or withdraw. It's pretty simple, really.

The algorithm will provide you with a list of to do's to get started. However, you are the boss of your own personalized care plan.
