Hello, in this JavaScript video, I am going to show you the no script tag in web development. And the no script tag is something that you put in like your HTML file. And essentially, what this allows is, if JavaScript is not supported or enabled on your web browser, this bit of code will get run. Usually you just inform the user saying your browser does not support JavaScript. You know, please download a browser that does because trust me, is a you know, such a pain, if you're going to create some complex websites, and you're not going to use Java. Okay, so and that tag looks like this script.
J s, or to go to the web browser, run it, and you can see my thinking where it's you know, it's not displaying, and obviously, yeah, it's not displaying. And that's because JavaScript is supported. So let's just, you know, disable JavaScript. So we can do that. Let's go to certain things. I'm going to search for Java.
Group. JavaScript. And yeah, let's just literally disable it. So we reload j s is not supported, as you can see, it has been displayed, because it's not supported in. And if I re enable it, I think he's disappeared. So just wanted to cover the no script tag.
So you can, you know, provide the user with some information that JavaScript is enabled, or, you know, it's just not supported on the web browser. And maybe you just want to, you know, provide some alternative, you know, content that's fine, or you just want to say it's not supported. So you know, please go and download one. Not that if you have any questions as usual, feel free to pop me a message and I look forward to seeing you in my next video.
