So she is the President and CEO. She was a client and she's like to express yourself a little bit. Thank you, Jay. I have to tell you that I had struggled with my weight for years. I was always confused about what came out in the news. Eat this don't eat that this diet, that diet.
I have been on every diet known to man. I did something that is a Master Cleanse. I did the cabbage soup, I did the whatever, whatever it was. I did it and of course you're always you know, gaining it, gaining it back Several years ago, about seven years ago, I weighed 258 pounds. I was in a size 22 and a size 20 jacket and the size 10. Today, and I just knew that I had to change my life.
I had to change what it was that I was eating, how much I was eating and grow. For myself. I was at 258 I mean, there you go. I mean, I suppose you know when I was going to be 300 pounds. And the amazing thing was not that I could lose weight by paying attention and eating foods that were not made of plants. To point and I was at this session several years ago, maybe four years ago, and I met I met D because what you see that you certainly see people losing weight or you see people keep getting laid off.
And I had, you know, I professional dire So, even though I was not dieting, I was really changing my lifestyle when I met de I heparin surgery and she literally did brain surgery with me. And my relationship foods did change. And I have lost a total of 100 pounds. Not so much that I lost it. It's that kept it off. And there's so much confusion, sugar, carbs, just diet, Atkins, whatever it is, but it is.
It's the brain. I didn't know when I was hungry because I ate because it was you. Or if people had food in the office or something look good or somebody offered me something and he really taught me how to be in my body. I don't take any medications. I am you know, my physician thinks I'm a star pupil. But it is so confusing out there.
So confusing. The high blood pressure. Let's give it six years it will change. I mean, that being in your body, no Your own body, your own hunger, when to eat, when you're when you have eaten too much, we all know that feeling. And now holidays are different. Everything is different for me, I can travel the time and it's just amazing.
And thank you for an opportunity to dig deep for changing my life. It has just been an amazing journey for me. And yes, I do. Pay attention. I never know anyone who has such a knowledge of nutrition. Quite honestly.
You can look at it by physicians and say, Doctor, heal thyself and nutrition is not covered heavily within medical school. So these knowledge is just absolutely incredible. And I stay away from processed foods and all those things that make sense. They're healthy, but it is the brain surgery that she is able to do. That's just so amazing. So thank you all.
