Welcome to week seven of the no diet weight Solution Program. You've done it, you've done it, we've got a couple more things to talk about. But you now have the foundation of everything you need to go forward into this new lifestyle of becoming a naturally thin person and losing your excess weight for the last time and sustaining it for the first time. So I want to start this lesson by just saying congratulations, and commending you giving you a solid pat on the back. You've done it, you've come this far, this is only the beginning. So just keep going.

Keep making your little shifts consistently and you will get exactly the result that you've always wanted. So great works. Great job, everybody. Very proud of you. So this week, I want to give you a couple more tools for the toolbox a couple more things to help with some better understanding. And then we're going to begin to close things out with a little bit of some self assessment and, and a commitment to yourself as you move forward.

Because moving forward again, you now being your own best friend, you now believing in yourself, you now knowing that you have what you need to do what you want to do and accomplish what you'd like to accomplish. I want to make sure that you feel empowered to continue moving forward with this. Knowing that again, you can reach out to us we are always going to be there for you. You're part of the family now. But that being said, I want to make sure that you have what you need to stay empowered and move forward beyond this week. And the question I'm going to ask right off the bat is, do you love yourself enough to ask for what you need?

We've talked about self esteem and self motivation. We've talked about self awareness. All of those have self at the beginning because it is all about you. It's about self belief. When you believe you can do something when you believe you can make something happen. That's when it starts to happen.

It is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself. So don't stop. We talked about the body hunger scale, excuse me, but I wanted to give this to you because some people find this helpful. Emotional hunger scale. You can do the same thing when you're talking about emotional mind hunger. You had done when you were talking about body physical body hunger.

Here is a reference for you to come back to anytime you need to. And if you want, there's also this in the workbook this this page, this will go a little bit deeper to talk about what those different levels mean. So if this is something of interest to you, if this resonates you, if you think this will help you, and you want to dig deeper, you've got that now, right in the palm of your hand. But I want to talk to you about the missing link. This is something that I want to leave you with. Up until now we've given you a lot of information, some materials, some support, things that you need to become a naturally thin person.

But there is one thing that I cannot do for you. There's one thing nobody else can do for you. Nobody else can provide The internal commitment and motivation that is absolutely required for your change your permanent change, you have to provide that missing link between the information and knowledge you now have, and the actual taking action that you need to do. And for anyone who's experienced success of any kind, there's been a moment of clarity. A moment when things immediately crystallize and they become part of your life. They become who you are.

And for the times that you need to be reminded of what your priorities and what your goals are. I want you to find a word or a phrase that can get you back on track. This link of this word or phrase can instantly get you back in the mindset you need to back into reality and trigger those new behaviors. Anytime that you feel like you're moving backwards. Words and away from them back to old habits. But this word or phrase has to come from you.

It can't come from someone else. It's got to come from within you. And in order to find this trigger word or phrase, I want to take you back to your why. What is your primary reason for wanting to become a naturally thin person? Why do you want to lose weight? Why do you want to change the way you look?

Once you've lost your weight? What now? How is your life going to be different? So let me give you a couple examples of what this trigger word can mean. I had a participant A number of years ago, who said that her trigger word was the word click, click. And she said the significance of click for her was she had gone to an amusement park with her daughter who loved roller coasters and mine stood in line with her for almost an hour they got up to the cars to get on it was their turn to ride.

They stepped into the roller coaster, the daughter sat down, pulled the big thing down over her head, the secure thing and clicked it into place and it went click. And she was now securely held into the seat. And mom reached up and grabbed the safety harness and pulled it down. And it wouldn't click. She was too big. sitting in the seat, it wouldn't click and she had to get off the roller coaster and her daughter rode alone.

And she said that moment in time that noise of a click. pulled me back emotionally to a time when my weight not only didn't allow me to do something, but it let my daughter down, edit in barest me. And I'm never going to do that again. And so when she started finding herself slipping back into Old habits, she would stop and say to herself click, and it would immediately pop her back to where she needed to be. Another lady that that I've worked with a while ago said her word was swish. And I said, What does swish mean to you?

And she said, swish was the sound that from the time I can remember walking down the halls in middle school. I used to make the noise, swish, swish, swish, because my thighs always rub together when I walked. And she said, I never want to hear that sound again, as long as I live. And so to her swish was the word that pulled all of that emotion and all of that empowerment and want to change into her life in that moment, and she was instantly able to get right back where she needed to be. It snapped her back into triggering her new behaviors. So find a word or phrase That is your click, it is your swish.

And when you find that trigger for you, anytime you find yourself falling back into old behavior or questioning some of your new habits, use it to affirm that you are powerful and you are in control. Now, it's been said that there are five main things that everybody needs in life to be fulfilled. We've asked you to find your five when it came to the hunger scale. But we also want to make sure you find your five for life and you need to know that you are powerful, you are healthy, you are free. You belong and the things that you choose to do you do them because you love them. Those are all things that are going to help you going forward.

The turning point in my life was when I stopped reaching for the pie in the fridge and started reaching for the pie in the sky. More than anything, this course has been about, not just being thinner, not just being healthier. But being in control, being powerful, loving yourself and believing in yourself more than anyone. So reach for that pie in the sky. Anytime you're thinking of reaching for that pie in the fridge instead. Remember, you are in control and you have power over your choices and you can accomplish anything.

Now this is something that as we end our time together, I want you to really just look at what are things that were helpful to you. What did you accomplish? And I want you to take a moment and list the positive of changes that you have begun to make over these past weeks. And why do you want them to be permanent? Why is that important to you? And then for your own self list, the tools, the tips, the techniques, the concepts that have helped you the most, bring those out of your toolbox on a daily basis on a daily basis.

Because as you know, now inside your body is your natural shape to which you have every right and you're now eating when your body hungry and you're stopping before you're becoming full. Your mind isn't influencing your eating habits anymore, and you're no longer just robot eating. You will exercise consistently to achieve that physical and mental health. You are drinking water and you are completely aware of your body's needs for this vital fluid on a daily basis. Your clothes are now your skin You don't have to step on and look at that number every day, every week, every month, your clothes, or your scale the real scales are hanging in your closet. How are you feeling?

Trust that feel and know that I'm a strong person and I now know I will be free for the rest of my life, free from guilt and finally free to be the naturally thin person I was created to be. Please print this off, sign it and date it for yourself. This is your statement of intent for yourself going forward and congratulations. You are officially a lifetime member of the room full of gold. Your Goals going forward. Consistency is the key and living your new lifestyle.

You can keep recording on those charts, anything that you want to print out from this course keep printing them out and using them if they're helping you put life enhancers not only into You're emotional eating, but also everyday, find things, you enjoy one thing and make sure that you do those things that's part of self care. Get out and get moving. It doesn't take much. But consistency is the key. limit those foods that are not going to help you get to your goals. And remember, those pounds came on one at a time, they're gonna drop off one at a time.

If you're losing one or two pounds a week, you are doing this perfectly. And if you only lose a pound or two a week, you've lost between 50 and 100 pounds in the year, you're fine. Keep going. You do not need to rush this. Take your time and move forward. And as you know, anytime you need us.
