DESCRIPTION: 
We will do this in two parts:

Using your finger pads find the outer aspect of the muscles that make up the back wall of your armpit
Push into the muscles by putting pressure from the outside in (towards your spine) looking for sore tender areas
When you have identified tender areas, hold pressure for about 30 seconds and release
Now drag the skin over that area also towards your spine along the surface of the back of your shoulder blade
Repeat when you have released as many spots as you can find
Then do the other side

Now recheck your baseline parameters. Once you're ready move on to the last step.
