DESCRIPTION: Tie your hair back and put on a fabric headband. Wear something that you don't mind getting oily. It should also allow you easy access below the collarbone from neck to shoulder (loose v-neck tee, spaghetti strap tank with the straps down, tube top or nothing at all).

Sit or stand in front of a well-lit mirror. You want the lighting to be bright enough to easily see any changes in skin color. Generously apply oil to the face and neck. Use more oil than is necessary, particularly when you are first starting out.

Follow along with the videos, you should always start and finish with the lymphatic drainage video. If you're struggling to get the cups to stick, use more oil. The number one issue newbies have is not using enough oil.
