There are eight subjects that equip the leader to develop in any position that God has called them for the service and edification of the Church. You will be able to apply the acquired knowledge of hermeneutics in your ecclesiastical context (how to interpret the Bible) as well as leadership topics (how to be a leader), evangelism and discipleship (how to evangelize and disciple), missiology (how to do missions), oratory and homiletics (how to speak in public and preach), pedagogy (how to teach), sociology (know the society where ministering) and psychology (know the personality of those to whom ministering). These subjects will take you from theory to practice in their leadership and ministry.
