Welcome to our circular foundational warm up. We're going to start in a shoulder with stance and really breathing into your chest, bringing your shoulders up and letting them fall. dipping your chin down towards your chest. We're going to start in a nice, slow circle, have our head rolling around, and really allowing our neck to open up, stretch out, checking in with our body tuning in. And once you've landed back, chin down towards the ground, reverse the circle, expanding the other direction, really opening up here, allowing yourself to breathe into your neck into the top of your body. Great work and our shoulders are next, up and back.

Really circling them around, up and back. Nice should be feeling lovely. Opening up and reverses circle bringing the shoulders forward and down. really moving the energy here, really expanding into all those little places in our back. And let's reverse back but this time lifting our elbows along for the ride, circular warm up and forward, elbows come up. Beautiful work, really allowing more space into the body, stretching out our wrists and our hands circled in one way, really allowing the fingers to open up and reversing it.

Really stretching your hands out here. They do so much for us. Beautiful arms out extended towards the side, sweeping our fingertips in towards us. Allow it to graze your body and reversing this circle. Really presenting out really allowing yourself to flow here, opening up the body and placing your hands on your shoulders, drawing elbows circles back. Beautiful and reversing here bringing the circles forward, drawing those circles, allowing them to grow in size.

Lovely releasing the arms down in a flow them up in front of you and out, lowering them in a nice soft shape. Allowing the slow movement and looking up towards your hands as they reach the top and expanding out and reversing this motion, expanding the arms out towards the side and letting them gently fall in front of you. Again, reaching out and up and letting it fall really allow this expansiveness This new breath to take in the body in placing your hands on your hips, circling our chest. Now, really opening up those little spaces in your back and your shoulders. Beautiful, spiraling the energy and reversing, starting small and allowing yourself to grow. Chest circles really help you open up your heart.

So enjoy this one. Lovely sinking into your knees, my personal favorite hip circles, starting small again and allowing it to grow in size and dimension allowing more space really bringing it around now. Lovely settling into the middle again and slowly make your way to the other side, opening up the hips. Yes, this is such a powerful place to move. Allow To move, beautiful and settling back to the middle, we're going to balance now putting your weight into one side and lifting the knee up and around. Nice strong core strong foot and reversing this circle, opening up the hip.

Drawing the circle with the knee. Lovely. extending your leg out in front of you, creating ankle circles, really stretching out your toes and reversing the circle or feet are strong foundational points. So it's great to stretch out your ankles and legs and point your feet. Classic terms for dance and shifting your weight over to the other side. Balancing and lifting the other knee up and back, opening up the hill.

Getting in tune with our balance the strength of the other foot supporting us and reversing, bringing that knee back and around to the front. Lovely extending that leg. really stretching your ankles, your feet, your toes, allow the movement there and reverse the direction of the circle. Lovely and back to flexing your foot and pointing it, flex it and pointed. Beautiful grounding down through the center, bending the knees, balancing on the other side. This time we're drawing small little circles underneath us, allowing our toes and our feet to drag along the ground and play or bend your knee to really allow a big or circle to happen.

Lovelies weave in your leg around drawing a big circle feeling foot up against the floor and reversing so drawing a little circle right underneath you back, side to front and allowing it to grow again bending the knee. This requires balance and sweeping into the front. Beautiful work, balancing over to the other side, thinking down, settling up foot in and drying your little circle underneath you feeling your foot on the ground and allowing the circle to become bigger and bigger, bending your other knee and allowing your leg to really sweep out as gracefully as possible. And reverse small little circles first. And of course allow them to grow allow them to expand. See how deep and meaningful you can get with this.

Your foot connecting to Round, lovely. And settling back to nice wide stance, toes turned out, bending both knees, sweeping the arms out and allowing them to fall down your body. Hips moving side to side. Again, banding deeply, sweeping it up and allowing it to just slow down sweetly, awfully. Again last time reaching up. really allow the stretch and feeling yourself on the way down.

Beautiful. Hands on the thighs and then on the knees, moving the hips back and forth, allowing a smile to spread across your face. This should feel juicy and good. And moving the hands up the side of our bodies, keep those hips moving and letting it fall back down. Hands on the thighs and then the knees, allowing this nice juicy motion to really fulfill you. Allow it to flow through you really touch yourself here.

Allow yourself to feel. Feel this lovely movement into your body. Feel yourself touching yourself. moving up and down. Beautiful. rolling it up through the center adjust so that your feet are side by side and starting here with chest circles.

And again, transition over into the hips. Your hands are touching your hips, and you're going to alternate between chest circles. Lovely and then hip circles. Beautiful, reversing the direction of the chest circle. Lovely and spiraling down two years Hips circles. Beautiful our legs are together.

Our hands are touching alternating between chest circles and lovely hip circles. Yes, you should feel really amazing, really good. Last round of chest circles here. And last round hip circles. Lovely. Beautiful work and releasing out to a wider stance.

Sweep the arm over to one side and peel your hand across your body, sweeping all over to the other side and glides across. really allow yourself to touch your skin, feel the fabric that you're wearing. Whatever your hands are coming into contact with. Arms flowed up and you gracefully melt down. slowly roll up hand all along the front side of your body, and again, melting down bending your knees and slowly rolling up hand gliding in the front of the body and letting it know melt down. Beautiful.

Slowly roll up and peel up and allow yourself to touch yourself on the way down all the way to your feet. slowly roll up, shake it off beauty You did such a great job in our circular warm up.
