DESCRIPTION: All Exercises At 120bpm

Finally we up the tempo of all the exercises so we can move through the intervals of the exercises at a rapid pace using lip rolls. We utilize faster tempos of exercises to help build very good muscle memory, flexibility and to smooth out our vocal registers to such a degree that it is easy to move through them. 

Note - Beginner fast tempo exercises are also great for warm-up exercises.
