So, meditation and the Sufi tradition, we often speak of meditation using two concepts, the solich and the merge soup. Salad means traveler and merge Zoo means one who is drawn to something one who is absorbed and sort of drawn to something. So whereas the salic makes an effort to go to somewhere, my job is called to somewhere. Now, this course, is shrinking down over 1000 years of Sufi tradition into a compact formula. So, anyone can Use it. And whether you believe in the divine whether you're searching for the divine or whether you're atheists claim to be one.

The effect of simply traveling through what we have is universal in front of us is the same. If we were to go at lightspeed or whatever speed in any direction out of this planet, you would achieve even if you weren't a believer, that which that sages with the mystics which the mystics would want to achieve, which is two things. First, is that your sense of self is greatly diminished as you progress Through the solar system, and everything to the galaxies, you realize how small you are. And the second thing you would achieve, whether atheist or mystic is you would have this sense of awe and wonder and a sense of wonder with increasing and increasing as your sense of self or your body is diminished, decreasing and yourself, your true self and this indestructible wonder that's what would be your property and you can take it wherever you want.

You could stress out you know, this wondering you know, you're gonna ecstatic, hard depressed has this wonder in you. So the salic needs to have little bit of the meds do energy and the zoo you know, needs to have the sollux scientific approach to progression to progress, internal charity, perfecting the favors the gifts that you have been born with. So in the Sufi tradition, which following the way the Prophet Muhammad venerable Prophet Mohammed and the venerable companions all the mystics came after them sushi chefs that came after the whole for Russia, dude We find this combination of ecstasy, their relationship with the divine and with knowledge but, like Zoo by himself when he's truly lost in the cosmos doesn't know the difference between shit and gold. So, this happened to me one time writing a poem. I noticed that the words this th is the same letters as the word shed.

Sh and I thought this was ported gold. So that's all great. But the Sufi tradition wants you to live in the world, too. So you have to know the difference between gold and When you're so come back. So as much as you want ecstasy, and you want to be drawn to the divine tradition of the Sophie's, whether you are in the whirling dervish to Rica, remember that V darica. rica means way, whether you're in the Naqshbandi Tariqa, that specializes in dreams and the hidden faculties of imagination and fantasy or the Tisha Rica, perhaps the most musical lineages spiritual lineages for dominantly, in the subcontinent, combining, you know, sitting and walking, everyday routine with deep meditations Whether you're any of these three cards so far or any of these gerace, battery, you have ecstasy, you have the relationship with the divine, then you have service to creation return them to the world.

That's the point. We don't want you to be Sophie really wants you to be humans are beings to return to the world. You know, there's a saying, He who knows or the person who knows, himself knows God. And so the Great question, a great question in life for the Sonic the seeker is who? Who am I? You meet God you go to the divine.

Who am I tell me about me in Arabic Allah God has 99 names the prophets no more. The angels no more names. There's one name who, which is third person. He, it's a pointer directs you to any one of those names, any one of those names which could be the one for you the one that is your path to God. So the Great question, who is also the Great answer? Oh.

As Rumi has taught us in every deep questioning, there is the answer.
