DESCRIPTION: 
Here are the steps: 

Use the hand on the same side and try to hook your thumb underneath the pec muscle making the front of the armpit
Gently squeeze the muscle and lift it outward away from your chest wall
Use your opposite hand to help you lift the muscle and chest tissue outward on the other side of the chest (closer to the breastbone) 
Lift the tissue outward and gently move it in different ways for about 15-30 seconds
Do the whole pec muscle by working your way from closer to the armpit downward
Then repeat on the other side

Be careful not to be too aggressive as that can cause more inflammation and make things less effective.
